I really wanted to like this company. The communication has been terrible from day 1. The crews…read morethat came were very friendly but they would ask us where certain materials were so we were constantly the ones having to call the owner (Rick) or the supervisor (Nathan) to ask them questions for the workers. The supervisor would tell us one thing and the owner would tell us another. No one was on the same page. After the work was completed, I have contacted the owner and supervisor more than 20x to get some things fixed, like cracking walls from where they did drywall too close to my vent system (so now it makes a loud boom sound every time it turns on) and the closet doors being put on the wrong way so we struggle to get them open. I keep being told "I'll put you on the schedule" and we never hear from them. It has been 6 months and still no one has shown up to fix this stuff!!!! I would not recommend.
