I hired EES Services for dryer duct cleaning. They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. Highly recommended.

They did a great job cleaning our gutters and fixing some significant issues with our dryer. We plan on being frequent customers!! They have been our go to providers for years read more

Mr. Salazar communicated well and showed up on time. He did a thorough job for both the dryer duct cleaning and for a follow up repair. He encouraged asking questions and used video camera footage of the vent to demonstrate the issues and solution. read more

Jose and the people at EES were fantastic. We've had an issue for years that no one could fix. Jose and EES fixed it permanently in one visit. They were quick to come out and worked efficiently. They clearly communicated the plan and the cost. I highly recommend EES for any roof or vent related needs. read more

Alexandria, VA - Our dryer was giving us warning signals that the dryer vent was clogged. We cleaned it ourselves but in a short time it repeated the same signals. Additionally the clothes weren't drying very well. We contacted EES services via Yelp. They were quick to respond with a price estimate and we made an appointment within a few days. Jose came out to see us and in no time the issue was fixed. We learned that we have the wrong dryer vent on our roof and that was the issue. He showed us photos of the problem which he later shared in a report. Jose was super professional and even wore shoe covers in our house. We are definitely willing to work with him again. And would highly recommend EES Services to all. read more

Jose was great! He responded quickly and showed up on time. I had hired him to clean our gutters. Once he arrived, he reviewed the roof and let me know that there would be a lot of debris coming off the roof because of the eaves. Before starting, he explained that he'd be using a blower to get things off, so he couldn't gather all the debris the way he'd be able to do when just cleaning gutters. We talked about it and he was able to use one of the tarps in our garage to cover a fountain we have in the back to be sure the debris wouldn't enter the water. He was quick and cleaned up everything. Once he was done, I asked him about our dryer vents and he was able to do that as well. read more

Our brand new dryer told us it had an 80% blockage in the vent! SIL discovered when the previous dryer was installed, the company who put in the ducts cheated the landlords! It was actually a fire hazard in the ceiling! Anyway, José and his worker were very punctual, explained everything very carefully, asked numerous times if we had any questions. They wore masks and shoe covers to ensure our safety and comfort. It was a complicated job that they completed flawlessly, even though it took most of the day. When complete, they vacuumed the whole floor and cleaned up after themselves better than my family does! ;) They were professionally friendly, and when I complimented José as they were leaving, he told me he treats everyone's home as if it was his wife's and if she wasn't pleased, that would be the worst! read more

We have had Jose Salazar a couple of times to our home. He is punctual, professional and polite. He has cleared our gutters/downspouts, cleaned our dryer vent (multiple times we've had birds nests in them which he found, we didn't even realize!), and vacuumed our dryer's inside to clear out additional lint, separate from the vent. He replaced an improper, unsafe dryer vent that the builder had installed. He does his work efficiently but effectively and tidies up his workspaces before leaving. We will call EES again. read more

EES services cleaned out our dryer vent and replaced our dryer vent cover, and provided a thorough air duct cleaning. They are responsive, reasonably priced, and responsible and provide a valuable service. read more

Needed a new gutter cleaning service as ours had kind of dropped the ball a couple of times. EES was rapid in response, clear on pricing, and did it the next day. Prompt, clean and professional. read more

Just had EES Services clean our ducts...they did a fantastic job!! At first I had a hard time selecting a company for the duct work because the quotes varied from $159 to $640. I learned from reviews & friends that there are a lot of scammers out there...sometimes the quotes are not the total price which you dont learn till they show up. And some companies claim you need mold treatments which you may not need and the company is not qualified to do. Jose from EES is a small business owner who explained the process, showed up on time, did a thorough job and left the house clean. I appreciated the before and after photos he provided. I didnt realize how badly we needed the service. EES was worth it!!! read more

I contacted EES for gutter services, which are listed in the area of expertise, but was informed in an email that they don't do that sort of work. Nothing against these guys (the ratings speak for themselves), just trying to save you some time if gutter cleaning or service is what you need. read more

Jose was amazing! He showed up promptly to replace a hard-to-reach vent hood two stories up on the side of our house. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled in evaluating and fixing the issue and making sure I understood what the problem was and how he would fix it. While Jose was on the ladder replacing the hood he even photographed some issues on the side of our house we hadn't known about so we could get them fixed. I highly recommend EES Services! read more

Very responsive, quality work, didn't upsell when they easily could have. They were reliable and I'd happily use them again.

