I called approximately two weeks in advance to set up my annual appointment. I've been a customer…read morefor several years and by the way have recommended Bryants to family and friends. The appointment was set up for Monday July 13th and I was told someone would call the day before to advise of the time window that would be set up. No one called the day before and after waiting till mid-morning I called. I was then told that my appointment was not set up and that I would be called back after checking the schedule if someone could still come. After several hours no one called so I called again and was told the scheduling manger hadn't been contacted yet. After already been inconvenienced, I said I would be available either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday so please determine when someone could come and get back to me asap or leave a message on my phone as I needed to go out. No one called until 2:14PM the next day on Tuesday and left a message advising the service would be scheduled for Wednesday and also what means of payment would be accepted. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no time window. When the crew showed up on Wednesday, around 10:30AM although they were obviously not responsible for the poor customer service I received, I felt obligated to express my dissatisfaction at that point. They understood and the gentleman who said he was Steve Bryants brother-in-law said that he would relay my situation and that Steve would probably call me. I've waited a week to post this review in an effort to see if in fact Steve or anyone else would contact me with at least an apology for my inconvenience. Needless to say, this is not the customer service I expected and will be looking for an alternate company for my annual service.

Our townhome in Fairfax was serviced yesterday. The crew did not 'powerwash' the house as…read morerequested. They lightly sprayed a cleaning solution standing from the ground over the siding in a haphazard manner and never pressure washed it off, leaving dirt and debris behind. And the main reason for requesting the service was to address a discolored rake board at the apex of the roof, that remains discolored, as they never got anywhere close to it standing from afar. I asked them to get on the roof to get adequate pressure and they reluctantly climbed a ladder to get closer, but got no where close enough to have any impact. They would not get on the roof, which was needed. They also carelessly opened their van doors into the side of my vehicle parked next to them and chipped the paint. There is certainly a lack of quality control at Bryants, which is disappointing as we have always had good service until now.

Overall we're very pleased and have provided their info to a neighbor who may need a new roof.

They even repaired and painted the damage caused by the water leak. I'm incredibly grateful for their help.

As a referral from my insurance company, they did the original estimate, inspection for mold, sprayed as a precaution, and completed the work with the repairs/reconstruction. Because I was waiting for all the insurance pieces to line up, the holes were in my ceiling much longer than I expected. But PDR was patient and Amber Yost checked on me every once in a while. Once everything was in place, the work was completed in one day - yay! The crew was efficient and quick, and there was no signs they had been there (i.e. paint splatter, etc.) They covered my home in plastic, made the repairs, and painted my entire ceiling to match. You couldn't even tell that I had previous damage. Looked brand new. I am very thankful for the repairs crew that came in - Gilbert, two workers and Keith. Thank you for the good work.

Then I got an email, to quote: "Hello Allen, Thomas We value our relationship and service to our customers and we want to improve every day. We ask that you take just a few minutes to give us your sincere opinion about your experience with us. Sorry to hear that you didn't choose to proceed with us to perform your project! Based on your initial experience with us, how likely are you to recommend Paul Davis Restoration to a friend or colleague?" I then called Paul Davis and said I wasn't aware that I had not chosen to proceed with them. Ultimately, we set up an appointment for Friday August 8 at 9:00 AM. They showed up at 8:00 AM. I am still asleep as I have medical problems. They left phone messages saying they were there. When I returned the call shortly before 9:00 AM, I reached a voice mail. Left a message call was returned. They denied appointment was set for 9:00, saying they said between 8:00 and 9:00. I voiced my displeasure with the entire process of dealing with Paul Davis, whereupon I was told they would NOT work with me, as we were not a "good fit". The fault is entirely theirs and I told them I would give them a lousy review, Here it is. I would not recommend them and in fact would discourage anyone from using them for restoration services.
