Roofnet did an expert job and for a very competitive price. Ken made many improvements including an attic fan, replacing worn out metal sections with roofing, and adding a roof pillow where needed behind the chimney. Metal Flashing looked far better than original when new. He treated our roof as if his own. He even repaired our neighbors problem roof. I will definitely use Roof dot net again! read more

Roof.Net to the rescue....... again! I reached out Roof.Net on a recent Sunday morning with a concern about our dryer vent duct, which runs from the upstairs floor laundry room, through the attic, and out through my roof. I had noticed an alarming stain on my ceiling around the vent pipe -- a clear sign that something was wrong. To my surprise, Ken, the owner, responded almost immediately after reviewing the photos I sent. His prompt reply, especially on a weekend, was the first sign that Roof.Net takes customer care seriously. After reviewing my photos, Ken suspected the issue might be coming from a leak at the roof level either where the vent pipe goes through the roof, or the vent mechanism itself. He then offered to stop by and take a look, which I took him up on, and incredibly, he was at my home a mere hour and a half later. After inspecting both the ceiling and the vent, he let us know his crew would return during business hours to investigate further. True to his word, Ken followed up the very next day. He even apologized for the short notice before letting me know that a technician was already on-site to inspect the vent system. The technician quickly discovered a significant lint buildup inside the vent pipe, which had led to condensation buildup as the culprit behind the leak. From start to finish, I was incredibly impressed with Roof.Net's professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. There were no gimmicks, no pressure, no upselling; just honest, expert service. Both Ken and his team show a deep knowledge of roofing and materials which gave me immediate confidence that I was in capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Roof.Net for any roofing-related work. In all my experience with contractors, this one stands out as one of the most ethical and trustworthy teams I've encountered; they proved, once again, to be truly committed to doing right by their customers. A+ service all the way around. Thank you Ken / Roof.Net! read more

NOT JUST THE ROOF I WANTED, A ROOF BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE DREAMED POSSIBLE! We were just finishing a 4 month home renovation on our new (old) house when a tree limb was dropped on the roof. I was hoping to wait a year or so to replace the roof but I knew it was time. I'm incredibly happy with not only the excellent work Roof.net accomplished but the integrity of Ken and his crew. They really set themselves apart from the competition in the following ways: TIMING: Ken showed up a few minutes before our scheduled time and was able to give me a quote right on the spot in the form of a range. The price to replace just what he could see (the shingles) and what he could not see until the shingles were removed (roof decking). The contract was sent the same day that I agreed to work with him and we agreed on an install date later that week. Materials showed up the day before and his entire crew was waiting outside my house ready to work 15 minutes early. They knocked on my door right on time and got to work finishing the same day. PRICE - The price was very decent and in-line with my research. My house was built in the 50s and there was no record of the roof being replaced (ever). Once the shingles came off it was apparent that it probably was the original roof. The decking was warped and in really bad shape. Despite needing to replace the entire roof, Ken stuck to his price despite my offer to pay more. I was expecting a crew of 3 or 4 but 7 showed up. Doing the math and knowing the cost of materials, at the end of the day I really got a great deal! INTEGRITY - I have to admit, getting a new roof is typically not something to get excited about - it's an expensive necessity,.. until you meet Ken. He has high standards and a real passion for what he does and treats each roof like his own. My roof did not have air ventilation. He gave me ideas for the future (ideal) and was able to find an affordable solar option now. He also painted my chimneys for free because he wanted the roof to look nice. I really didn't think I would be excited about a new roof but now I'm showing it off to my friends. My house really does look nicer now. Once the job was done Ken said we can call any time with questions, concerns or follow up regarding the roof. I had questions about gutter guards and he answered that and then some. This is a nice gesture considering most companies these days will disappear once paid. EXCELLENT CREW: The team that showed up to work on my roof did an excellent job not only on the roof but they went above and beyond with clean-up. I did not find a single nail or shingle left behind. They cleaned up so well it looked like I had hired a yard crew. The best surprise was that we had just put a new roof on our shed ourselves and had just finished the night before and did not have the time to weatherproof the edges of the roof before the shingles were put on. I went to finish the job today and discovered they had done it for me. These little details mean a lot and I would give the entire hard-working team 5+ stars as well as the company. If you're thinking of a new roof, this is the company to call first. read more