When I contacted Jose through Yelp, he replied promptly. We discussed the issue I was having. He said he could help and gave an estimate for the service. I asked about an exhaust fan, he said he didn't recommend it and even researched the manual of my dryer model to check the specifications of venting required. My husband said he was on time and professional. Jose made suggestions and cleared out the vent. He told my husband he could go to Lowe's to get something cheaper than having him fix it. So clearly he is very honest and not out to over charge. I would recommend Jose and would use him again. read more

Called EES Services for a clogged dryer vent. Absolutely impeccable service. Fast response time, mask and foot covers as requested, reasonable price. The gentlemen that came out were incredibly professional, and they took the time to go over everything after the work was completed. Will absolutely be using them again for routine maintenance, and would strongly suggest you consider them for your needs. read more

Dryer vent and duct work cleaning - Jose did an excellent job. Arrived exactly on time and did the job very professionally with the right equipment. Cleaned up afterward and then offered to help me level the washer, which had been recently installed poorly. That took an extra half hour and he wouldn't take any extra money for the additional help. Perhaps the free service was because the dryer job was simpler and faster than expected and he had the time, but mostly it was just gracious and old school professionalism. read more

Jose is amazing - he came to clean my dryer duct and identified a serious problem that could have led to carbon monoxide seeping in through my ceiling. He quickly put together a proposal to repair the vent and came out 3 more times until it was fixed properly. Cannot recommend EES Services enough - Jose is a true professional! read more

We contacted EES Services to inquire about getting our chimney inspected. We have lived in our house for about ten years, but never once used the fireplace. Through the years, we did have quite a few wasps come in through the chimney and we really had no idea what was potentially living up there. We relayed this to EES and they set up a time to come out and inspect and sweep our chimney. Jose, the owner, is top notch. Very professional, very prompt, and very knowledgeable. He provided multiple pictures of EVERYTHING (showing inside the chimney and outside the chimney) and gave us options to rectify the fireplace's issues. For what it's worth, there was a small wasp nest up there but since it was early March... no wasps were present. We thought about our options for a few days and decided to have EES repair the chimney so as to stop water intrusion - this involved constructing a new cement crown and installing a new damper at the top of the chimney. Again, he took pictures of everything and took no shortcuts. By virtue of our experience, my wife and I highly recommend EES Services and are looking forward to living a wasp-free lifestyle moving forward. read more

It was a very pleasant experience. He took care to ensure my home was clean during and after the cleaning process. I was able to watch the camera as he inspected the chimney. He explained to me where the weaknesses were in my system. I was never worried about being scammed or over charged for the services. I highly recommend them to anyone needing chimney service. read more

I would recommend to a neighbor. EES Services has been professional, on time and great to work with. read more

Fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, quick and efficient. I had a D90 dryer error and they cleared the ducts quickly and thoroughly, working in a basement that has old ductwork and limited space. They explained everything, had no surprise costs, and even followed COVID precautions post- mandate drop, which was important to us due to having high risk household members. read more

EES was recommended by several neighbors on NextDoor. They're very professional. Confirmation and reminders via email and text, which I appreciate. Received a call when they were on their way. Great service, used masks, shoe covers. We received detailed information of the issue with the dryer vent, it was resolved and the dryer worked perfectly after that. Easy payment and confirmation via email. I highly recommend them and will call them again. read more

Professional, punctual, and friendly. Jose came for a dryer air duct cleaning. Arrived on time and did the whole thing in 30 minutes. Was very patient and friendly in terms of answering questions that I had. A 5-star service for sure! read more

They did a good job cleaning my chimney and showing me what needed to be done to get it in working condition. I'd use them again.

I highly recommend Jose. Great service, attitude and knowledge. Will definitely use him again!

