Marcelo and his crew were fantastic- so professional and hardworking! They arrived at 7 am and I had a brand new roof by 3 pm including their thorough cleanup! The price was so reasonable and Marcelo sent me photos and explanations thoughout the day. I highly recommend Roofer 911! read more

Roofer911 did an excellent job installing my roof. The company's estimate was way below its competitors yet all aspects of the roofing description totally matched other roofing companies. The roofers were extremely knowledgeable and the foreman continually updated me on the progress. There was no delay in starting the job (other than 2 days of steady rain by Mother Nature delaying the completion). Total time to install was 2.5 days. I want to credit the office staff for being super responsive/helpful to my calls, texts, and emails. I highly recommend Roofer911. My roof looks beautiful. I really appreciated the photos they provided showing the progress from start through completion of the installation. The cleanup of all extraneous roofing materials including nails and staples was exemplary. Thank you Roofer911 for an outstanding job! read more

We had an inspection done to see if we had a leak. They did a two thorough inspection and any work that would have been needed they would apply the inspection fee towards the work being done. Turns out our roof was perfect and the water stain on the ceiling was old prior to the new roof. Worth the $79 to have peace of mind. read more

We used Roofer911 for a new roof, and they did a great job. Their inspector noted several issues -- all addressed during the new install -- and the work crew arrived on time and was very professional throughout. Their inspector noted actual work was all completed in a day and the did a great job of cleaning up. read more

I wish every service experience was as nice as it was with Roofer911. I had called 3 companies for estimates and they were the only ones that both showed up when scheduled and provided an estimate. I felt the estimate was fair, and now that the work is complete, I know it was more than fair. I couldn't be happier with the repair work that they performed. The replaced rotted wood, cracked mortar and pointing, and wrapped exposed wood with aluminum. I hope I don't a roofer anytime soon, but if I do I will be calling them. read more

I called four companies. I chose 911 because Steve provided the BEST customer service. He explained the process. He gave me options and did not try to convince me. He let it be my option of what I wanted. Day of install they showed up on time. They placed tarp over everything all around the house. They cleaned up any mess on the ground, in the trees, on my 2nd level deck and at my neighbors. They wouldn't start working on the roof until my next door neighbor moved his car. They ring doorbell and knocked until they answered. They were also ready to have a worker stand up with a board to prevent any shingles dropping into their car if they did not answer. We walked the property, they showed me the damage boards and painted my stuff with a protective coating. I could not say how much I appreciate Steve and his crew. It has not rained yet, but I trust the install and truly believe everything will be just fine. I had the architectural GAF pewter grey installed in case you want to know the color. read more

Steve's crew did an amazing job! We purchased a house with an actively leaking roof and knew it had to be replaced ASAP. We got a ton of quotes and scheduled the job on our moving day. They replaced our entire roof (2000+ sq ft ranch) in one day - had 10 guys and a foreman cranking. Arrived at 7am, we ordered them pizza for lunch as a thank you, and they were cleaned up and done by 3pm. It looks fantastic! We got several quotes from competitors, all ranging from $13-16K. Steve's fell in the middle and we chose him because his inspection was so thorough (I couldn't make it in-person so he sent me a video from my roof of his evaluation and called out all of our problem areas). His Yelp reviews are great, he's quick and responsive, quote and warranty are fair/reasonable, and his crew did a fantastic job. We did have one issue that I am very happy was resolved. The crew's tarp slipped during one application and they got tar on my gutter. The guys tried to scrape it off but it had hardened - they said they could paint over it but it wouldn't look perfect (I was not happy). Steve showed up to review the work that afternoon and when I pointed it out, he agreed he wouldn't want to look at the tar either and assured me he would replace the gutter. It has now been replaced and looks fantastic - brand new gutter, great resolution. I appreciate the follow through and dedication to detail. I'll post pics of the before and after roof when it's not covered in snow! Thank you, Roofer 911! read more

Roofer 911 - Steve's crew at work - 10+ guys, they finished in one day! - Roofing Near Me

I had a great experience with Roofer 911. I needed a total roof replacement on my 1950s house - including all of the wood underneath the shingles. Of the three estimates I received, Roofer 911 was the second lowest, but beat out the competition with their warranty and experience. They were also willing to give me a "worst case scenario" number so I could adjust my saving accordingly. A key tip for any major work, I've found, is to make sure you can afford any scenario before embarking on a project! All of my communication was directly with Steve, the owner, and he called me several times during the course of the work and afterward to send pictures and consult about issues as they came up. I was home during the day and the crew was prompt and hardworking, they even took delivery of my Amazon packages when the delivery guy didn't want to venture up to the house through the work. Overall I am very pleased; I feel like I got great workmanship and a fair value on a big expense! Steve never tried to upsell or nickel-and-dime me, he waived an extra service charge when it was discovered that I had an extra layer of shingles to be removed and my invoice was clear with no surprises. A new roof is never going to be cheap, but I really appreciate the quality of Roofer 911's work and their straightforward, honest approach to the process. read more

