Yesterday Crystal Window cleaners came out to clean my outside windows. They were very friendly, and did a fantastic Job. Very reasonable price too. I highly recommend read more

A wonderful experience from the first phone call to the completed work. A conscientious caring company that does a superior job of cleaning windows at reasonable price. read more

This company is very unprofessional. They show up at your property hours ahead of the agreed time. They don't coordinate comings and goings. After the cleaning you can see footprints and cobwebs in many places. The house was a vacant property with no furniture so there was nothing to prevent them from doing a good job. To have us send someone to check after them a second time after their second attempt at cleaning cost us extra money. I would have been better off going with another company at a higher cost to get it right the first time. The attached pictures show cleaning issues with the house after they cleaned it. read more

The cleaning is very good but you never know if they will show up. It had been okay until there was a change in management last year (2024) and I had multiple last-minute cancellations. I decided to give them another try this year. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice... read more

This company came highly recommended by my neighbor. However, I have been 100% displeased with their process for new customers. They do not come to your home to review the windows and have a discussion with the customer. My windows have some nuances that need to be discussed. They assured me they would send a cleaning technician to my home who speaks English so that I could have that discussion with the technician. However, I called them today, the day before my scheduled cleaning to confirm things, and they told me the English speaking person who they were going to send to my home is not available. They did not tell me this in advance. I found out only because I called them. I have no problem with somebody who doesn't speak English cleaning my windows. However, because the company refused to send somebody to my home to have a discussion with me about my windows and they reneged on their promise to send an English speaker, I had to cancel, the day before my cleaning. This date was orchestrated to coincide with blinds that were supposed to be installed next week. If somebody has a very straightforward, simple situation with Window Cleaning they may be fine. But clearly not in a situation where there needs to be a face-to-face discussion in the home between the company and the customer. read more

Our neighbor recommended Crystal Window Cleaning. They were easy to work with, arrived on time, the price was terrific, and the windows look great! We will ask them to return in the spring to do the entire house. (We only had the upper level windows done today.) read more

Our home is a CHALLENGE in terms of window accessibility....a five-story townhouse with a steep slope on the exterior of one side which require extreme agility/experience/balance) to adequately clean.Inside, there are some very high foyer windows which (without the right equipment and a high degree of courage) are really hard to reach. We have nothing but great things to say about Crystal and, especially, for Darwin, their specialist who tackled our job by himself! This was a 2-3 man task which he took on without help from anyone....and the results are beyond description. We moved into this home 11 months ago, and we're uncertain when the windows were last cleaned, but they definitely needed a good scrub. We're 100% pleased with the end result, the cost, and with Darwin's courtesy and positive attitude throughout! We will DEFINITELY recommend Crystal to friends and neighbors. read more

I had my condo windows cleaned today and they look amazing! Communication with this company was great, from making an appointment to giving me a reminder call the day before. The staff who came onsite were friendly, efficient, considerate and followed COVID safety guidelines. This company also did the main windows around the condo association a few months ago and did a fantastic job. The cost was super reasonable. I will definitely use this company again next year! read more

These guys brought new light into our living area! They did a great job! All of my windows look amazing! Highly recommend! read more

Absolutely the best window cleaning we've had in our house. They washed inside and outside windows and cleaned all the sills. They are very competitive in their pricing and it is worth every penny. You will be amazed how nice it looks when you look through your sparkling clean windows! read more

They were prompt, professional, clean and quick. They called the night before to confirm. Their service was exactly what I expected. read more

Have a house with 40 windows. Asked to have only the outside cleaned. They (2 workers) missed several windows and were here from 12:15 to 3:15 and charged $425.00. Outrageous for the work done. I don't mind paying for good quality work but when the windows are missed it's an annoyance. read more

Flexible with rescheduling. The crew was composed of professional window cleaners and were able to move fast. I have worked with another company that sent general laborers who did not clean windows quickly or effectively. read more

This is a superior run company. The scheduling went smoothly. The two man crew showed up a few minutes late. But they called to let me know beforehand. Upon arrival, they knocked on the door. Work started right away. Also, they had all the necessary equipment to clean all 60+ windows - frame, glass and sills on my 3 story house. Excellent job at a reasonable price. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Many thanks read more

Today your company made my life much brighter. Osman did an excellent job and although he worked alone (last time you sent two men) the results could not have been better! Kudos all around! Shirley H. read more
