If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are in the process of getting our house ready to sell. Some of our windows are old storm windows, I had done everything I could think of to get them clean. Our realtor wanted pictures done asap, they were already booked, Nelson rearranged his crews schedule and arrived the next day! 4 hours. They never looked soo good!! I liked that I could get a ballpark verbal estimate over the phone, and then get a firm quote with explanations and options when they arrived. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. We were preparing for an open house, so we were pickier than usual. The team graciously re- did a few spots that looked a little streaked. They remove screens and clean the outside windows. I typically don't have them do the inside. But they will do the inside if you want them to. Ok so power washing isnt hard to do, but when you just bought your house and it's covered in funk, you want to get it cleaned ASAP. Called this company to come in and power wash my indoor/outdoor porch. * Staff arrived 8am on the dot * It only took them 2 hours * They contract out to local companies for certain jobs, which at first had me raise a brow, but the crew they sent out was super professional * They laid down towls through out my living room as to not track dirt in from the outside * The debris that was left behind was gathered up and the slide panel doors were cleaned separately. They told me there was no need to buy the Yelp deal online; they just honored my request right there on the spot as I just told them what I had paid in the past for a power wash. They charged me a little more, but they did an immaculate job! They pulled my screen up to get the hose through the porch. They were careful to pull the screen down between the wood panels and nail it back as they found it. The process was seamless. The service was excellent! read more

The Gods of Home Improvement smiled upon me a few years ago when I discovered this company. Michael is a true gem. Two of his employees I've chatted with, who have worked for him from a few months to years, respect him very much. They say he is a great guy who is caring and honest. Really. They are a bit perplexed as to why he would be such a good guy to all. So that's enough for me. And they do very good work. I've had gutters done numerous times and junk/furniture removed from house also. PS. Impossible to schedule, unprofessional service. It took me over a week to get hold of someone in their office, to at least schedule an appointment, since the phone was not being answered. It took another month to wait for a service appointment since they were overbooked. On the day of service they cancelled. When attempted to reschedule, they said the wait time will be another month. I had Nelson and Santos come to clean the inside and outside of my windows and what a great experience! Nelson is very detail oriented and wanted to be sure the price quoted was correct as I had more windows done in the basement last time. He wanted to count the windows and said the quote was $45 too high and adjusted the price. He did not have to do that, but he did. They cleaned the windows beautifully, and put everything back as it was before. Santos even was able to open a window I could not! I will have them back for windows and some junk hauling. I had put an ad on Craigslist to remove construction debris (2 OLD sliding glass doors) and fire wood that had rotted from my newly purchased townhouse. After the junk had sat there for 5 months, I finally decided I just needed to have somebody come pick it up for me since I didn't have a car big enough or enough people with MUSCLES to come help me. Michael, the Manager, contacted me through my craigslist ad and I hired him. He sent a crew of 2 people out 2 days after I contacted him. They removed all the items within 1.5 hours and it only cost $80!!! I love this company and anytime I have future bulk pick ups, I will contact them immediately. I have never had them powerwash my home or clean my windows but if the crews he sends out to do that are as good as the ones who hauled the junk... I would hire them in a second! Very pleased with the work with the work the guys did cleaning our siding today. They made scheduling easy, unlike other companies I called who took forever to get back to me. We have a multilevel roof with an area of siding set back in a very high, difficult to get to spot. Nelson tackled our steeply pitched roof and got that super grubby spot perfectly clean, as well as the rest of the house. They hosed down the outside of our very dirty upper windows as well. When they finished, they encouraged me to walk around the entire house to be sure I was satisfied, and went over a few tiny spots I noticed that I pointed out.
