Yuri was reasonable and a straight shooter. Got the job done efficiently during my schedule

I called in the evening and Yuri came out the very next day. He did a deep cleaning of my dryer vents. He was very good and thorough. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend tire company read more

They came for air duct cleaning in August 9th for 2 hvac units. Said there is mold and needs cleaning. We paid over $800. Turns out mold cleaning takes much longer to clean than they did and also needs UV cleaning. Which was not possible to be done in just a couple hours. We were ripped. Stay away. Edit - so easy to just say not serviced. You guys came on august 9th. Check your messages too read more

Yuri did a great job. He explained the process, took photos of the ducts, and made sure I had the correct filter numbers for replacements.

Made contact, scheduled the chimney cleaning. I get a call later from "Four Seasons," saying the company outsourced the job to them because they couldn't make it. Ok? I just want the job done so with the same price agreement I give the job to these guys. They show up, and the tech cannot get the fireplace vent door open so I get another call from the wife asking me how to open the door. Then, they tell me that it's $149 plus $20 per foot of the chimney. That's not what the stated cost was, and the supervisor says "well we charge what we charge." I told him to leave. This is bad faith business, and it wasted a truckload of my time today. This is not how to win projects, and you should not win anymore bids if this is how you choose to do business. read more

They were professional and prompt with the dryer vent cleaning. Plan to use them again next year.

I had them clean out my dryer duct. A few days after cleaning I got the same air duct clogged warning on my dryer.

Today, I had all of my duct work cleaned and I cannot be more pleased!! There was a LOT of junk that I didn't know was there. The air in my home is much cleaner. He also cleaned out the outside dryer vent that I share with the neighbors across the hall! He was on time and very communicative. I highly recommend! read more

Quick responses. Service techs were pleasant, explained everything clearly, worked quickly enough. Price was considerably higher than quoted, but system obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time so I wouldn't fault them. System seems to be running more breathable air. read more

Highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Very thorough and reasonably priced and very professional. read more

I have two dryers in my home, with one giving a clear indication that the dryer vent had become clogged. Yuri responded quickly to all my questions regarding his services and charges. He was prompt and walked me through every step. He cleaned the basement system from both the inside and the outside. He was able to clean the upstairs system from the inside and changed how it connected to the wall to make it more efficient. I clearly should have had his services much earlier but now both systems are clear. His charges were very reasonable for the additional work he did beyond a simple maintenance clean. I would recommend doing a regular maintenance clean with Yuri and not waiting for a clog! read more

Did my vent cleaning on the weekend, and gave me reasonable price. and he cleaned it less than 1 hour. Thanks

Yuri was a pleasure to work with! He not arrived on an urgent request, but he went above and beyond! Not only is the house sanitized and smelling good, the entire system is working well! I'm beyond thankful that he showed up today! Our vents, air duct were cleaned and he was able to also help with our dryer issue. Which ended up being a major issue and he was able to fix it! Thanks again read more

He wanted to charge me $139 for doing an estimate to clean. The other company i used, did the cleaning for $150.

Yuri did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent and inspecting our air ducts. His prices are the best in the area and he was able to fit us on the schedule soon after we called. Our cat went behind the dryer and disconnected the dryer vent and Yuri was able to fix it. Thank you! read more

Right from the start Yuri was great! He communicated timely about a quote request, arrival time and estimated time to complete the project. He made an assessment and let me know about the additional services and pricing before performing the services outside the basic services/ quote provided. He also went above and beyond by replacing the air filter and disposing it since my allergies were acting up. After the services, he explained in detail what services he provided and gave recommendations on how to maintain clean air flow moving forward. And shared before and after pictures. I highly recommend him. If in doubt, look up his rating on Google reviews - 5 stars!!!! Thank you Yuri! read more

Our house is 120 years old, and we have many service people coming and going, so I don't often think to write a review. But we just had the ac vents - and the dryer vent - thoroughly cleaned by Eco Green Pro. Yuri - the owner - not only did an amazing job for the right price, but he is the NICEST, most knowledgeable guy you'd ever want to meet. This was a thoroughly pleasant, helpful and successful service call, and I cannot recommend Yuri and his system to you enough. There wasn't even a speck of dirt to clean up. Yuri is THE MAN, and he does great work, spotless work. Hire this guy!!! read more

They were very knowledgeable and I paid a little more than I wanted, but my duct work was very dirty. They were on time and very nice!

