He quickly assessed that it was done by squirrel(s) near the end of a soffit. Soon, a steel mesh was cut and fitted around the narrow gap to prevent any future attacks. He further covered a similar spot on the back site, so that there'll be no worries for me in this regard. Last year, I had a roof vent (not knowing which one) with water dripping down to the basement. After water tests, he figured out the right vent and placed an elbow on it...vent closed and problem solved. I've known Minh for more than 10 years now, and he had helped me in numerous occasions.
