His crew worked quickly and did a great job (even in hot, muddy conditions). Agustin even checked back with us after the completion of the job to make sure that we had not encountered any issues. I would definitely work with him again.

Rosemarie Jones was extremely friendly and efficient in the office for scheduling us and arranging all the details and dates, and we could not be more pleased. Richard, the craftsman was just over and above on every part of the project, from being on time (even slightly early the first day), extremely polite and friendly, but most of all in his workmanship. We've all heard the nightmare stories of 'jackleg' home improvement projects, and we were really concerned because this project had some challenges that came with it being a 50 year old home with some unique construction obstacles to overcome. Despite the challenges, Richard some up with professional solutions for shoring up the area under the deck to support the railing and to mounting a 2'x12' backing beam to the upstairs smaller deck to mount the railing. BY HIMSELF. All in all he just nailed it and we highly recommend ACE and Richard. The price was fair and reasonable, but the craftsmanship was priceless! And for what it's worth, Richard politely declined my offer of a cash tip. It was very warm in late May when he did the work, and had his mask on the whole time (Covid era!) & I felt he deserved something extra but it was not to be. That's about as professional as it gets. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Not once did we feel anything less than a top priority. Mike, Pavlo, and Wade were the primary builders, and they were phenomenal. They treated us like rock stars during the entire three-and-a-half-week build. Mike, the lead carpenter, took the time to explain every phase of the project in detail, which my wife and I truly appreciated. Whitmer Decks removed our old deck and built a beautiful new 14x12 screened porch, along with a 10x10 deck and staircase. I'm no professional photographer, but the results speak for themselves--we are absolutely thrilled. We can't wait for warmer weather so we can fully enjoy our stunning new space.
