Contacted Maax power washing after well and behold - HOA contacted me again about the exterior of my house. I used Maax last time and they were super helpful. I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). All in all - someone I will definitely use again if needed. read more

Great customer service, very thorough work, loved the outcome of a recent pressure wash job.

The team did a great job. And the yard is carefully cleaned after the gutter work. Definitely five stars!

Team was very nice and even cleared some bird nests from our awning. They were on time and did a great job!

Juan was responsive and answered all our questions. We scheduled a house powerwash and gutter cleaning. The crew arrived on time and did a thorough job. They even identified some things to keep in mind for next time. The price was comparable to and competitive with other places we got quotes from - the real difference was that MAAX was willing to clean under our gutter guards! We would recommend and plan to use again. read more

They were good for power washing. Their quote for painting was high, so we went with someone else.

They did a great job cleaning my gutters. I had bad clogs which they removed. They used a pressure washer from the roof and ensured that clean water was coming out the drains. One of the drains was so clogged they had to take off some of the downspout to clean. I will be using them again. read more

Fast response time and excellent power washing service for my home at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Very responsive. I wrote the wrong date down so I wasn't home (but thankfully nearby) when they arrived. They were very considerate and waited. The work was exceptional. I wish I had before pictures to share so you could appreciate the difference. Prices are high compared to a couple of years ago but isn't that true for everything. In today's economy I feel that the price was reasonable and they did everything on my wish list. read more

Cleaned as requested, removed all dirt and the algae (which was the main focus), on date scheduled without any issues. Price was reasonable and a discount was provided for two houses. They were very communicative (which is great), arrive as scheduled, finished as schedule, and it looks great! read more

Recent customer here- wow! While I initially asked them to power wash our house, they noticed things on the outside that I did not, that should be taken care of for long term home care. They did such a good job on the power wash that we went with them for their recommendations and wow! They treated our house like their own personal house. I never felt I was being "sold to" but rather educated. They did a fantastic job at a great honest upfront price. Highly recommend! They are very responsive as well which I appreciated. read more

Very quick response to inquiry and was able to schedule right away. We had an HOA violation of needing to have our gutters power washed. Maxx did a great job and was very easy to work with. read more

I scheduled for an entire house, back stairs, and driveway wash with Maax. My wife wanted our home to shine more since we were in the process of moving in so I gave Maax a shot. Looking at the previous yelp reviews, I'm glad I made my decision. Chris was responsive from the first day of contact. He responded quickly to every inquiry that I had for him. They came to my house at the designated time they said that they would and did a good job. It didnt take too long with the process from start to finish. The wife was pleased, so I was pleased. I'd definitely recommend their services. read more

Fast and thorough, these folks did the job right and at a reasonable price. They also recommended special care for my deck.

Power washing - Professional, easy to book, Quick, efficient, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The folks at MAAX Power Washing did a great job. We had them out to power wash our driveway and front steps and paint a fence and deck. John was quick with our estimate and the job was scheduled within a few days. Power washing made our concrete look like new, painters did an excellent job getting everything evenly covered and were extra careful working around a new artificial turf install. Honest, efficient, and responsive. Quote was in line with expectations. Really appreciate their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again! read more

I contacted MAAX through yelp for gutter cleaning. Mariela responded super fast and was very polite and easy to work with. The estimate was very fair and they scheduled quickly. The team came out on time, as scheduled, and did a great job. The final bill matched the estimate and was a good value for the service. I would use them again. read more

I I don't know which rating is appropriate. I had my house power washed and they were on time and appeared to do good work. It wasn't until later that I found out they had killed some of the shrubs around the house and some potted plants on the deck, plus broke the seal on one of our double-paned windows. I believe it was the chemicals that were used in the washing that killed the shrubs, and not sure why just the one window was compromised but it was a large window. This Is really not acceptable and knowing this I would not recommend or use this company again. read more

First time using Yelp's project manager to compare quotes...worked great and John was very responsive both via the app messenger and phone, and did a great job power washing! The reviews matched the quality of work...and I'll likely choose them again! read more

They came out and were friendly and very concerned that everything was safe and cared for. My Ukrainian flags on the porch, the cats, the young chickens, electrical, plants, etc. They made sure everything at risk was away or protected. They spent hours and it looks really good. I've always power-washed my house myself... they did much better in a lot less time. The price was reasonable too. Apparently, they do painting too... I will hit them up when I'm ready to get the inside of my house painted and see what they have to offer there too. read more

