I recently hired Manuel Construction Services for paver restoration, weeding, bush and tall grass trimming, and mulching. Manuel arrived with a large team and was extremely organized, starting all work on time and was here all day. A small team returned the next day to complete part two of the job, demonstrating great commitment. Not only did they leave my backyard looking even neater than when they arrived, but Manuel's team also went above and beyond by weeding and mulching the front yard and side yard (not pictured) with extra mulch at no additional cost -- even though it wasn't part of the original scope. Pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Manuel truly lives up to the positive reviews I read beforehand, which is why I decided to give him a try. Huge thanks to the previous reviewers and to Manuel for a fantastic job! P.S. - I called Manuel for one quote at my rental property for fencing. Good so far. He is scheduled to start with the fence addition next Tuesday. Manuel and his team constructed a 6' French gothic fence in my backyard. It was not a straight forward project as there were large above ground roots from my neighbor's yard protruding into the area to be fenced. Manuel worked with me to design an interesting structure with bump outs to accommodate the roots and to make the fence more interesting. I can't wait to landscape with groups of differing shrubs that will nestle into each of the small nooks he created. Manuel was deliberate and precise in his preparation and execution of the project.
