When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. From booking the appointment with the office staff (love Monica) to the consultation meeting with Michael and Bill. They helped us create a vision for the entire exterior landscape of our home. Here's the best part - though the entire plan was reasonably priced - it was still outside of our budget to tackle front, side and back yard all at one time (we have nearly 2 acres of space to be landscaped) - The Sharper Cut worked with us to create a phase in approach that will allow us to do a little each year and not be overwhelmed by trying to tackle everything all at once. So, we started small and worked with Michael, Andy and Justin (all fabulous - emails and phone calls are returned quickly and by quickly I mean usually with in the same hour - and Andy is super attentive!). Our first project was a "monument" type structure for our house numbers. I had a vision in my head and they were very patient with me as I attempted to transfer my vision into something they could understand and execute. I could not be happier with the finished product. Everyone we have encountered at this business from the field workers to the landscape designers, project managers and the owners have all been accessible, responsive, professional, and just plain fun to work with. This is a small local company; the owners are two brothers and they take extreme pride in their work and have a very competent staff. We are now working with them to update the beds that boarder the house. I didn't want mulch so we are using a beautiful blue stone to match that in the monument.
