had a great experience with this landscaping service! I had quite a bit of overgrowth in both my front and backyard, including ivy that needed to be cut back and trees that needed trimming. Luis responded to my Yelp request within about 10 minutes and came out the very next day to look at the property and give me a quote. I was especially impressed that he was able to fit me into his schedule so quickly--he came out on Sunday and the work was completed on Monday. The crew did an excellent job, and they cleaned everything up beautifully when they were finished read more

This was my first time getting help around the yard, and it shoes - our yard was a mess. Juan responded immediately, came and did a thorough walk around the property w me and then personally coordinated his team who perfectly executed everything I asked for, including weeding, trimming, mulching andd general tidying. They even did things I didn't ask for like cleaning off our deck and mowing the yard - Highly recommended! We will work w Dubon's again. read more

The lawn care service is highly recommended. They are a very reliable team and have excellent customer care. As a new customer, I find it refreshing to have such a well-managed company. The owner quickly responded to me and I was able to get efficient, reliable service right away. Great communication and an openness to customers who required to be scheduled in right away. Very professional and friendly, the team members are super efficient and provided quality lawn care services in a timely fashion. read more

Honestly can't thank Luis and his team enough. After this intense summer, the lawn was a mess. I knew I'd have to do a bit maintenance job in the fall and spring. I saw the temperatures dip and I bought a dethatcher to get to work. I set this weekend aside to do the work. I scheduled another company to come do the aeration. I spent Friday afternoon and Saturday morning mowing low and dethatching. At 2:30, the person supposed to do the aeration told me their machine broke. It was scheduled to rain at 4pm so I was a little frantic. Luis was able to fit me in at 4:20 and his team got to work. Luckily the rain held off. As they were aerating, I was overseeding lol. Started to drizzle as we were all finishing up. I managed to lay down some fertilizer just before the rain intensified. I can't thank Luis enough for doing such a last min job and considering it was just to aerate. They drove all the way from laurel just to help me out. More than the work itself, I really speak to the kindness he showed. Even when he arrived, we had a very nice conversation and it was just overall a nice exchange. I'll def look to work with Luis and his team again in the future. read more

Came same day and gave reasonable pricing for a small project. Professional and efficient.

Very disappointed! Did not show up to give an estimate. No courtesy message for canceling.

I called on Tuesday evening asking for snowplowing of our driveway. They showed up at 7:30am and did a great job plowing the snow. The cost was more than expected, right now, but snowplowing is in high demand. I would use them again read more

Luis Dubon and his crew did a great job cleaning edging and mulching my gardens and landscape. I have not hired anyone ever for this service and struggled to do my own yard work. I appreciate his efforts and I am happy with the results. Thank you Luis read more

Totally unrealtic pricing $650 for snow removal from a drive way, which is absolutely price gauging. No remorse. Quoted the price before they even saw my driveway. Bad business! I plan to report to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Thank you so much for doing the stump grinding someone else was hired to do nearly a year ago! And you guys rocked! read more

These guys took care of some last minute landscaping for me and did a great job. Luis came by same day of my request to look at the yard and give a quote and also provided some free advice about fertilizing and pruning. His team came the next day and did a great job. High quality work at a competitive price. read more

Did a massive ice-removal job from my 75-foot driveway, and front walk, on the same day I asked. Price came in a little under their original estimate. Very thorough, competent work. read more

Response time was good, the landscaping work was good, however we had a disagreement about whether the job was finished. Basically I thought they were going to do more work for the price as how I saw it written in the contract. Luis disagreed. For that reason, I think the 2 star "Could've been better" experience is warranted. read more

I would DEFINITELY request there services again. It was done quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for anything better. They did above and beyond my expectations. They had, in my eyes a big job to do. I will be requesting another service. read more

I submitted a request for quote through Yelp. Luis contacted me within 30 minutes and conducted an onsite survey of the job the next morning (I submitted the request in the evening). He provided a competitive quote and also provided recommendations for other work that I had not considered, such as replenishing the gravel stones in the front and back. I was in the process of getting my house ready for sale, and the yard was the last piece that needed to be completed within 3 days. Luis and his team completed the work quickly and professionally. They did an excellent job and I hope to do business with them again. read more

Contacted Dubon's Sunday morning and he came out that afternoon to look at cutting trees that were hitting the house. The cost was reasonable for cutting a tree down and removing branches from 3 other trees. We scheduled for the next day. Luis and his team were prompt and efficient. It seemed like the job was done in no time. I was impressed. The clean up was awesome. My driveway looks nice. I wasn't expecting that finishing touch with the blower. Well done and worth the money. I recommend Luis and his team. read more

Everything went well and in record time. The original estimate included trimming of two large hollies and two cherry laurel hedge trims and thinning plus one overgrown yew. Before the final quote was provided, I added mulching of two specific areas and removal of a huge and heavy amount of debris left by a previous (non-Yelp) contractor. Luis suggested an alternate solution for the other contractor's debris that worked out beautifully and saved me the additional expense of having him deliver it to the county recycling center. Luis participated in the work and actively supervised and made suggestions to his team for visually appealing adjustments. He and his two-man team performed the work exactly to specifications, cleaned up the new tree and shrubbery debris and left all the areas pristine. I couldn't be more pleased, and I definitely will call him again for future needs. read more

Showed up when they said they would. Cut was clean and quick. Prices for just mowing are reasonable. A tad but high for other services.

Dubon’s Renovation - Landscaping Near Me - Silver Spring, Maryland

I read about Luis and his company Dubon Renovation on a neighborhood ListServ. He got rave reviews from several neighbors. One neighbor had mentioned about fence repair that Luis had done. I needed a wooden gate replaced and some minor fence repair done. I texted on a Sunday and he came right over, made his assessment, and gave me a price. it was a little more than I expected, but it's hard to find a Fence company who will come out for these smaller jobs. Luis and his small crew came exactly on time with all of the supplies in his truck and got right to work. He completed his work in just a few hours, did a fine job and I was very pleased with his competence, and his work ethic. He emailed a work contract in advance He seems to have a landscaping component to his business as well as the renovation piece. I will call him for other jobs in the future. I highly recommend Luis Dubon. read more
