I wasn't sure if I needed air duct cleaning but after heavy research, I called 4 local companies and Beltway was the only one that picked up on a Friday afternoon. Randy was very professional, courteous, and very flexible with my time request. Once he arrived, him and Nate were very polite and patient working around my kids and pets. Every time I asked a question while they worked they would give me their undivided attention. Whenever they moved to a new step in the process, Randy would educate me with everything they do and how I can maintain good air quality in my house. He estimated the process to take 2 hours but it finished in an hour and a half. Awesome company and awesome service! Will definitely use them again read more

Everything you want in an honest, thorough, and reliable company! Randy was responsive and flexible upon quote request also with me having to change my service date. He provided excellent service cleaning the ductwork, dryer vent, and bathroom fans for a fair price. The service provided is top notch! He and Nate are respectful, polite, communicative, and efficient. Great job! I highly recommend Beltway Air Quality! Before and after pictures were amazing (and embarrassing) Wish that I hired them sooner TBH. Thanks Randy and Nate read more

Randy and his team did an excellent job on my vent. There was a wasp nest inside, which was causing wasps to enter my house. He removed the nest and installed a vent filter to prevent future infestations. I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again for any other vent or cleaning work! read more

Beltway Air Quality provided outstanding quality service. Randy responded promptly to my Request for Proposal (RFP) in Yelp which was great. Dust can literally make you sick so I was thrilled that the Beltway Air Quality team was available within the desired timeline for the project. Randy was professional, highly knowledgeable, highly skilled, and just an overall great person to work with. He thoroughly went over the process and made helpful recommendations. Tyrone was also friendly and professional. As a Team they worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. My airducts are clean, sanitized, and my entire home smells great! I would highly recommend them. Thank you for doing a wonderful job! read more

Great service and communication. Will definitely contact Randy for my next vent cleaning service.

Needed our dryer vent cleaned. Randy and his team were responsive, professional, and quick. We're in an attached rowhouse with a dryer that vents to the roof. That was no issue, and Randy made fast work of the service. I appreciated his up-front, all-in cost. Other services will charge you a much lower fee, only to do the bare minimum and then upcharge you for extra service. Randy cleaned out the vent from both the inside and outside, made sure the airflow was sufficient, and gave me a few tips for the future. Highly recommend. read more

Randy was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We called him just for routine dryer vent cleaning, he was able to fit us in later that same day and found a major issue with our vent system (another dryer vent service had completely destroyed our flex tubing and so our dryer had been dumping lint in our wall for about a year). Randy was able to diagnose that there was an issue within minutes and then helped us remove a wood panel so he could access the tubing, vacuumed up a year's worth of lint, replaced the tubing, and got it back in good working shape all in the same day, in just a few hours. And as a bonus Randy and Nate were great at explaining the situation and very friendly to boot. I thought there prices were very reasonable and we definitely feel like we got our money's worth. We will be calling him for all our future duct system needs! Appreciate you Randy!! read more

Now, I can breathe a little easier. I gave Beltway Air Quality a call after reading the stellar Yelp reviews. It just so happens that Randy was able to come out that same day (can't guarantee that for you, but it just worked out). He took time to explain the process to me and immediately got to work cleaning all of my ducts and vents. As soon as he cut into my return, stuff from the 1970's began to fall out. The vents had everything from pencils, to crayons, to dust, to old coins, etc. It was bitter sweet because I wanted my ducts to be a little dirty to get my money's worth, but I also didn't want to imagine what kind of filth I had been breathing. Anyways, after no more than 2 hours, Randy had serviced the entire house and sprayed antibacterial/anti mold spray throughout the home. I love that he is straightforward and has competitive pricing and I definitely recommend. read more

I would definitely recommend Randy and his company to anyone who is looking for a reliable , knowledgeable and professional Air Duct & Vent cleaning company. I called Randy a day before to get a quote and he was able to quote me and honored his quote once the work was completed. He was flexible with my schedule , on time, and the process was easy. He explained what he would be doing and gave recommendations for maintenance. 10/10 Hire Beltway Air Quality for your next air duct , vent, dryer , exhaust fan cleaning. read more

Utilized them twice over the past 5 years. They have been professional and thorough both times. We will continue working with them.

Randy called me the morning of my appointment and gave me an estimate of when they would arrive. I was still in bed so I asked if he could give me a little more time to dress. He was very accommodating and gave me more time. When Randy arrived he immediately removed his shoes before coming into my foyer. I thought that was very respectful. Then they scoped out all our vents upstairs and downstairs. They soon got to work and did every vent in every room. They were quick to remove the vent covers and put them back. They utilized the truck vacuum which is super powerful. They also used the skinny yellow air hoses to force air through the other vents so it could be sucked out of the main vacuum line that was attached to the main ducts. They also neatly cut two holes in the main ducts in order to attach the high power hose. They disinfected at the end with a non toxic solution but helps to prevent mold. They showed me before and after photos throughout the process. I'm so happy that we finally got this done and I'm very happy we selected BAQ. Randy and his assistant were very patient and explained the process as the went along. The hosing and pushing air through was very loud but I feel that is the best way to get all the filth out of the vents that I know haven't been cleaned in 20+ years. I plan to redo this cleaning every few years and to use BAQ again. I highly recommend BAQ. read more

