Then another person told me we told them not to put the Polaris in and they did do the cleaning. But you said the pool was too cloudy to do the cleaning and put the Polaris in. So something just doesn't add up. The one person's solution was for us to pay them to come and do a cleaning at their normal rate.

We signed a very large (expensive) contract for an in-ground pool renovation in Jan. 2023 and work…read morebegan in March and was "finished" on May 6, 2023. Early on, they were friendly and somewhat responsive to our many questions and concerns that came up with the concrete work, tile work, coping stones etc. However, we have several issues we have been trying to get them to address for literally 4 months. At minimum, we have asked that the owner Alex come out and look at the sub-par plaster and accent work that was done by his crew on May 6th and offer some solutions or next steps. We have emailed and talked on the phone multiple times to Lisa asking for a meeting and guidance- with no response or date set of a meeting. They also never told us about the very specific and important steps to care for the plaster until 1 week later and claimed the emailed bounced back, but other emails regarding billing have come through just fine. This could be one issue why the plaster looks terrible, but we are not sure because they won't come out and look at it. We have hesitated until now to write any negative reviews and given them ample time to respond and waited patiently for help/advice. We are tired of waiting and tired of some friends asking- "why is your pool all scratched up and discolored? Wasn't it newly renovated?"
