So grateful for their service! I had another company come out six months ago to clean my dryer vent because my dryer's check vent light was on. My dryer vents through the roof. The other company cleaned from behind my dryer up throught the pipes but nowhere else. Said it was clean. However, I was still having a problem. This time, I contacted AAA Duct Cleaning. I was able to make an appointment that perfectly fit my schedule. The tech arrived right on time and couldn't have been nicer. Prior to beginning service, he explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He went into the attic and disconnected the pipes to clean them, as well as the screen that covered the exit to the roof. There was debris and a blockage that he was able to remove. Not a spec of dirt left behind in my home. Price was extremely reasonable. In fact, it was less than the company that didn't do the job properly. So glad I found them! The check vent light is now off and my dryer working like it was brand new. read more

What a wonderful company; I am duly impressed (and I have high standards)! I researched, hired and paid for this service as a gift to my daughter and son-in-law. Masha was quick to respond to my inquiry and thoroughly explained the process for dryer vent cleaning along with any scenarios that could possibly add fees. Her husband Denis arrived on time (in bitter cold weather) with a smile on his face, booties to protect the floors and the attitude/equipment to do a stellar job. I love seeing a person who takes pride in his work! He showed us before and after photos as well as suggesting a future time-frame to keep the vent clean and safe. The dryer is noticeably more efficient (and thankfully no longer a fire hazard!). Price was extremely fair and reasonable. We had our two dryer vents cleaned out and had both foil duct vents replaced today. They are located on the roof of my house and one vent runs 30 feet through the attic. Not only was our technician Sean professional, but he also took the time to explain and teach my husband how to clean out the ducts in the future. They were knowledgable, efficient, and thorough. We called yesterday and someone had canceled their appointment for today, so we were able to get an appointment right away. Dennis showed up on time, came in with a mask and put shoe covers on. The business practices false advertising. When the guy showed up to clean the vents he claimed that I had "two" main lines and refused to clean the system without an additional $165 fee. I said, "okay" clean just one and he refused. Upon pointing out to him that one of the "main" lines was the supply and the other the main line he said, "okay, but your groupon is for appartments and stuff like that. Not whole houses." The groupon reads, "$35 for a cleaning of one air duct main line, one return vent, unlimited supply vents, and up to 6 dryer vents ($300 value)" This company is a bunch of frauds. Don't use them! They refuse to honor their Groupon and wasted my time. read more

Dennis showed up on time to my home in Silver Spring, MD and took before and after pictures which to my surprise revealed my vents were in dire need of cleaning as I was mislead as to when they were last cleaned. He cleaned the vents from inside as well as outside and the difference was amazing. Prior to the cleaning there was very little air flow or space left from all of the lint left in the vent which is a safety hazard. I am so thankful that my new dryer has a sensor that alerted me to check the vent which lead to the cleaning. His price was fair based on the location of the outside event which required a tall ladder as it was up in the attic. I would definitely recommend this company as it is also family owned and have been in business for over 15 years. I asked to be on a yearly maintenance schedule with AAA Duct Cleaning. Bought a voucher from Living Social to have my dryer duct cleaned. They were able to come out quickly so scheduled. Our duct exhaustes to the roof. The serviceman said he would usually go up on the roof to clean but we felt due to weather/snow that would be unwise. He assured us he could do the job from inside. So he did leabpving our dryer disconnected. He did yhe work on. friday. Discovered the dryer was no longer pulling the air not collecting lint or drying properly. Called our dealer to get his thoughts which were the cleaning was not complete and probably a blockage at the roof. Called this compsny requesting service come back out to complete jib. After a few days of excuses...can't contact their serviceman , they refused and said they would refund my additional charge instead but that the voucher would have to be refunded from Living Social which did refund cost of voucher. Long story short after more aggravation and lies from this company they are not onky not standing by their agreement they are trying portending that i owe them more for making my clothes dryer malfunction!. STAY AWAY! They were not even registered with BBB. Not honest, not reputable. read more
