The install team (two guys, led by the amazing Mark) was awesome, very professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to protect my floors and furniture. Robert, Sky NRG's CEO, was present during the installation, underscoring their commitment to customer satisfaction. We discovered issues with my existing electrical panel during the process, and Robert recommended replacing it.
