After providing me an assessment of my roof, Mike even gave me information for other roofing companies to compare, in case I don't go with his company. Everything was explained upfront and listed in the contract so there were no surprises when the work was being done. Any time I needed something or had a question, the response time was within minutes. The use of electronic documents speeded up the process and I have a copy of everything for my own records. When the work was scheduled, the arrival time was between 7-8am. I was pleasantly surprised they arrived at 7 on the dot. Usually, companies arrive toward the end of the scheduled time so the customer has to wait. Lastly, I appreciated the people who I dealt with: Mike, both his sons, Nestor and his son. They were all courteous and professional. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

He worked around our schedule, was happy to accommodate a last minute add-on, and found ways to save us money. Can't say enough good things about his service. So far I have not gotten my crew to arrive at the scheduled time. I have spoken to Jessica about this, she apologized. I advised her one crew was 4 hrs late. There are crumbs and breast milk all over my floors. I was super excited to have my home clean! The lady that came spent six hours cleaning ( I had hired the company for four). 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. I had gone upstairs a few times and she was talking in the phone each time. For the first few hours I did hear vacuuming. It didn't smell like fresh cleaning-- or cleaning products at all. I thought I should wait until she was finished to ask questions. She told me she had 20 minutes left. I told her that there was still dirt and crumbs on my daughter's rug. She went to check and I told her that I moved my daughter's toys from the center of the rug. She said that they don't clean under objects. I said surely that mopping the floors and vacuuming were the bare minimum. She agreed, and then I told her I found all kinds of other places that were not clean where she didn't have to move anything like beside my couch. I told her that I was not trying to be mean but I cannot pay for 6 hours of cleaning and have to clean when she leaves. I said it's not clean... She then proceeded to ask me how long had it been since I cleaned before her, that there was a lot of filth and dust everywhere... basically trying to blame me for finding dirt everywhere. I asked her to leave and she called her boss. Her boss then called to tell me that she had never had complaints and that she was crying. I was in shock at what she said to me and then quickly switched to playing a victim. She didn't seem very upset when she was saying nasty things to me. I told her boss that I was not able to pay for six hours of cleaning when my home was still dirty and that I had pictures. He told me that he had pictures already and didn't need mine. He said he was not going to charge me. When I sent photos of my "clean" home he didn't respond. My kitchen cabinets and drawers were still dirty, there was dirt and crumbs on my daughters changing table, on her rug, on my bedroom floor, in my living room, in the dining room, she did not clean under the furniture the bathroom walls were not cleaned, I paid extra for her to clean the refrigerator and she cleaned half. If you want your home clean do not recommend this company. They will literally stand around on the phone extra time to charge more and expect a larger tip.

Since I live alone in a one bedroom I don't need them to come very often, just every 4 weeks, I liked that I had this option.