The best service and advisement a worried homeowner could ask for. Steve from Roofer911 came out to inspect two leaks on around our townhouse's bump out. The Steve was professional, timely, had excellent communication on when he would arrive, and expertly identified multiple points where water was likely getting in from. Steve advised on next steps and recommended fixes. All of this within 30 minutes. I would recommend Roofer 911 for anyone needing a roof /window leak specialist. We are so grateful for Steve's recommendations and walk through on some of the DIY fixes. Thank you Steve and Roofer911! read more

I had a 20-year roof that needed replacing. I had a bunch of companies provide me with estimates but I was impressed with Steve the most. Not only did his company have great reviews, but I could also tell that Steve knew what he was talking about, and from that, I knew I would receive excellent service. Steve's crew did an excellent job, they were able to work on my roof immediately, and were able to finish in one day. I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them. read more

I had a leak in my bay window and this was going on for a long time. Then I saw a Roofer911 video on YouTube that's when I contacted Steve. Steve came to my home and checked out the bay window. Right away he told me what the issue was which was the top window needed to be replaced. Of all the contractors we have been dealing with over the years we've been having this issue, he's the most knowledgeable, experienced and honest person we have come across. We asked how much we owned him and he said nothing. I know for sure other people would sell me thing I don't need or charge us. Steve promptly and correctly diagnosed the roof repairs needed for two of my properties. His crew came and did the repairs the next day. The leakage has stopped on both roofs. The pricing was reasonable. Steve was very prompt and courteous throughout the process, and kept me actively informed. He personally is a wonderful gentleman, and it was a pleasure to interact and work with him. His pleasant mannerisms and his crew's efficient, impeccable work make Roofer911 a 5 star highly recommended roofing company in my judgment. Communication was great. Timely and professional. Unfortunately didn't get to go beyond the initial stages. We have high risk contacts in terms of folks who can get sick with COVID. So at the minimum we ask for masks from guests to come in the house if these folks are around. At another point in time, this wouldn't be an issue. And for many others, it may not be an issue at all. It is what it is during these crazy times, but I would not hesitate to recommend contacting this service for the responsiveness and professionalism. read more

I hired Steve for a couple reasons: 1. He was the first one who responded and he did it within 50 minutes of posting my need for roof repair. 2. He was out to my house the next day. 3. He gave me a quote within 24 hours. 4. He's genuine and interpersonally cares for people as well as the needs of his business. 5. He was thorough and he attended to the specific needs of my roof as I addressed them throughout every iteration of the installation. I would definitely recommend him to my neighbors. The house that we moved into recently had a small leak from the roof and I called several roofers to come inspect and provide suggestions and estimates. The suggestions ranged from replacing the shingles and flashing around the skylight to replacing the entire roof. Long story short, I chose Roofer911 in the end because the other roofers either quoted higher costs or did not make the connection for me to entrust the job to them. My conversation with Steve, the owner of Roofer911, was different. He was patient listening to me and spent time helping me understand the underlying issues and various possibilities to address them. Throughout the entire conversation, I did not feel any pressure from him to make a decision. I ended up having his crew come out twice - once to replace the old gutters that had a forest growing out of them because the previous owner did not bother cleaning them regularly, and then to replace the shingles and flashing around the skylight. His crew got the job done while I was traveling and he kept me updated before and after their work. The contract and payment were all done online, so the whole process was super easy and stress free. Now I have new gutters with a leaf guard and a repaired roof that's no longer leaking, thanks to Roofer911's excellent job! read more

I'm still baffled at how easy our entire roof replacement process was thanks to Steve (Verizon could learn a thing or two from him). We reached out to Roofer911 in September of last year. I waited a year to write this to make sure our roof was still perfectly intact ...and it is. Prior to Steve, we had several temporary fixes by other contractors for a horrible leak that just could never be fully repaired. After contacting via their website, I received an email from Steve within an hour, and then the entire in-person eval, quote, and roof replacement process happened in about a week! So quick and painless. Steve was so easy to talk to, informative, friendly, and communicative. I knew I had picked the right person. The roof replacement itself was all done in one day and the team made sure to magnetically gather all the metal nails and scraps around the house afterwards. Our roof looks great and we haven't had a leak since. Pricing was very reasonable and the payment process was seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I wish that our first stop had been with Steve at Roofer 911. The entire process was very straightforward, and easy. Hard to even put into words how pleased I am with Roofing 911. After having a couple of other handymen try and repair a leak on my roof and several roofing companies come in and talk about all the different issues my roof had and try to sell me on a new roof each time. Roofing 911 came in, saw the issue, set a plan (which they guarantee), gave me a final quote (which wouldn't change if their assessment wasn't accurate and more work was required) and had a crew in the next day to fix my issue. This is one of those phew and far fetched companies out there. Thanks Steven for your professionalism, great presence, good manners and no bullshit approach to helping people out there with their roofing issues. read more

Couldn't be more pleased. Steve came out to look at the job the very day I called. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. We were asking him to look at the roof on our screened in porch where we thought we had some issues. Sadly, while the porch was new the person who built it was unresponsive to our needs. Steve was very quick to say that the roof itself looked great but that our problem was the drip edge along the edge of the roof. I was grateful that he quick to identify problems but also quick to let us know that other areas were done very well. The next day, the job was done. Less than 48 hours after my initial call. We waited for a good hard rain to be sure the problem as remedied and everything is great. Very pleased and will be sure to call Roofer 911 again should we need help. read more