Our gutters hadn't been cleaned in years and had accumulated maple seeds, sediment from the roof, and other debris. MAAX was quick to give a quote and we followed through with scheduling for Saturday morning. Saturday came and went and we didn't get a call. When we emailed later in the week to say that we found someone else, we didn't hear back. On the following Saturday morning, they arrived at hour house with no prior call. We still followed through with it since they were there and ready to do it. When the job was complete and they drove away, there was a great deal of sediment and seeds left behind at one of the downspouts that was not cleaned up. All in all, we give them 3/5 stars. (-1 star for the timing and -1 star for not fully cleaning up the job afterwards.) read more

Extremely fast response time -- I requested service and the next Tuesday they were at my house. Extremely punctual, the cleaning was excellent, my house looks great! The algae is gone. The gentlemen were all nice, professional, and well dressed. The communication was very helpful: they provide a time frame of arrival, but they gave me an ETA when they had it. Excellent job! read more

This team goes above and beyond. Not only did they power wash our house and clean our gutters, but they also educated us on the material of our siding and went the extra mile on a ladder to clean stains on our windows. The prices were reasonable, and I cannot recommend them enough. read more

This is a great company. The owner cares. They are reasonable and they do a great job. Do not call anyone else. Save your time and effort. The best. I am putting my name on it: drsvt87@verizon.net. I have never done this but they are that good. Use them. read more

OMG!!! AMAZING WORK AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE-WOULD BOOK AGAIN From start to finish, we communicated everything and agreed to everything prior to starting the work. I hired the company to paint master bedroom, bath, closets, media room, and accent wall in my hearth room. There was also some electrical work too. They replaced the chandelier over the staircase and 2 vanity fixtures. They also epoxy my entire garage floor. The outcome was more than I could ask for. Exactly what I asked for. Colors were spot on and couldn't be happier...except when I got the bill. Almost $10,000. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I have no complaints. They showed up on time for 4 days straight. They disappear on you and when you turn around they're done. When I had issues they were addressed and we walked every part of the job when they were complete to do touch up work I noticed. No furthered issues or concerns. I would hire them again in a heart beat... I need my shutters, front, and back door painted read more

I communicated with Juan for an estimate and the first available appointment. Jaun arrived on time and he and his partner did an outstanding job power washing my home as well as the brick walkway. We did a walk-around as a standard practice, to ensure items that were subject to damage were identified and removed from the cleaning and overspray zone. It was refreshing to deal with a consummate professional and an excellent communicator. This is by far the best power wash I've commissioned since moving in. Needless to say, MAAX Power Washing is my go-to for all future jobs in this realm. I highly recommend MAAX Power Washing for your power washing needs! Thank you, Jaun, for a job well done and for your kindness. read more

The Maax PW team was great, especially Chris. The price was very reasonable, they were polite, personable and very easy to work with. Most importantly, the did a great job cleaning the exterior of our townhouse. Chris cautioned us that dirt and grime had seeped into some of the brick and cement, and so it might not be possible to restore it to mint condition. But it turned out very well. I would definitely hire them again. read more

I obtained three estimates to have my entire home (siding, brick, and front porch) power washed. Mariela from Maxx Power Washing quickly provided a very competitive price. This is the third time I have used this wonderful firm and it is also the third different task. I used them to power wash our house, did a great job and to do our gutters also a great job. While onsite Juan noticed our porch floor was Ipe a South American hardwood. He asked how I conditioned it and after explaining the sanding and cleaning and sealing he offered what he said was a better solution. He came out Friday and pressure washed the floor. It looked great except for the part outside the porch on the other side of the railing. When I asked about it he came back Saturday evening and redid it. They had done it Friday but not to the same degree as the inside. Yesterday they sealed the floor and it looks amazing, inside and out. They used an oil designed for Ipe. It brings out the grain and gives it a golden glow. He says it should last for two years. Maax Power Washing never ceases to amaze. We have some Teak patio furniture on which we will let him do his thing next. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I would highly recommend MAAX power washing. I reached out to them for an estimate to have our house power washed and received a response right away. The estimate breakdown was clear and their prices were very competitive with others in the area. They got us scheduled within a week, arrived on time, and completed the job in about an hour. I learned that they also do interior and exterior painting so we will likely use them for that in the near future. 5-star work! read more
