I cannot explain the lack of professionalism with this FRANCHISE of Window Genie. The owner - Tom McCann - PERSONALLY reviewed the property TWICE to ensure accuracy of his quoted estimate before he guaranteed it. He gave an accepted quoted price of $1450. His team arrived the morning of the expected service to begin working. His team of workers tore the entire house apart leaving trash and debris in EVERY room from the windows that they were there to clean. They unlocked those windows too and left them unlocked when my phone rang. Tom called to BAIT AND SWITCH our job - this was a criminal move. He demanded raising the price by $750 because of "hard water spots", and then held us hostage to the price gouging. THE ENTIRE REASON FOR A WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE IS TO REMEDY HARD WATER SPOTS - THEY WERE NOT EVEN ON THE QUOTE AS AN ADD-ON SERVICE. I agreed to pay the RANSOM because the ENTIRE HOME was torn apart. For those paying attention at home - he raised the price by 50% while we were under duress. Assuming the work was taking longer than expected and needed more labor than he had expected to outlay, he then called a third time to QUIT THE JOB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EFFORT. Again, filth everywhere, screens out of every window and now all my windows unlocked? Are they planning to return and rob me? Seems like a calculated business move on Tom McCann's part. He is a new business, he has ZERO integrity, and less business acumen. Beware - I have NEVER seen anything like this. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I recently had the pleasure of working with Window Genie and their team, members Tristen and Jamie, and I'm blown away! We are hosting a big family gathering this weekend, and our windows have never sparkled this much. Tristen and Jamie were on time, which was a huge plus, and they did an incredible job cleaning our windows. Both gentlemen were very professional, timely, and thorough. They were also courteous and responsive throughout the entire process. Tristen and Jamie were especially great to work with and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results offering us time to do a walk-through afterwards. Our windows look amazing and we couldn't be happier with the results. We've had 3 different companies come over the years and each one required a return visit because of areas they missed. Window Genie did a thorough job washing our windows and we were impressed with their attention to detail. I thought I was looking out of relatively clean windows, but after Window Genie, I *know* I'm looking out of perfectly clean, literally *as if they're not there* windows. In the 16 years I've owned my house... I've gone through multiple window cleaning companies, all with little satisfaction. Then I came across window genie of Loudoun and it is the best purchase I have EVER made. The young men who came to my house were so polite and helpful, they cleaned my house efficiently, at a fair price, and it looks AMAZING!!! I would recommend this company to anybody, as Tom McCann (the man with the plan) is extremely professional. Anybody who says ANYTHING else is a LIAR and can not be TRUSTED! I received my window cleaning today; exterior and interior windows as well as screens and window sills. All I can say is WOW. My windows are so clean and bright I may need to wear shades indoors. I was particularly impressed with the ability to get the dogs' footprints and drool off the interior windows and some hard water spots off the exterior windows. The technicians, Andrew and Jordan, were polite, professional and efficient. They were able to get to the windows without disturbing me during my virtual meeting, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend, and in fact, have set up a bi-annual cleaning package because of the awesome service. read more

We had Jordan and Robert of Window Genie of Loudoun clean our windows yesterday. They arrived on time, were pleasant, and very professional. The windows shine like new! I've washed many a window, and they've never looked like this! They worked both inside and outside. When they were inside, they used towels beneath the windows to keep the floors dry. We asked that they wear masks inside--absolutely no problem. It was a pleasure to have these two work on our windows. We will definitely have them back! read more

Window Genie of Loudoun recently came to clean or 33 year old windows and screens. Jordan and Danny arrived at the appointed time and did a beautiful and professional job. I noticed the extra care they took in handling the old screens while washing them and the care in removing the window grids and putting everything back in place.