Rainwater was leaking in through our exhaust fan. We contacted Roof.net, and Ken, the owner, came early the next morning to assess the problem. Highly recommended. read more

I can't say enough positive things about Ken and Roof.net. They made the entire process of replacing my roof shingles simple and efficient from start to finish. Years after they completed my roof, Ken still went out of his way to help me with an issue caused by my neighbor's roofing job. Their roofer had left a tile holding piece attached to my wall without properly nailing it in. When I called Ken about it next day, he immediately offered to fix it. Later that day he even stopped by after work, brought his drone to inspect the area, and made sure things were okay. That kind of service years later says a lot. Ken is a genuinely kind person who takes pride in his work and stands by his word and work. Roof.net also provided the best quote for a thorough job and completed my roof replacement in just one day. I'm very happy with Ken and Roof.net and highly recommend them to anyone. There's a reason they have so many positive reviews, which are all well earned. Thank you Ken!!! read more

Ken continues to utterly exceed expectations! Despite having a middle-aged roof out of warranty that he installed 14+ years ago, he immediately called me back about a post-storm shingle problem I was worried about and had it addressed within 24 hours. We have a beautiful new roof! Ken of Roof.net is great to work with, from a prompt, accurate estimate to drone photos and explanations of what is happening throughout the project. Ken was on site to supervise his amazing, experienced, and knowledgeable crew. They carefully collected the old shingles and either deposited them in a dump truck or placed them on the ground in a spot where they would not damage the landscaping. When finished, in just a day and 1/2 because of a weather delay, you would never know they had been there except for the new roof. Ken has helped us with a leak once before, which, along with his over 5600 five-star reviews, made Roof.net our choice for this project. read more

Pros: -Extremely Responsive: I reached out to Roof.net early on a Saturday morning around 6:30 AM, and Ken responded almost immediately. Impressively, he was at our house by 8:15 AM that same day. -Great Communication: Ken kept us informed every step of the way. From the start, he clearly explained what to expect, outlining what was included in the service and what would incur additional costs. -Honest and Transparent: Initially, Ken believed his foreman had replaced six pieces of damaged plywood, and we were charged for six. Later, when only partial photo evidence was available, he refunded half the cost without hesitation. That kind of integrity is rare. -Dependable Follow-Through: Ken delivered on every promise. He managed to get our entire roof replaced in just one day. Toward the end of the day, he even brought in extra workers to ensure the job was completed on time. -Excellent Workmanship: Since the roof was replaced, we've had several major rainstorms and haven't experienced a single leak or issue. Unlike many contractors who delegate the work and return only for payment, Ken stayed actively involved and monitored the job throughout. -Reasonably Priced: Compared to other quotes we received, Ken's pricing was very fair for the level of service and quality provided. Con: Cannot think of any. read more

I found Ken with Roof.net on Yelp. He quickly responded to my text and met me at my home a day later. The wife and I had a tight budget for this project and Ken worked with us on a competitive quote and options to make sure we got what we wanted within budget. He provided a very responsible quote, broken down by line item. I appreciated we were on the same page with costs the entire time. There are variable costs with rotting wood etc. and he kept me apprised of progress through photos and videos. In the end, we had GAF HDZ Timberline shingles installed, new larger gutters, new fascia with aluminum capping, vinyl soffit installed, 3 skylights and some other odds and ends. I have a critical eye and every little defect or issue I found and raised with Ken was quickly addressed. Ken even threw in a few extra items for me at no cost (capping of freeze board, replacing rotted trim, and painting bathroom pipe exhaust black). Very happy with the work, Kens responsiveness and professionalism stood out, I appreciated the itemized, transparent quote. read more

