I scheduled air duct cleaning services after my dryer started smoking while drying clothes. Julius and his team provided excellent dryer vent cleaning and were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. What stood out most was how they walked me through the entire duct cleaning process, explaining the importance of clean air ducts, the different system components, and how buildup can impact safety and air quality. I was even able to see all the lint and dust that was removed from the dryer vent. If you're looking for reliable air duct cleaning services, dryer vent cleaning, or HVAC duct maintenance, I highly recommend this team. I plan to use them again for A/C air duct cleaning and routine dryer vent maintenance. read more

Contacted them to have our dryer duct cleaned because it's a long run and I can't easily clean it. they arrived on time and did a good job with cleaning it. However, their worker was about the pushiest at upselling us as I have ever experienced. He kept going on and on about inspecting and cleaning the HVAC ducts. He wouldn't take no for an answer over and over again. I explained that it was already taken care of in the last year and that we were NOT interested. That didn't deter him from trying to upsell us several more times. I'll be looking elsewhere for dryer vent cleaning next time. read more

The service was outstanding and the technician was totally knowledgeable and efficient. I was extremely satisfied with the service and recommend them highly. read more

We received a coupon in the mail for $75 "Deep Dryer vent Cleaning up to 15ft." Apparently our dryer vent is slightly over 15ft, and since the vent is on the 2nd floor, we were charged over $400....and that was after our 10% military discount. We used a different company 2 years ago that charged $100 so the coupon we received from this company was extremely misleading and borderline predatory. read more

I had found this Groupon and was super excited. It was $79 to have a Residential Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning with Full System Inspection. It included air duct cleaning with unlimited supply vents, one return vent, organic deodorizer, up to 2 bathroom exhaust-vent cleanings, dryer vent cleaning and a full system inspection. Upon arrival, Julius and Noam went through my house to go through the process. Julius then informed me that I needed the stage 2 cleaning, because it looked like they had not had my air duct system completely cleaned for 5+ years. He stated that it would be $599 on top of my Groupon price of $79, but due to my financial constraints they would be able to do $399. I live in a townhouse that is less than 2000 sqft. As a first time home owner, it can be super stressful when all these house expenses start to pile up. Julius made me feel at ease for the most part, he was kind enough to lower the price for me a little more. I still think it is a lot for an air duct cleaning, but I understand that air quality in a home is very important. I wanted it to have a fresh new smell. I really hope that I can breathe the different and I will update my review if necessary. Overall, it was a good experience. Julius is awesome and I appreciate him walking me through the process. I can really tell he cares about customer service. Just be prepared for the sales pitch. read more

We found this company on Groupon and we were happy that we did. They came and did an inspection of everything and showed us pictures of what was going on in our vents prior to them cleaning them. We just did the basic service that came with our Groupon at that time, but we plan to have them back again to do the full service. Very professional and knowledgeable. read more

Very professional, courteous, also gave a number of HVAC recommendations to keep the system clean and operating at maximum efficiency. I'm still amazed by the amount of lint that came out of the dryer vent line. No more damp laundry at end of dry cycle- now running dryer at lower setting and only running it once. Had entire duct system cleaned and glad I did. read more

10/6/2019: Regal Duct Cleaning's crew was on time and very courteous and professional. I appreciated their explaining to me all the work to be done. My air vents/ducts were especially dirty and dusty from renovation work I had done within the past year (1 full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms). I could see the difference between the before and after photos! I am very pleased with the work performed. I recommend Regal Duct Cleaning! read more

Julius arrived on time and explained the process clearly. Walked me through my whole house and showed me where the problem areas were. Got the platinum package from valpac done and also got a quote for the deep/level two cleaning and will be scheduling that in a few months. All in all I am pleased! Thank you! read more

I received a coupon in the mail for 2 types of duct cleaning procedures. One was for approximately $45 for duct cleaning and another for approximately $144. The more expensive cleaning offering additional cleaning of laundry dryer and bathroom exhaust and sanitizing. The technician explained to me that those prices were only for routine cleaning under a contract supplied by Regal Duct Cleaning, Inc. These details are not mentioned on the coupon, Then he proceeded to explain all the other add on features and additional sanitizing that would expand the price of his service that would take my coupon pricing to approximately $1,000.00. this is by far a perfect example of the OLD BAIT AND SWITCH game that is so well used in this type of service industries. At the end of his exploded cost of $629 estimate I ask him about the 10% Military discount offer printed on the coupon, and was then told it was included in the %10 coupon quote. This I could not wrap my head around because I mentioned the Military discount after his so called estimate that was far above the coupon pricing. These guys (Julius and Sam) are fast, smooth talkers and firm tactical con artist. Then came the final billing scam of credit card payment. Printed on the coupon clearly stating that they honored American Express credit cards. That was also false. I was told that it was a printing error. I received 3 coupons for air duct cleaning, knowing that the closing on my home purchase was fast approaching I knew that I needed to get the ducts cleaned. After reading the Yelp reviews for all 3 companies I decided to book an appointment with Regal and they DID NOT disappoint! Julius and his helper showed up on time and were extremely professional, he showed me what they were doing at each step. I can see why there are so many compliments regarding Julius' work, he really was great! I will definately recommend Regal to my friends, family and all of the people that I know in the Real Estate industry! read more

Found an ad in the paper for the deluxe duct cleaning package and scheduled for a cleaning. The company called me later the same day offering to come out within the hour instead of the scheduled appointment. Showed up on time and explained the entire process thoroughly. Julius is very polite and knowledgeable. Was upfront about the cost and did not leave a trace. Definitely quality service and will use them again in the future. Will also recommend to friends and family! read more

Had a very good experience with Regal Duct Cleaning. I bought the maintenance package on Groupon, but it turns out our duct system had never been cleaned before (we were invited to see it and it looked disgusting), so we had them do the deeper clean. It made a big difference!!! I also appreciated that the guys (Julius and Noman) called before arriving and showed up on time, that they explained each step in understandable terms, and that they educated us on how to maintain the system. Would definitely use this company again! read more

Just moved into the area and our older home felt stuffy so we opted to use a mailed coupon to get the basic package. The team showed up, did an evaluation and showed us the pictures of what we were dealing with. Honestly it looked worst then the pictures on the website. Needless to say, we had a more in-depth cleaning done. The team did a great job, showing us the after pictures and making sure everything was cleaned up properly. Even showed me how the furnace operates and how to change the filter. Great work all around! I highly recommend them. read more
