Super responsive and polite manager/owner, Inmer, who also does the work together with his crew. They are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the work on time and cleans up at the end of each day. I am so pleased with the outcome. I wish it is this easy working with every contractor. Inmer also helped me resolve an additional problem that has been ongoing for some time. All in all, I am very grateful to him for a work well done and at a reasonable price! read more

We hired Inmer for monthly projects almost every month from February 2024 to October 2024. He is a 2-man team who did mostly hardscaping and one landscaping project. We work with master gardeners and designers so we don't generally hire LJ for landscaping. The total paid to LJ including labor and supplies was approx $30,000. Many of the projects were completed to our delight, some to our satisfaction, and most recently we noticed a slip in quality. Overall we recommend LJ. And would suggest Ro anyone engaging them to walk everything down - grading, elevation, proper footing, dimensions, methods TWICE. Go over everything twice. Make sure you are on the same page and that the final intended put-through end result is CLEAR. What they did: 1) retaining walls - mortared w flagstone (6) 2) retaining wall - dry stack w shale (1) 3) added stairs to existing wall (3) 4) flagstone walkway (4) 5) convert lawn to river rock bed (1) 6) add shale surfacing to compressor slab (2) 7) install compressor slab to protect/land HVAC and split compressors 8) weed, edge, mulch large garden bed (1) 9) install flagstone landings (3) 10) source, deliver and place large boulders (one pallet) read more

We were extremely pleased with the fence LJ Landscaping built for us. The owner adapted to our changes (as we changed our mind 3 times) readily. He also gave us a very good price. And he did the work in the time he predicted it would take. We now have a well built and attractive fence. He was great to work with. We will definitely use him again. Thank you so much, R. This was a perfect job! We had LJ Landscaping redo our front and side walkways and fix a retaining wall. The work was excellent, Inmer communicated so well with me throughout the process - checking in with us, letting us know what time they would arrive, and photos of their progress. His whole crew was so respectful of us and our property, we couldn't be happier. We chose them from four different contractors' bids. They were not the cheapest, but they were competitive. After reading the other reviews of their work, we went with them. And we're so glad we did. Five star rating. If there was another star, we'd give them that one too! read more

Inmer at LJ Landscaping did great work for our project. From getting a quote (very competitive compared to other quotes) to finishing the project, we are so glad we went with this company. Even though the company may be small, their work is superb! They punctual, polite and clean! Not only did they complete the project as we contracted for, they cleaned up after themselves EACH day and added extra touches like re-mulching our flower beds that were around the refinished walkway/stoop. We would hire Inmer and his company for other projects with no second thoughts and hope this review helps others make their selection as well. read more

Inmer at LJ Landscaping did a phenomenal job. We hired him to clean up invasive plants and a holly bush in our front yard and plant some new plants before Spring. He and his team went above and beyond, even blowing off leaves and making sure the rest of the yard looked polished. They got the work done in a short amount of time and our yard looks great. Inmer was also very responsive and good with communication throughout the entire process. He checked to make sure we were happy with the placement of the new plants before he planted them. Overall, we are so happy with LJ Landscaping and highly recommend them! read more

LJ landscaping headed by Inmer Delcid did a great job for us in Rockville MD, repairing a brick walkway, and installing a new flagstone patio. Inmer is professional, hard working, communicates clearly, and his pricing is fair. I am quite happy with the end results. He and his co-worker were hard at work without wasting any time, and finished the job on schedule. I highly recommend LJ landscaping with Inmer at the helm. read more

Connected via Yelp. Highly professional. Great interaction. Very impressed, even after I missed an appt.

LJ Landscaping was perfect -- very glad we took a chance on them (only say chance because there were not many reviews). From the outset to conclusion, Inmer was fantastic -- quick response to initial inquiry, timely follow through on scheduling walk through, showed up on time, promptly provided quote... and then showed up on time as planned for work and executed perfectly. My husband and I sometimes disagree on plans but we knew we wanted to do a couple of landscaping projects. Inmer diplomatically navigated my husband's and my subtle bickering on what we wanted. Although our usual "lack of being on same page" frequently scares contractors away, Inmer talked through the various wants / options provided multiple quotes. His pricing was very reasonable ... and so, we hired him. He showed up when he said he would, (and i note this bc it is not as common as one would think in the industry) and worked very hard all day. For our the hardscaping of a small grill patio landing, Inmer creatively laid out an attractive design mostly using our own left over pavers. In the front of our house, Inmer removed a a crumbliing/cracked 70 cement walkway and replaced it with beautiful flagstone he adapted to hit the curvy shape of the path. He has a good eye for design and is skilled. His team weeded our yard, and gave shape to random landscaping using mulch. He and his team are hardworking, nice, and reliable. We 1000% plan on hiring Inmer & LJ Landscaping again (as soon as we save up some more $) and strongly recommend him and his team to anyone interested in hardscaping / landscaping services. read more

I reached out to Inmer based on good reviews on Yelp and he exceeded expectations. I needed to have leaves removed and trees trimmed that had accumulated since prior to us purchasing our home. Inmer came the day that I reached out to him to assess the work that needed to be done and gave a quote that was very fair. The work that Inmer and his team did was incredible. He used his expertise to help me decide how much to trim and was knowledgeable about all of the different bushes and trees that I had to discuss how much we could trim and still allow a good bloom. He cleaned the leaves, trimmed the trees, and cleaned out the flower beds and the price remained exactly the same as what he quoted me. Overall, great work for a great price and a really approachable business owner. Will plan to work with again in the spring! read more
