I recently had a new deck built by Agustin from Creative Exteriors Plus, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The service was top-notch, with Agustin providing detailed explanations of the process, required materials, and timelines. He was incredibly accommodating, patiently handling my many changes in size and design. The pricing was very reasonable, making the entire experience even better. Agustin's communication skills are exceptional. I never had to wait for a response, as he was always prompt and clear. His team was also wonderful, addressing minor issues beyond the deck build and ensuring everything was perfect. The finished deck has received great reviews from several neighbors, many of whom have asked for Agustin's contact information for their own projects. I'm sure some of these projects are already finalized, and he's going to be busy in this street for some time. Once we had all necessary approvals from the HOA, county, and other relevant authorities, the actual build time was just 3-4 days. This remarkable efficiency, is truly hard to beat. Key Highlights: Communication: Immediate responses and clear communication. Pricing: Very reasonable and very competitive. Courtesy: Extremely courteous and accommodating team. Professionalism: Highly professional service throughout the project. Quality: Outstanding quality, praised by several neighbors. Thank you, Agustin and team, for building such an amazing deck and making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. My wholehearted 5 stars across all dimensions. read more

Creative Exteriors Plus rebuilt our deck and screened porch. The wood in the deck was starting to fall apart so we asked them to rebuild it using composite materials this time. We also had them replace the flooring in the screened porch to match and to replace the years old screens. They pointed out some things that the original builder hadn't done right so we asked them to fix those too. And, finally, we asked them to rebuild the steps in the garage using the same composite materials. They completed the entire project from demolition to complete clean-up of the work area in a little over a week and some of the guys even put in extra hours on the Labor Day weekend to complete the work faster than expected. The refurbished deck and porch are so much better than the original that we couldn't be happier with the results. Agustin Fuentes and his crew were easy to work with, kept us informed on progress, answered all of our questions, addressed any concerns quickly, and were determined to do a great job. They aren't cheap by any means but it definitely is the truth that you get what you pay for so, if you're looking for a company to build your deck or rebuild an old one at what we considered to be a fair price, we highly recommend this one. read more

We had a fantastic experience working with Creative Exteriors Plus on our deck extension and patio project. From the start, their team was communicative, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us bring our vision to life. They worked with us on pricing to stay competitive and align with our budget, which we really appreciated. The crew was respectful, efficient, and completed the project right on schedule. Any issues or change orders were clearly communicated and quickly resolved. In fact, they even identified and corrected mistakes from a previous contractor--sometimes at no extra cost to us, despite the additional labor and materials required. The project manager was especially impressive: insightful, responsive, and generous with his time. He offered helpful recommendations to fix lingering problems from an earlier job, even before we signed a contract. The finished deck and patio look amazing and have completely transformed our outdoor space. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Creative Exteriors Plus to anyone looking for high-quality work and a stress-free experience. read more

Creative Exteriors Plus absolutely transformed our backyard! From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was a dream to work with. We had them install a beautiful paver patio that wraps perfectly around our sunroom, and the privacy fence they put in is exactly what we envisioned. What really impressed us was not only the quality of their work but also their incredibly competitive pricing - they beat out everyone else we got quotes from in the area! The work crew was fantastic; they were professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. Even when we had a couple of minor adjustments we wanted to make to the original plan, Creative Exteriors Plus handled it with ease and a can-do attitude. They were so accommodating and genuinely wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the end result, and we absolutely are. If you're looking for top-notch exterior work at a great price with a team that truly cares about their customers, look no further than Creative Exteriors Plus. We contracted with Create Exteriors Plus to get a deck put on our house and the experience was great from start to finish. We did some research and decided to go with CEP because they listened to what we wanted to do and provided feedback about what was possible (other groups sounded like they were listening, then gave us drawings that didn't match what we had requested at all...). The estimate that we received for our 20x16 deck was in the ballpark of the estimate provided by another larger company, but for a 16x12 deck instead. As such, we were very happy with the price quoted and received. Work started on time as scheduled (in fact, permitting by the City was our biggest delay/unknown) and completed as expected. We had a few custom requests for power and lighting which required changes by CEP and they made the appropriate modifications to the contract. Our neighbors asked for a card and a few months later they also had a deck built by CEP (with a non-standard/customized sliding door) and a fireplace to boot. We highly recommend CEP! read more

We worked with Agustin and his team for a second screened in porch project on our newly purchased home. Similar to our first experience the crew was efficient, offered great attention to the details and were able to give us great recommendations throughout. Freddy did an amazing job and even helped me move some of my furniture out onto the porch at the end of the job. From the start and throughout Agustin offers cost effective ideas/solutions (never trying to up sell you) and works with you on every need. You can customize just about everything/anything you'd like. On this 2nd porch he suggested we take a look at some heating elements which we are very happy with and the team also installed the lights that we picked out ourselves. The construction teams are professional throughout. They clean up the worksite each day and at the end of the job threw down some grass seed in the areas that got a bit muddy. I couldn't recommend this group highly enough. They are fair with pricing, flexible and provide a high quality product. read more

We recently had my deck boards replaced by Creative Exteriors Plus. From the very first meeting with Augustin Fuentes, we felt comfortable and assured that the project would be completed on time, within the estimated cost, and with the precision and detail we had hoped for. Augustin answered all of our questions, gave us advice to maintaining our new deck and offered any assistance we may need. Augustin's crew were excellent. They arrived daily on time, were extremely polite, and skilled. They worked extremely hard on our very hot sunny deck, and when they left for the day, there was not a scrap of debris to be found. Our deck looks beautiful. We are extremely pleased with the entire project and the men who accomplished it. We would highly recommend Creative Exteriors Plus to anyone and everyone who is looking for "Creative Exterior" projects. Jean I read more
