They gave me options for the repair and all I had to do was choose the time frame. The overall the experience was convenient as they sent me an invoice. I was able to pay a portion of the bill until after they completed the replacement. They arrived promptly, actually early, on the agreed upon date and the beam was exchanged within 2 hours. Only complaint is that the double gate latching mechanism was not great on day 1 and has caused some cracking During a recent windstorm a tree fell on a section of our fencing. I called Abbey Fritz to get a model number for our original fence and a quote to replace the downed section. First call, Penny very rude and stated that "we have a lot of customers to help before you." She could not pull up our original order and model number which would have made sufficed. I said that I would wait. About a week later, technician called and repeated the statement that there was still a long list of customers ahead of me. A week later, a technician called and said he would be out soon. A week later, a technician called and said he would be out that day. Two weeks after the last call from Abbey Fritz, I have not heard from the company. I have called and spoke with Penny twice. She again repeated that they have a long list of customers to deal with. She also stated, "the next time a technician calls, be sure to get his name." So now, the company's poor customer service, horrible inter-communications and record keeping is being blamed on me. Recommendation: Stay away from Abbey Fritz Fencing. They have no customer loyalty and are too lazy to follow through with a request. I will make my repair myself and try to find a fence panel that comes close to matching...as I would not want to give this company another dime.

He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. The owner Samvel scheduled an appointment for an estimate and immediately we explained to him the problems we were facing with other contractors, and we gave him our budget. The project took a little more time than expected, but that was expected due to the company being a small business plus the rainy weather conditions were also a major factor in the time frame.
