Da Air Duct did an EXCELLENT job! They arrived on time and literally ran up and down stairs holding ladders and equipment. They thoroughly cleaned every vent and duct on three floors, two furnace units, and the dryer vent -- all included -- and added a mold treatment. It was hard work on a hot day and they did everything extremely well, working hard for 3 hours. Kir was very honest, explained everything, answered questions, and took before/after photos. I contact the team through yelp and Kir's team were able to do the service in 3 days. They are very professional. We talked about the options and price before the start. I decided to go for the base duct cleaning pkg + sanitation($150) The whole process was pretty fast, took ~1.5 h for my 2500sqft home. I moved to this new construction th foe 4 years and I've never done any duct cleaning. I'm supper sensitive to dust and small particles. I used to cough a lot in my masters, and after the service, I don't cough any more. So I think the duct cleaning is effective and really helped with my health condition. I really appreciate the work! If you work from home- Please note that the vacuum machine is a bit noisy and they need to go to every room that has vent to clean, even including closet. So be prepared to take some time off if you wfh. As it's really hard to work with the noise. For people with respiratory symptoms, you need to try this. read more

Kir is fantastic. I cannot stress this enough. We needed our dryer duct addressed. First visit: he appeared a bit early and cleared it. Called him back. Came back a second time briefly to find out that the duct was broken, not just clogged. Third visit (which was absolutely reasonable) he took a couple of hours to repair it, and did so very well. I really don't know how to review for this actually. They seemed equipped and knowledgeable. Worked quickly, almost in a rush. Treated air vents individually on all 3 floors but missed a couple I think. Cleared our dryer vent. This is the tricky part. Before they came, the aluminum tube from the dryer to vent was intact. After they came, it was detached so had to pay $50 for a replacement. They were nice people but can't shake the feeling I paid more than necessary? Do you know what I mean? When I initially sent the request for a quote to clean my dryer vent out, I got a fast response from Kir and a flat rate. Easy to understand, so I booked his services. A day or two later, I inquired about adding fireplace cleaning to my appointment and again I received a quick response, flat rate, and a "no problem" attitude. The day of my appointment they arrive promptly when they said they would arrive and from start to finish both services only took 20 mins. Mind you my fireplace wasn't heavily used and apparently my dryer vent wasn't fully connected. They let me know and reconnected the vent and secured it because it was wobbly.
