I was asked to send a picture, which I did, was told I would receive a follow up call, I didn't. Pros: The guy who came to do the work on my house (not Melvin) wore a mask upon arrival. The moss was removed from the back of the house. Cons: 1. The service was actually more of a soft wash with solution so there was no notable difference on the rest of the house besides moss removal. 2. The guy broke one of my fence slats but he did try to repair it. 3. I had to keep reminding the guy to not walk or pull the hose through the plants in the garden. 3. Right after the washing there were black marks on the plants in the garden. I notified Melvin who denied the washing solution was the problem. I sent him before and after photos and he asked me to call him back after a few days to see what happened. Days later, my plants started to die. Melvin again denied the solution was the problem even after I gave him before and after photos. He did not offer any type of resolution or reimbursement. I would not recommend them for power washing the house. read more