Had him come in for air duct cleaning on a townhouse. He missed several ducts, charged far more than the quote, and tried to sell an air purifier for about nine times more than it costs via Amazon. date of service : Oct 7, 2024 read more

The quality of the work was poor. He said that he would send me videos and photos of the chimney. I was looking to get an inspection of my chimney, instead all he did was use shop vac to vacuum old ash read more

I had really dirty ducts that hadn't been cleaned in years! We bought the house a year ago, so it was not surprising. Yuri did a great job of showing all the dust in the vents and illustrated before and after. I also have a lung issue and so he was mindful of ensuring he did the right thing. Great work, would call him back again. Sharing some before and after photos read more

Yuri is unprofessional and overcharges clients. I went to three other companies and they all were almost 90% cheaper. He feeds off fear. He will show you any black dust, imply that it is mold and then for $100 spray bleach essentially and charge you $4,000 plus for it. He also posts fake reviews it would seem like. Whenever a bad review is posted there are another 2 good reviews immediately after. read more

Very honest people. They were respectful and showed me everything after it was done. Love using honest people. Fair prices. Thank you guys.

Yuri was very quick to respond and accommodated my need for a same-day appointment. He provided a quote and estimate before arrival. The service was very professional, and he explained everything that he would do before and after the service was completed. My ducts were filthy after 5 years of no service, but eco-green pro managed to extract a lot of debris from them and leave the house smelling sanitized and even installed a UV light unit in my HVAC system in the basement. I will recommend it. Thanks, guys! read more

Dryer vent cleaning went well and reasonably priced. Price quoted was met and service was quick. Expectations were met.

Great job clearing my clogged dryer vent. Communication was great, technician arrived on time. Excellent service!

I hired Eco Green Pro through Yelp to clean my ducts. They quoted $169 for an all-inclusive duct cleaning, but I knew there was a chance the system would need to be sanitized. That turned out to be the case. The technician was also over three hours later than our scheduled time, though he did communicate that he would be late and called me when he was on his way. The technician (not Yuri) who was sent quoted me a cost of $650 for cleaning and sanitizing. I confirmed that this included the duct cleaning, dryer, and sanitization. After I paid via CashApp, he raised the price to over $900. When I expressed my concern, he backtracked. In the end, he agreed to do the work for $650. However, I can only guess because he was unhappy, he did a terrible job. He was there for less than 20 minutes to clean AND sanitize the ducts for the whole property. There is still visible lint in the ducts. When I expressed my concern, he said that's what the price included, was sorry I was unhappy, and left. I messaged the person I'd been communicating with on Yelp requesting a refund. Previously, that person (Yuri Z) had been very responsive but has since stopped replying to my messages. **In response to Yuri's reply, I absolutely did not misunderstand. I confirmed what I was paying for and then the amount and what was covered changed. This has gone from questionable to outright dis honesty. BEWARE of this business. If you don't know what the service should look like, it is easy to think this is standard practice. It is not! I do not believe Yuri would have ever replied to me if I hadn't posted this.* read more

In 30 years of home repair in Washington DC I have never felt as ripped-off as I did in this experience with Eco Green Pro. Like others, I was attracted to the initial $169 offer which seemed in line with others. I anticipated that the rate would go higher because we have 2 systems (Yuri falsely said 3) and we expected more extensive work, including "sanitation." He quoted 3k describing a big job, perhaps several days. I negotiated down to 2.5k. He was done in less than 3 hours. $2,500 for three hours of work. I feel genuinley badly for the honest contractors in DC who would not pull this stunt. Anyway, don't repeat my mistake. Go anywhere else. After Yuri's response, I am even more disappointed by the terrible service of "Eco Green Pro." I absolutely did not "decline" any services! For 2,500 I understood I was receiving all of the services recommended. Also, there were no photos provided and no written report. We work with dozens of home services companies. I have never seen anything like this. Now I want my money back. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the DC Office of Consumer Protection. read more