Roofer 911 exceeded all expectations. I almost did not request a quote because the name suggested more of who you call in an emergency. I expected emergency pricing and roof replacements to be a side job. This is not true. Steve tells me that 50 years ago he did mostly repairs, but now he does mostly replacements. I live 6 hours away. I was at a significant disadvantage in being able to oversee the job. I selected three 5-star rated businesses on Yelp. Roofer 911 responded quickly (within 3 days) underbid the competition by 25% and allowed me to pay NOTHING until the job was done, whereas my other two bids wanted 1/3 up front. The job was scheduled 7 days from when I signed the contract and completed the same day. Everything was left neat and tidy. Steve sent me pictures throughout the process. I was so pleased with the service that I had him replace my gutters as well. This was a great experience! read more

I needed my roof shingles replaced. They were at least 26 years old and I had some ice dams this past winter and water leaked through to my ceiling; so I figured it was time to get the roof shingles replaced. I called a couple of places and Roofer911 was the least expensive and had the highest rating. Steve (who I believe is the owner) came out and presented me with a very comprehensive view of my roof to include multiple satellite pictures. He showed up and we talked. He also showed up during the roof replacement and the next day after it was done. His crew did a good job and cleaned up very well after the job and they did not harm any of my plants that I growing outside the house. I fully recommend this company! read more

Steve just installed a brand new roof for us and made the process very easy. The day I contacted him for a quote, he responded within hours and came out the next day to asses the work. You can tell by speaking to this person, that he is not only knowledgeable but also passionate about taking care of people. His quote was excellent particularly because of the quality materials he used. He has very sophisticated equipment (Infra red) that pointed out all the leaks. Steve explained the work that was to be done and provided an electronic contract that was easy to understand and sign. The day before our roof was scheduled, his crew came with a crane and dropped off the materials on the roof. The next day they started early and my roof was done the same day. Steve answered many of my questions and requests throughout the process and kept me in the loop. I had a very good experience with Roofer 911. During a violent rainstorm I noticed that the area around a bathroom skylight was leaking. The company's owner came the next day, diagnosed the problem (failure of skylight flashings and water shield), and that afternoon he sent an estimate. (I requested that my pipe collars be replaced as well since they were getting old.) The workday after that, a team of two arrived, discussed the work order with me and did the job. Before leaving they showed me pictures of the work they had done. Roofer 911 appears to be an efficient operation, I recommend this company. read more

We have used Roofer 911 several times in the past for small repairs on both roofing and siding. Steve has always been responsive, professional, and thorough in seeing the work through to completion. During this most recent windstorm, we lost considerable amounts of shingles to the point where we decided we needed an entire roof replacement, regardless of what the insurance would say we needed. I contacted Steve and had a (reasonable) estimate before the windstorm had even completed. We got on the schedule for the following weekend and everything went like clockwork, from the delivery of the materials and parts, to the crew's on-time arrival and completion of the job in about 10 hours, including a VERY thorough cleanup. Steve provided us photos a couple of days later and we couldn't be happier that we have this job completed before the possibility of experiencing any severe weather. Our roof was damaged due to the winter wind storm and I had contacted at least 10 different roofers after getting a claim thru my home insurance. I had zero luck until I contacted Roofer911 and I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve - the owner. After talking to him for a few minutes, I knew this time was going to be different. Steve had a spark in his voice, a sense of relief. He came out the same week and provided a detailed estimate. Steve was professional and courteous from the first time he knock at our door until the replacement process was completed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He then provided a date and sent his crew out to replace our roof. His crew arrived and completed the job within the same day as promised by Steve. Roofer 911 is a very good business. Steven showed up very fast for the estimate. They offer very competitive price. After all the wonderful reviews here I really don't know what to say. I expected anyone involved with roofing to show up in a work truck with ladders so they could actually inspect the roof and skylight, and then possibly even do a temporary repair. Instead the estimator arrived in a little economy car without a ladder, then gave a high priced repair quote without even going on the roof to inspect the problem. I had mentioned that a storm coming the next day when I first spoke to the estimator who never mentioned he would not actually be able to do a temporary fix before the rain came. Plus, this outfit requires a credit card in order to schedule the job. So I went with an actual roofer, who showed up in a work truck with several ladders and went up on the roof to inspect the issue. His estimate for a brand new, custom-ordered Velux skylight is exactly the same price as Roofer911 wanted to charge to repair my existing 24-year old skylight. Plus, I didn't have to provide a credit card or deposit to get the new skylight ordered. Beware of any roofer who shows up at your house without a ladder. read more

He took several pictures of the inside and the roof, and provided an assessment of what is causing the leak. Steve provided a quote with pictures electronically to fix the missing shingles that was causing the leak within the hour. After agreeing to the quote, he called and said he wants to get his guys out there to fix it on the same day since it is forecasted to rain the next day.