Ken and his team did a fantastic job installing our new roof! I actually contacted him two years ago, but we never pulled the trigger on the job at that time. WOW!, What an amazing experience we had with Roof.net. Contacted Roof.net and the owner Ken himself answered the call and came over the same day to give me a quote in under 15 minutes , He patiently explained in minute detail every aspect of the roof replacement process and put it in writing(contract) , The quote was way more reasonable/lower based on my own research, Ken is the consummate professional, his 50+ years of experience/knowledge in the roofing Industry is encyclopedic. What was unique was Ken himself overseeing the Job and giving frequent video updates using a drone with running commentary(video uploaded), how cool is that :-) Job was finished by a very efficient/well trained and hard working professional crew on the scheduled day, arrived on time and finished the roof replacement the same day and a thorough cleanup thereafter, not even a tiny nail could be found in the yard. We were the last people on our street to replace our roof, so over the years we've had dozens of knocks at our door. No one presented the kind of expertise and honesty that Ken did. His honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and no pressure philosophy sealed the deal. Ken and his crew are outstanding! I had a handyman cleaning my yard and roof and told me the flus on the roof weren't nailed down. He kept selling me on how cheap and fast he could fix them. So I called Ken to ask if everything was ok with my roof. He said he would come on out and he did. He checked out the roof and explained how everything was fine and the handyman didn't know what he was talking about. And if I had nailed the flus in it would have caused a leak and would have voided my 15 year warranty that Ken gave me. So everything is fine and his quick response is well appreciated :) read more

Ken replaced my roof and did a great job. It was pretty seamless. He was easy to communicate with and addressed the job in one day. I had been dealing with a troublesome leak in my house for years, resorting to temporary fixes to address the issue. After finally deciding to replace the roof, I reached out to multiple roofing companies in the area. I've contacted 4 roofing company and 3 responded and 1 was not taking any work. Out of the 3 roofer, 2 came out and talked to me and assess the situation and 1 provided a quote remotely as they can see "satellite" images of the house so they don't have to come out anymore. Ken stood out as the most personable and knowledgeable roofer, taking the time to thoroughly assess the situation and explain his recommended solution. His detailed quote, provided promptly and in person, showcased the value and quality of his work. Throughout the entire process, Ken and his crew demonstrated professionalism and expertise, ensuring that the job was completed to the highest standard. We have been a happy customer of roof.net since December of 2021. We couldn't be happier with the roof replacement job. Recently (May 2024) we noticed a minor issue with our siding pretty close to the roof. Three sidings slipped out of place due to heavy rains. Not knowing the difference, we contacted Ken to see if he could help us in this situation as it was supposed to rain even more the following day. Even though it was not his problem to solve, Ken jumped in himself, the same day mind you, and paid us a visit, gave us some insight into the issue and had his business fix it for us as soon as humanly possible. Ken was extremely fast in responding to my request for an estimate to remove an attic fan and patch/repair the hole. Once again Ken comes through for me with a stellar job, done with absolute perfection, always going above & beyond the call of duty. His crew follows his example. They are extremely professional, courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable & they take the time to explain what is being done. Ken is a cut above all the rest. He is meticulous, extremely thorough & conscientious, & pays attention to the smallest, tiniest , little detail. He is never satisfied until everything is done flawlessly, impeccably & immaculately. I've known Ken for almost 18 years now & he has always maintained the same standard of excellence whether installing a new roof, fixing the gutters, or like now, fixing tree damage to the roof. On the personal level, Ken is a very warm & affable person which makes it very easy to feel an immediate connection with him. I call him "my angel". Two years ago, a severe windstorm turned my roofing shingles into something right out of one of those natural disaster movies. I hired Ken from Roofnet to assess the damage, estimate and complete the repair, and he was instrumental in helping me get the best results from my homeowner's insurance provider. ... Fast forward two years and I found myself once again needing a roofing contractor for a minor warranty issue, some separate structural repairs to my roofing frame, and needing some weatherproofing upgrades. I was relieved to contact Ken from Roofnet to regarding my home issues. From the start, I knew I made the right decision as Ken was prompt to respond and bent over backwards to meet my hectic schedule in setting up an inspection. He was more than accommodating in providing the warranty service, however explained that his company did not perform repair services but was happy to recommend his trusted partner to suit my needs. As an unexpected perk, Ken kept himself in the loop regarding my project and keeping it on track which shows that he truly cares about his customers and their investments. The team Ken dispatched to my home to complete the repairs arrived on-time, properly prepared, and ready to tackle this project. Sometimes you can just tell quality workers from lesser workers right up front by their professionalism and confidence in their skill, and it showed with all of the persons tasked with completing my repairs. Ken kept in contact whenever necessary and ensured that the work was completed on schedule, as I was on a tight timeframe as my home had a sales contract pending these repairs. His team went above and beyond and even tackled non-warranty issues. The work was also followed up with a comprehensive statement of the issues that were addressed, with description of all work completed along with high quality photos before and after. Over my years of home ownership, I have had more negative contractor encounters than positive ones. When I first hired Ken from Roofnet it was after a particularly negative experience with another contractor and I had almost lost hope in quality of service. I am pleased to announce that Roofnet is like a fine wine, has only gotten better with the passage of time. Ken, thanks again for your efforts and your pride in your craft. You are the most ethical contractor I have had the pleasure of working with. read more

