I found Tony's on Yelp, and the reviews convinced me to give them a shot. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and their prices are competitive. The tech showed up on time, and after a little bit of talk to get him familiar with where things were (access to back yard and water), he was good to go. A few things I noticed that are definite benefits of Tony's Gutter cleaning. 1) They hand clean the gutters, and have a bucket with them for the leaves/dirt... so most of the leaves end up in the bucket, and not on your lawn/driveway. 2) Once the bucket is full, they put the leaves into a Lawn Bag, and when that is full, they place the Lawn Bag(s) at the bottom of your driveway. 3) Hosing out your gutters and downspouts. I've used their gutter cleaning services twice. The prices are reasonable and the work gets done. Will use again. (I used the yelp messaging app to communicate with the company.) Both times though i wasnt quite sure when they were coming. For this instance i gave a week window and asked if i could schedule something and they said yes. And then i asked if they could come a certain day. And i didnt get a response. I didnt know if they got that message or not. I've used Tony's Gutter Cleaning in roughly 3 occasions. Prices are very reasonable and in line with other competitors. It's very simple, I either call and or text the number and explain what I want done. Service is rendered and a bill is left for you to pay upon receipt if you are not home. On my last service I asked my neighbor if he wanted to join and Tony took off $20 per house. I also asked Tony to look at my downspout straps and he fixed those too. I have been satisfied with the service, level of communication and pricing. It's very easy to tell if your gutters have been cleaned on the first rain fall...and on each occasion it's a drastic difference. read more

I requested this through Yelp and got at least one response saying it would need to be replaced - it couldn't be 'unbent.' I called Tony's Gutter service because my gutters were clogged and there was heavy rain in the forecast. I called and discussed an appointment which was simple enough. I appreciated that when I gave him my address, he looked up the street view of the home, verified the number of gutters, and provided a quote. The day of the appointment I wasn't home but I had a feeling that Tony did not come because I did not see an invoice at my door. No matter, I put "follow up with Tony" on my list of things to do. Before I could follow up, the next day I get a call from Tony saying he was't able to make it yesterday but that he would arrive tomorrow at 9am. Sure enough the next day he was there at 9am, cleaned the gutters, and left the contents on the curb in a lawn bag for pickup. The invoice was consistent with the quote. read more

No follow through - Called to schedule a simple gutter cleaning. They got back to me right away with a quote and day/timeframe for the service. There was no communication leading up to the day of service. On day of service still no call or anything with an ETA, etc. I had to call them about 30 mins before the window of time ran out that they'd given me to inquire if they were still coming. Only then was I told they were running late - with no explanation, etc. I cancelled my appt. There is no need to waste anyone's time in this day in age of cell phones. read more

Tony's Gutter Cleaning has been very reliable for us for almost three years. But this time around the situation was different. Scheduled to come for a gutter cleaning on what turned out to be a rainy Wednesday, Tony's didn't show...didn't even call to say that they weren't coming. When we called them late that afternoon, the owner said that they don't make appointments for specific days, and they'd just come whenever they could. (Tony's knows from experience that they are not to come onto my property without my being at the house, lest my neighbors call the cops.) In addition, when pressed, the owner dismissively told the Frogette they could get to us in two weeks. Not acceptable guys! You miss an appointment, one that we took a day off from work for, you show up the next time the sun shines. I'd give Tony's two stars for botching this cleaning, but honestly, till now, they've been very reliable. So...three stars, but buyer beware. read more

I reached out to Tony's about cleaning my gutter. My home is two stories. He responded within the hour and was able to clean my gutter within 2 days of outreach. Turns out I had a bird's nest in my gutter blocking my downspout. Tony was kind enough to remove the bird's nest which had baby birds in it and put it in a nearby tree (I'm really hoping the momma finds her babies). He was quick, kind, professional, and efficient. Great service. Last night when there was a huge storm, we had gutter issues. I was worried so the next day I called many places to get them looked at and cleaned and most would give me timeframes of 1-2 weeks. I called Tony's Gutter Cleaning and he responded immediately and was willing to come the same day. He was at my house within an hour ready to go. Have used twice, first time they said they would be out that day, but didn't show up until the next day. But, they did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. The second time was for a rental....called on Friday, they said will be out on Sunday and they were. Did awesome job again. I was in the middle of replacing my hardwood floors in my house during all of the rain and suddenly I had water coming in through the back door on my freshly sanded floors. My contractor said it was due to clogged gutters. I found Tony on Yelp and called hoping to be saved from my emergency. He called me back almost immediately and was at my house less than 90 minutes later! He climbed up on the roof and fixed my gutters in the pouring rain and was finished in record time. Absolute worst! I called & texted with Tony's on multiple occasions for the work requested (gutter cleaning). In those multiple calls/texts, I informed him on multiple occasions that the property was a rental property and that I, as the owner, don't live there. He quoted me a price and said we can do it Saturday. He didn't show up on Saturday because "we don't work in the rain cause it's too dangerous" but the day that he was supposed to do the work, it was not raining. So the day he shows up, he texts me at 9am to say he's there but he can't do the job until I pay. I don't see the text because I'm still sleeping due to working a mid-shift and not getting in bed until 2am. So, rather than doing the work, he just leaves. So when I wake up and see the text message, I immediately call and ask him what gives. He says, you need to pay before I do the work, you didn't return my call, so I left cause I have other jobs to do. I said, you never once said anything about paying before doing the work in our multiple calls/texts, why didn't you tell me that beforehand? I have no issue paying before the work is done, but you never said anything about that and then you just leave without doing the work! WTF??!! He continued to argue that I didn't pay beforehand so he wasn't going to do the work......again without mentioning anything about that prior on the multiple phone calls/text messages that we exchanged. I would've happily paid beforehand had it been mentioned but it wasn't - not once, never, no mention, zilch, zero, nada. I would NOT recommend Tony's Gutter Cleaning! read more

I called on Wednesday. Within an hour I had an appointment for the following day. The window I was given was 7:30am-12pm, which is pretty large, but the guys showed up at 8:50am. They did a good job of cleaning the gutters and downspouts. I will use this company again. read more
