I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). I had my ASD spouse who can communicate via telephone (I cannot) call them and also fill in their website request form. That was in beginning of July. It is now August 15th. We still did not even get an appointment date. I have mobility impairment and my spouse has mobility limitation and because of that we cannot clean gutters ourselves. Meanwhile because of clogged gutters water has been pouring to the foundation and basement has been flooded all these days. I live in the basement because it is dark, quiet, and cold and I have sensory sensitivity to light, noise, and heat. Because of floods black mold has been growing in the basement and I have been exposed to it. Today I woke up from suffocating to death and found out that all my airways are blocked and I am bleeding from my mouth and my nose. I have asthma and exposure to black mold really did do its thing. He was always prompt, got us on the books quickly, explained everything throughly, his crew (AND him) were at my house 30 mins early for the job, and everyone was very respectful and cleaned up after the job was completed.
