Julie Smith was wonderful in taking my initial call by listening to my problem and quickly identifying the best way to get me taken care of quickly. She put me in touch with their project manager, Maurice, who I've worked with before and he was at my house within 2 hours to assess the situation. He identified an action plan a set up a team to come out the next morning to install a new high grade sump pump with battery backup pump. Marcus and his team arrived the next morning as scheduled and completed the job in timely fashion ensuring I was satisfied. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Total job was $1,800 to install high end professional grade PitBoss sump pump (not available via retail). They were horrible an incompetent the whole way through. They made me feel like a bad person for wanting things like the floor leveled first because it wasn't ready for tile and even I knew that. Initially, they brought over this really mismatched rainbow slate I wasn't expecting that was crumbling apart and most of the tiles were broken...had to wait for normal color slate for weeks longer...what a pain and so rude.