Randy and his team were awesome! Our rental house had really poor air quality, so we messaged Randy on Yelp for a quote. All his communications were speedy and informative. After reading Beltway Air Quality's reviews, I decided to choose this company. Just as the reviews stated, Randy and his partner JD were awesome. They responded quickly with a quote and their pricing was reasonable. I did get other quotes that was cheaper, but I decided to go with the company with rave reviews, because sometimes you get what you pay for. The work they completed was worth every cent. They came to my house earlier than expected, which they called first. They had on their masks, shoe covers, and was very polite. They answered all our questions. Our house is over 30 years old and we had never got our ducts clean, they did not charge us extra. They charged us a flat rate for entire house with unlimited vents and there were no hidden fees. They cleaned every vent and sanitized. They also provided before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Beltway for your excellent service! read more

After reading the reviews here and getting quotes from other companies, we decided to give Randy a call to do our vent cleaning and we have zero regrets. From the moment we contacted Randy on Yelp he was always very responsive to messages and never took very long to respond. On the day of our appointment he showed up on time with his assistant and walked us through what he was going to do, then went to work. It was a bit wild to hear and see all of the junk that was in those vents, I have no idea when or if it was last cleaned. Anyway, by the time they were finished the house felt so much lighter and less stuffy (that could be all in my head). For the amount of work that they did and the quality of the work that was done, the cost of it all was unbeatable. I couldn't ask for anything better than great work at a great price. I will definitely work with Randy and his team again. read more

Great communication, flexibility, speed of service, and recommendations for improvement.

Utilized Beltway Air Quality recently to have two chimneys swept amd cleaned. Service was timely, efficient and informative. The technicians that came were professional and knowledgeable. They even provided additional clarity to my questions about results from home inspection. One star demotion for pricing as I did receive a lower quote, however you get what you pay for and they are definitely quality. read more

I don't give five stars very often, but I will say that Randy certainly deserves it. He pointed out several areas of concern, and told me exactly what he was going to do. Although it took longer than expected, the outcome is worth it. I could have gone with a cheaper company, I chose Beltway Air Quality for a number of reasons. 1. 5 stars on every review 2. Honesty 3.Quality of service read more

Absolutely great service...Randy and his helper arrived 1/2 hour early, which was great, first thing they did was remove their shoes...they were so thorough, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything that they were doing, I highly recommend Beltway Air Quality, you will not be disappointed...and the price was great also. read more

Terrible customer service including no follow up. I would not recommend Beltway Air to anyone.

Our dryer stopped drying clothes and our technician let us know we needed our dryer duct to be cleaned. I started to look on Yelp for estimates hoping I could get someone to come out in the coming days. Randy responded to my estimate inquiry within minutes, and gave me a clear cut estimate. He was able to come out the very same day and clean our ducts. Both me and my husband were amazed at how much lint came out (after trying to do this job ourselves). Randy arrived early and worked quickly. After he was done he cleaned up all the lint that came out and we were visually able to see the vent cover flapping from the increased airflow. I would hire Randy again any time and will probably do so in the future. Thanks Randy for your prompt & thorough service! We're so happy to not have to go to the laundromat to do laundry this weekend. Lol. read more

Seemingly honest guys who did good work on our new house. Was really pleased with their approach and transparency.

Randy and Rob did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning the nasty ducts and vents at our new home. The Previous owners had never had the ducts cleaned in the 18 years of the HVAC's life (!!!!) So Randy had his work cut out for him. He and Rob were extremely thorough and made sure to show me what they were doing along the way so that I understood their methods. They took lots of before and after pictures from inside the ducts to show the extent of the cleaning. The entire job took roughly 3 hours. This is a very professional and effective team and we will definitely use them again! read more

I am going to make this review brief because what can I say that everyone else hasn't? The owner is pleasant, he spoke with me throughout the process and educated me (a first time home buyer) on the type of filters I need to use (because I was placing them in the wrong location according to what I was told); what type of furnace I had and how to maintain it and how often. The price was reasonable, the staff was pleasant and the quality of work they did was great. I'm asthmatic and have not had any problems w my allergies, colds, or breathing overall since they came to clean my air ducts and chimney! I found the services offered by Randy and Rob were so excellent that I had to leave a review. First Randi took my service call on a scheduled day off, then he came right out to clean the furnace flue and install my chimney cap. They covered or removed their shoes when coming inside and were so professional and efficient that l was astonished in having a service call that went so well. The reasonable price quoted was the price I was charged and was happy to pay for the great service I received along with helpful advice and recommendations for some handyman repairs. read more

They were awesome. They were timely and showed me pictures before and after. They also didnt upcharge me, so I was very pleased. I recommend them to anyone. Also they put a deodorizer to kill any mildew or odor in the vents. They were great. read more

Randy/Beltway Air Quality did a fantastic job, by himself, he was missing his assistant but showed up anyway. He assessed the job, told us how long it would take and then set to work. He was finished in less time than originally estimated, which was fine with us. He showed us the before and after photos of our intake ducts. He did not try to upcharge for anything, everything is included in the original estimate, no haggling or add ons attempted during our email exchanges or during the service. So refreshing, and now our house is too after the deodorizing of our system included in the cleaning. ANOTHER extremely satisfied customer. read more

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I am such a particular person, and it takes a lot to win me over! Randy (Owner) was phenomenal!! From my first interaction on Yelp, all the way to the end! They do exactly what they say they will do; was on time, cleaned up well and worked with my timeframe! He gave his honest professional opinion, which was NOT to up-sale!!! I have had other companies come in to handle my vent and dryer cleaning, but because of my experience with them, I specifically asked to be placed on their list for every 6 months of service to my dryer vent!! Proper maintenance to dry vents can prevent house fires! I am BEYOND happy that I chose "this" company over the others that I received quotes from! Great decision! Will definitely send referrals! read more

Randy is the best, attention to detail, never knew he was there. My system has not been clean since early 80s. The suction tube was pulling "rocks". He was on time. He is not a BSer.
