The patio is old with crumbling flagstones -- I didn't realize how fragile it was, but he recognized the danger and reduced the force of his power washer, though as a result it took a long time (he stayed past dark). I'd almost forgotten the stones are different colors, not just gray! Chris is so meticulous, he's somewhat of a perfectionist who really does want the customer to be thrilled.