First, I want to apologize for my late review as Ken installed a new roof on my home in July. Ken takes such pride in his company; he was 200% in everything (schedule, product, pricing). Ken (owner) is a pleasure to work with! As a new homeowner, getting a new roof certainly was a huge point of stress. As soon as I started talking with Ken, I was no longer worried - Ken took the time to personally answer all of my questions and provided a quick and reasonable quote. He even personally cane to my property to take a closer look at a couple of areas that required extra attention. Choosing the right roofer is so important because you're buying not just a new roof but a relationship with the contractor for the life of the warranty - ie 15 years. Ken takes pride in his work and I'm confident he would quickly resolve any issues that might pop up, but based on the high quality work his team did I have a feeling we won't have any problems. It's reassuring to know he would be there if needed! I also want to mention that working with Ken was a no-nonsense and honest experience. My dad is a retired contractor and has done many roofs in his time. He reviewed everything in the pricing/contract and agreed the pricing was fair and honest. Ken and his team finished the roof in one day - they also took care to protect landscaping and did a great job cleaning any debris. It was like they were never here! Myself and 3 other neighbors had complete roof replacements done through Roof.net just before Thanksgiving. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with the owner Ken. We reached out to 3 separate companies for quotes, two of which were recommended by our trusted realtor and Ken's company which we found through Yelp. We decided to move forward with Roof.net not only for their competitive pricing and hard to ignore perfect 5 star reviews across multiple sites, but also because the quality of communication experienced through the initial quote phase. I was so impressed with Ken's attentiveness and service that I felt comfortable having Ken's crew complete the job while I was out of town for Thanksgiving. Ken was also on-site to personally inspect the work and provided live updates on the actual day. Upon return we found that our home was left in such great condition and all debris around the house thoroughly cleaned and patio furniture replaced that I couldn't even tell his team had been there. Not only that, but Ken's team was able to complete all 4 homes within the same day the day before Thanksgiving. After completion Ken sent over pictures but I had noticed that the pictures were mostly of my neighbors homes. Without hesitating, Ken came back and took quite a few detailed photos to send over to show the quality of their work. It's tough to find business owners like Ken these days that treat your home/roof project as if he were replacing his own. Thanks again Ken! Ken and his crew were professional, quick, and a very good value. Ken came right out after I called for a quote. He was transparent and helpful and gave me clear options. We needed gutters and I asked for other recommendations for contractors, which he graciously shared(all were VERY helpful!). I got quotes from other places, Ken's approach, experience, and price points were the best. This was my first time having to reroof my home(and my first big homeowner maintenance project) and Ken really set the bar high. We have a finished attic and my wife spotted what looked to be a leak from our roof. Our home is about 22 years old and I assumed it was time to replace the entire roof. I called Ken from Roof.net and he came over the next morning, which happened to be a Saturday. Ken arranged for his foreman to come later that day to do a full roof inspection. Ken already had everything he needed to give me an estimate to replace the roof and while that price was incredibly reasonable, after the inspection Ken said I had several years left on the roof. The leak was related to a rubber flange that had deteriorated over the years and was quickly and easily resolved. Ken's team also resolved a few other minor things that could cause problems between now and when the roof is eventually replaced. They were able to remove our satellite dish from the previous owners which was generous and even replaced a window screen from a shingle falling down free of repair! Ken texted me to check in on me to ensure progress was coming along smoothy and came out after to fully inspect the quality was up to his standard. Overall, the pricing was phenomenal, not at the expense of quality which was exactly what we were looking for as new homeowners.