I will never use any company other than EES. Jose arrived on time (actually 5 min early!). He is very polite and friendly and nice to my loud barking dog. He walked me through the air duct cleaning process and routinely updated me throughout the work to let me know what he was discovering. For the dryer vent cleaning, he highlighted the items that were not to code and offered me a number of potential solutions. Jose reworked some of the vents and our dryer set up is better than ever! I shopped around quite a bit before settling on EES and their prices are comparable to others. The detailed report that EES provides you after the work is done is amazing and will be great to reference moving forward. They offer a 5% military discount which was an added bonus for my family. We love Jose and EES and would highly recommend if you are looking for best value and a friendly company. read more

Jose Salaza did service on several areas of our home (power washing, gutter cleaning, heating duct and vent) and did it with great respect, He totally exceeded our expectations. Jose is so easy to work with. He treats your home as if it were his own. It is nice to know there is still such a good quality service company as EES Services. Thank you Jose! read more

Excellent service from a reliable professional. Contacted for gutter cleaning a minor maintenance. Had the parts on hand. Representative showed up, said what he was doing, did it and reviewed what was done. Recommend this company. read more

Great job cleaning my gutters. Not a rush job. They earned a tip. Cheers!

Jose was response, thorough, and very honest. He found hazardous issues in the HVAC, chimney, and dryer vent from the previous owners. He gave us honest feedback about how to fix the issues with other professionals & did as much work as he safely could for us today. He also gave us some tips about general home maintenance, which I appreciate as a new home owner with zero experience. I will hire him again! read more

Called this company to discuss a simple exterior chimney issue and provided a photo. It was so easy to see crumbling mortar. The owner Jose refused to make any comment on the photo and instead wanted to get me to pay him $250 for an "inspection". This was ridiculous. I spoke to 2 other companies with more 5 star ratings and they both freely spoke about the photo and said theyd come out to confirm the issue without any charge or a ridiculous $250 fee. Dont use this company as they are about the money only and the owner is not customer service oriented. He was rather abrupt compared to other companies we called. read more

Just had my gutters cleaned and they were amazing. They showed up on time and did a amazing job. Their estimate was a 100% correct. I will definitely be using them again for future gutter cleaning. I love how they dont try to sell me other products, like gutter guards or extended contracts. GREAT COMPANY!! read more

Over a year since they cleaned the ducts and everything is still running great. I have already recommended them to other people looking to get work done. read more

Thanks to EES I now have a safe dryer vent and a solid plan for my fireplace fix when it's time. Jose is incredibly responsive, professional and courteous and most important to me explains and shows what he is finding and thinking. I'm not an expert nor as knowledgeable as I should be so I've very much learned from and appreciated Jose's ability to clearly communicate building codes and options along with price estimates. I highly recommend Jose and the EES team !! read more

EES was very quick to respond when I asked for an estimate for gutter cleaning and power washing. We agreed to have the gutters cleaned and the estimate for power washing would be given at the time. We scheduled a day and time but because of rain, Jose was quick to reschedule one day later. He arrived at the appointed time and completed the job himself. He did a great job and then was very honest about the power washing and the fact that he would wait on that. I would definitely hire him again!! read more

Great service. Jose was very responsive, arrived on time, did a great job, and was very professional. I'd definitely hire him again in the future! read more

Could not be happier with Jose and the team. We had 3 other vent companies come out, none of whom could solve a simple problem. Jose and his guys came out within 24 hours, he assessed the problem immediately and had the right tools and technology to resolve our issue right away. They were on-time, communicative and took great care to not make a mess. They also wore masks the entire time. His rates were actually more reasonable than all 3 other companies and he ended up doing more work. 1000% pleased. read more

We were satsfied with their initial outstanding work that we had called them back just a week ago.

We chose EES Services by referral for Air Duct cleaning. Fantastic service, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Jose took the time to answer all my questions and was very flexible either communicating via e-mail, yelp messages or by phone. I would highly recommend them. We are planning gutter cleaning and installation of solar attic fans with their service. read more
