They had a young man and his partner came out and they went in the basement and to the roof and told me all the work I needed done. They had to add a new and wide liner, fix the deteriorating staccato, ensured that there was no chance of carbon monoxide and of course the cap. It was well worth the investment. The first appointment I had there was a scheduling mishap so the woman that took my call offered to deploy an emergency weekend team but I opted to reschedule for the next week. The work was done in a few hours. I was worried about squirrels still getting into the attic so I put a metal trap up there but nothing has been in the attic since and no water seems to be coming through the wall. Highly recommend.

I wanted permeable pavers and he offered choices that go perfectly with the colors of my house. Miguel is very good at keeping you informed of the project's status; he and his crew work really efficiently but they don't skimp on any details or excellence. As part of this latest project, Miguel poured a new concrete base for the deck steps (the previous owner had simply placed the bottom of the wood stair on bare ground!) and he added to the concrete area underneath the deck that he constructed previously, so I can more easily pull out my trash bins. I totally enjoy working with Miguel and I'll be using him for more projects in the future!

I'm glad they did, because Jon contacted me a few days later apologizing for the delayed response on Yelp and asked if I could continue the conversation via email(hence my original note in this review). There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive. Very happy with the end result and how quickly Jon and his team were able to finish everything. I highly recommend Bio Rich Green Care and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

It's just so sad because I did really like him when I met him and I do not have a very good good experiences history with contractors and I thought he was different but of course I think every single person I hire is different right I'm just a complete fool. I do not recommend this company. Maybe if you know you have $150,000 job maybe you'll get better attention I don't know.

I contacted multiple fence companies asking for an estimate for a six-foot high fence for our back and side yards. Our yard is on a steep hill and the fence had to be constructed in such a way that it would survive the erosion that occurs at the edge of our property. Inmer's estimate came in at less than half that of the closest competitor. For that matter, he charged less per square foot than we paid for the original fence we had installed 17 years ago. The new fence looks fantastic, is significantly sturdier than its predecessor, and is reinforced against erosion. Inmer and his assistant were timely, polite, and efficient. They kept us up to date on their progress and finished on budget. Without charging extra, they cleared the yard of extensive underbrush near the fence, so our yard now looks bigger and is easier to mow. They also installed a pipe under the walkway for better water runoff, and removed a large bush in front of our house. Inmer and his team were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Inmer and his team were fantastic. Inmer gave me the best price out of about half a dozen other companies and a start date and time that was incredibly accommodating for me. His team showed up right on time. They cut back two bushes, a hedge and got rid of a tree that had started growing near the one of the bushes. They hauled the debris that had been cut on a constant basis and I couldn't believe what a difference they made. The team was incredibly efficient, polite and really listened to me when I had questions or directions. I would not use any other landscaper and already have another project for them! read more

I have a large area of hardscape patios that needed to be repointed and regrouted along with stone fascia that required repair. I originally contracted with another mason for a cheaper price and it was a disaster. I recontacted Inmer and he came in and restored order. He and his team did excellent work.
