However, a few days later some debris/garbage from one of WGH's neighboring jobs ended up in our yard as it was a windy day, and the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it should've been so debris was left in our yard. Not a great situation, but what happened next really stood out. Martín, the owner, responded quickly, took full responsibility, and even came by in person to make sure everything was properly cleaned up. He was thoughtful, professional, and clearly cared about making things right. We appreciated the follow-through. Overall, it left a really positive impression. (dislocated soffit). The installed backboard is all wavy and the guy even did not bother to remove the sticker of the new board. When I made a complaint with forwarded photo on the record, the guy Sam called and started yelling at me over the phone claiming that the installation is 100% correct. However, when I asked if he had checked the photo, he said no. In my opinion, these guys are gutter cleaners thinking that they can also do the gutter contractor work, but their skill level and responsibility does not meet the minimum expectation.

Called for an estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend, got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. It could have been done on Wednesday, but it rained all day. The pricing was so fair that I didn't even need to negotiate. I had not looked into chimney repair before, but a bird entering your house like it's Santa will make you consider installing a chimney cap. Inmar was on site to provide the estimate, explained the services that I probably needed, and told me I would receive an estimate via email. I received the estimate later the same day. Inmar's team showed up, explained the scope of work, gently moved our plants out of the way, and got to work. I also needed my gutter cleaned and asked if they could take care of it, since they had ladders and experience. He said he'd try to fit it in. They did. I napped in front of the fireplace while they worked. I could only hear light tapping from the brick removal process. They sent photos while the work was in progress. Great photos that I will share with you below. Inmar and his team exceeded my expectations. Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. It is not a simple fix but an upgrade, for free. See the attached before/after pictures and the broken plastic. Like most customers, I contacted a few contractors before selecting Winfield Builders. I also preferred a local installer in Northern Virginia, and Sky NRG fit that requirement perfectly. We signed the contract on July 26, and the panels were installed on September 10. Megan handled the HOA permissions, and the installation was completed ahead of schedule when Sky NRG found an opening that suited me. Juan and his team managed the installation with careful attention to the aesthetics of the panel placement. Robert, Sky NRG's CEO, was present during the installation, underscoring their commitment to customer satisfaction. We discovered issues with my existing electrical panel during the process, and Robert recommended replacing it.
