When searching for a local company to replace your gutters, it is best not to have to settle for a MacGyver, someone who will piece together something functional out of two sticks of Juicy Fruit gum, a paper clip, a squeegee, a plastic sink strainer, and a salamander-orange balloon. From the inception of our initial estimate with Justin, the entire operation was state of the art, professional, and lightning-quick efficient. Justin showed me physical samples of five-inch and six-inch gutters, pointed out that we had the former, and explained in precise terms both why he recommended the larger of the two and why the difference in cost ($1 per foot) was negligible compared to the benefits we would reap. After, he brought out physical samples of the five types of leaf guard gutter protection we could purchase, identifying their strengths and describing their warranty protections related to costs; and he invited me to hold the squares in my hands to see for myself what types of protection they would provide. On the day of the installation, with my wife in a virtual meeting, myself away at work, and our German Shepherd/Rottweiler peacefully sleeping, they installed the gorgeous, clay-colored gutters and Gutter Glove Pro leaf protection in a few hours, without so much as a single bark of alarm from Harley. Last Friday we got hit by some of the strongest winds in a long time. The screws that held my home's gutter came off and the gutter was hanging barely intact. I reckon it may have fallen off at the next huff or puff. I contacted them and true to their Brand, they sent someone out the next day where I didn't need to be present. I spoke to Mr. Hall for some consultation who examined the situation and drove around the neighborhood to review what the other homes had to confirm the recommendation should not go against the HOA guidelines. Don't believe the initial estimate, it will be double when they start installing for lame excuses ( more damaged than initially thought )

After calling to setup an in-person estimate of my gutters, a guy came out to look at them about two weeks ago. He was on time and friendly enough, and after reviewing and verbally quoting me a price, he said he'd email me the written estimate over the weekend. Here we are two weeks later and no email or anything. Look elsewhere. read more

Eddie with NDG did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We initially had him come out to do a quote in November to install gutter guards on our existing gutters. The quote was a little more than my wife and I had planned considering Eddie said he'd have to replace the gutter pans. The reason was the gutter guards would push up on our shingles and allow water to get in underneath. We decided to mull it over the next month or two. I called Eddie back last week and he was nice enough to lower the price by a few hundred dollars and get us scheduled for later that week. His crew came and did the entire job in less than two hours, start to finish. They left the exterior clean and the gutters look fantastic. These guys really live up to their name... not that everyone needs gutters the "next day" but we did after heavy rain took down about 20ft of gutters on the back of the house. Turns out all of our gutters needed to be upgraded and the guys from Next Day came out "the next day" gave me a great quote and installed beautiful new gutters on my schedule. I got one other quote (as you should too) and although the prices were similar I went with Next Day b/c the sales guy was no pressure and I learned they are family owned. I had my gutters installed in May 2013. It took them a while to install them because they said of the weather. I even took the day off so I can see what they are doing but never did it that day. I don't think they want you to see their crummy work. They are supposed to replace the fascia board and paint them. In Aug. I'd found out that the side of the fascia board was not even done, rotten board was still there. I just discovered this when I was on my neighbor's deck. I called them up the very next day and made an appointment for them to see it. When Eddy came he just told me that it's just a painting job and that does'nt included in the contract. They were already up on the roof, so why they never told me about this. Just a courtesy for them to let me know about this. So I made the conclusion that this company just do a mediocre job and donot even care about their customers eventhough their rate is a lot higher than some other companies. I'd learn my lesson on this, never trust anybody out there. You have to be watching them like a hawk. They have 2 reviews on their website but you cannot make a review of this company, your opinion is not allowed. They take advantage on people who they think are naive. read more

One of the best contractors I have seen over the last few years. Came for an estimate the day after the call, scheduled promptly, crew came on time and did a timely and quality job. One gutter needed to be slightly adjusted. Follow up call was arranged in 2 days and issue resolved. I checked all workmanship personally. Materials, seams, etc. everything looks very good. I have no clue how this company could receive anything OTHER than 5 STARS! To all my single home owners, to the Ladies who have been raked over the coals by a fast talking salesperson... Listen up!! This company is a family owned business.... I met with an OWNER. The truck that arrives on INSTALLATION DAY IS A HUGE GUTTER TRUCK with the company name WRITTEN ALL OVER IT. And the installers were gracious, kind, sweet, caring. I wanted to adopt them! They treated my home with such care and respect. In my situation I opted to forgo guards on my gutters. When they started to remove my old ones they asked me to come look at the debris and pine needles that were collecting in the top gutters. I saw the expression on their faces. These are installers. Not sales people. There was concern for the longevity of my gutters and my water issue....and they suggested to ONLY put guards on the areas that had the most debris .....which was GENIUS~!!! AND IT SAVED ME MONEY. Then one of the installers noticed that the ROOFERS (2 years ago) forgot to install drip edge on a section of my roof (cape cod, many cut up edges). HE DID NOT have to say anything. But he did. And they installed drip edge for a small up charge.. I KNEW the roofers would not come back out 2 years later.. so that was a Godsend that they told me about it. LASTLY a little section of siding had come undone during a storm.. it has bothered me but who do you call for 2 screws without being charged something ridiculous!! That young man jumped on a ladder and snapped that siding back into place for me. I offered to give him money.. he said "NO THANK-YOU.....I'm happy to do it" I did my homework before I chose this gutter company. I base my decision on quality of work and the product. When you first make your order they are very attentive. The initial installation of leaf guard was fine But getting follow-up service has been terrible. It literally takes at least a week for someone to return your call - you can't reach them directly, you have to go through an answering service. And then at least a week later for someone to make a visit to inspect the service issue. And then there is no follow-up and you have to start the whole process again of calling their answering service and hoping for a return call. Bottom line - they are all about sales, but not really committed to follow-up service. read more

I was a bit surprised to see two reviews that were less than stellar on Yelp because my experience was quite different with Next Day Gutters. I contacted them to replace my copper gutters on my weekend farmhouse in Virginia, and they were able to meet me there the next day to review the project. While copper is not inexpensive, the pricing was the best of the three quotes that I received, and the installation went without a hitch. They arrived the morning that they promised (actually a bit early) and the foreman was great. They finished the job that day, and the gutters look great! I will definitely talk to them about future projects. read more
