My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.
