I highly recommend this company! It was a pleasure to deal with David from start to finish. He is one of the most professional individuals I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed if you work with them. Excellent job. read more

Extremely disappointing experience with DC Windows. I sent them eight photos of my property before receiving a quote so they could understand the scope of the job. They arrived with their crew and equipment, only to tell me they had somehow "missed" most of the photos and had only looked at two. They then wanted to nearly TRIPLE the quoted price -- adding thousands of dollars. Even the two photos they acknowledge receiving clearly showed the size of the property. If they didn't have enough information to quote accurately, they should have asked before scheduling the job. Mistakes happen, but there was virtually no effort to find a fair solution or take responsibility for theirs. Being told the price would suddenly be thousands more once the crew was already onsite felt like a bait-and-switch. I would not trust a quote from this company and cannot recommend them. read more

The team was punctual and friendly. They did a great job cleaning 20+ windows on a historic house with wavy glass/original windows. The manager was very helpful in expediting a cleaning date for us when we had to hold a large gathering at the house on short notice. read more

David's service is impeccable. A great work ethic. You won't be disappointed because his goal is to provide the best possible service. He is a delight, shows up on time, and works neat and clean respectful of your floors, etc. read more

I used DC Windows to help get my house ready to put on the market. I will absolutely be using them routinely in my new home. The team was responsive in getting my appointment scheduled (on short notice); they were professional; and most importantly, they did an excellent job cleaning both my windows, glass doors and screens. My windows have never looked so good. Cannot recommend them enough. read more

Excellent job by DC Windows. We have a huge glass wall in our condo that was in need of expert cleaning. They arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. Windows are like new. They even cleaned our screens. Highly recommend and wish all services were this seamless! read more

I've used DC Windows several times - always an amazing service and a great team. A week after their most recent visit I opened one of the windows too vigorously and jammed it (totally my doing). I emailed David for a recommendation for someone who repairs Pella windows. A day later he texted to say he was in the neighborhood and could come by and look at it. He did and was able to undo whatever I had done. I was just so impressed that he would take the time to help me out - a level or service you don't often see. Customer for life. read more

My husband and I contracted with DC Windows to clean all of the windows on our 114 year old row house. We got our quote quickly, and we were able to get scheduled very fast. The crew showed up on time, they were courteous, and got right to work. They cleaned all of the windows inside and out and everything was left looking sparkling and beautiful. We will definitely be using them again, and will refer them to neighbors and friends. Great service and highly recommend! read more

Outstanding! 100% Thank you David and Team. Detailed, courteous, attentive, thorough and totally went the extra mile - even clipped my climbing hydrangea away from the front 2nd floor windows. :) read more

Above and beyond my expectations - I could not be happier with the customer service, communication, attention to detail, etc of David and his team. I have historic (wood and stained glass) windows on the third floor of a condo and they shine after the work of DC Windows. Highly recommend and will be using them again. read more

Excellent service start to finish. The crew arrived on time, was friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning my condo windows. David, the business owner, was very pleasant to interact with and arranged the cleaning on short notice. One of my neighbors saw the work and right away called to make an appointment for his windows. 11/10 read more

Dave and his crew were held up at a previous job, so Dave came by himself and did a spectacular job. Thanks, Yelp, for the great reviews. I am pleased to add mine. Kudos to this nice young man and his excellent service and attitude. read more

Awesome service. Came on time, did a great job. We even had an issue, but David and the team took care of it responsibly. You won't be disappointed. Did I mention the windows look amazing! read more

David and his crew came, cleaned and conquered the windows in our 100 year old building and left them shining! They haven't looked this good in years. We are going to have them come twice a year from now on. Hire DC Windows--you will not be sorry! read more

I love this DC based company. They came on time, for both the estimate and the crew arrival, and cleaned my very dirty windows and screens so well the entire house sparkles and shines as a result. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I looked for a long time, through reviews and websites (this company has a cool website btw), and for quotes (this company is competitive). Don't look any further. Just call them and get your windows done. You won't regret it! read more

The results of this service are nearly miraculous. Prompt response, professional service, and astoundingly clean and clear windows. If you think you can one day find the time or one day get on that ladder - don't think twice about it- call DC WINDOWS! I'm a believer. I'm sitting here looking at the windows (which are 100 years old) and can't even tell there is glass in them! I had absolutely no idea they were as dirty as they were because well, they're just windows, right? I was wrong. This service was worth every single penny and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Fantastic. Fabulous. Space is brighter, view is better, it was done safely, and I can tell there is much less dust that could be circulating in the air. This will change the entire feel of your home for the better. read more

These guys did amazing work. I'm not sure the windows of my rowhouse had ever been cleaned, and DC Windows made them sparkle. David and his team were able to navigate some oddly installed windows, windows with bars, and second story windows that couldn't be reached with a ladder. They rolled with each new complication that arose and I'm so happy with the work. Great locally-owned family business! read more
