I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). I I don't know which rating is appropriate. I had my house power washed and they were on time and appeared to do good work. It wasn't until later that I found out they had killed some of the shrubs around the house and some potted plants on the deck, plus broke the seal on one of our double-paned windows. I believe it was the chemicals that were used in the washing that killed the shrubs, and not sure why just the one window was compromised but it was a large window. This Is really not acceptable and knowing this I would not recommend or use this company again. read more

They came out and were friendly and very concerned that everything was safe and cared for. My Ukrainian flags on the porch, the cats, the young chickens, electrical, plants, etc. They made sure everything at risk was away or protected. They spent hours and it looks really good. Our gutters hadn't been cleaned in years and had accumulated maple seeds, sediment from the roof, and other debris. MAAX was quick to give a quote and we followed through with scheduling for Saturday morning. Saturday came and went and we didn't get a call. When we emailed later in the week to say that we found someone else, we didn't hear back. On the following Saturday morning, they arrived at hour house with no prior call. We still followed through with it since they were there and ready to do it. When the job was complete and they drove away, there was a great deal of sediment and seeds left behind at one of the downspouts that was not cleaned up. All in all, we give them 3/5 stars. This is the third time I have used this wonderful firm and it is also the third different task. I used them to power wash our house, did a great job and to do our gutters also a great job. While onsite Juan noticed our porch floor was Ipe a South American hardwood. He asked how I conditioned it and after explaining the sanding and cleaning and sealing he offered what he said was a better solution. He came out Friday and pressure washed the floor. It looked great except for the part outside the porch on the other side of the railing. When I asked about it he came back Saturday evening and redid it. They had done it Friday but not to the same degree as the inside. Yesterday they sealed the floor and it looks amazing, inside and out. They used an oil designed for Ipe. It brings out the grain and gives it a golden glow. He says it should last for two years. Maax Power Washing never ceases to amaze. We have some Teak patio furniture on which we will let him do his thing next. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more
