New customer review and now lifelong repeat customer. My neighbors recommended George's power washing and he completed power washing our home and deck yesterday. Scheduling was easy and appt date scheduled quickly. Believe his many 5 star reviews, he did an excellent job and my siding looks new again. George did a great job and I highly recommend. We are repeat customers in Burke who have had George's Power Washing keep our home looking good since we moved in a few years ago. George does an excellent, thorough job quickly and efficiently. Great on time, clean work. Professional! Would highly recommend him to anyone. Timely, great communication, easy to use website!

I am always wary of a company that has five stars across the board however I was in need of a power wash for my townhouse and I called this gentleman. I was impressed at the services he presented to me and I thought man this is great. He came out to do the powerwashing promptly and did a great job. I plan to use George for future works and I would highly recommend him. read more

George's was one of the most professional services we've ever used! My friends' house was in desperate need of power washing on the deck and on the fence, and George's came through. Best phone call I've ever made. They were extremely friendly, quick and just made us feel at ease with the whole process. We will be using them again and refer them to the rest of our friends and family! read more

Provided Timely responses through yelp and George did a great job. Will use again and recommend.

Second time using George. This time on my composite deck. Let me tell you this things look Brand New. I cannot believe how great a job this was and "several" dozen dollars cheaper than the other quotes I've seen. Also great communication the whole time, telling me exactly when he'd show up. A+++++ top shelf. read more

As a renovator and landlord we have used many power washing services. George's was the best. They know how to soft wash at the right angles to avoid damaging siding/mortar/window caulk/wood fibers/etc. They also use just enough chemicals to make the property sparkle without harming the landscaping. Efficient, on-time, responsive. I can't say enough good things after so many other bad experiences. Call them. read more

We had George come and power wash the very mildewy vinyl siding at the back of our house. He did an EXCELLENT job and the finished product looks fantastic! I loved speaking with his wife who does the scheduling, very sweet lady. George is a nice, hard-working guy who does an excellent job. Plus we love the frog truck!!! read more

Better than we expected, fast, reasonable price. Repeat business....yes.

we had the usual green discoloration on the side of our home. contacted george's power wash and set a date. he called about 30 minutes before arrival but our lawn service arrived early. george graciously pushed back the appt time to later that morning. he arrived on time, was on site for about an hour and did an amazing job. we plan on only using him in the future and the fact that he's a local family business owner is a major bonus read more

We are in the process of moving and needed our deck powerwashed in February. I called several places but everyone told us they don't start powerwashing until March because it is too cold (understandable). However, George said he would do it and there was a 50 degree day predicted for the following week so he came out and cleaned the deck (and for a small extra fee cleaned the back of the house too). He did a fantastic job and the deck looks wonderful for resale! We would definitely recommend use him again were we not moving. read more

Very good job. Very honest man who charged us reasonably. I am recommending him to all our neighbors. A man's word is all he has, and this man's word is as good as gold for me. Great job, George!! read more

I just had George come out for the second time to power wash my house. Once again he did a great job. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

When he got here I was explained the difference in stains and was informed that he would not stain it because it would not look right, suggested I either do myself or hire someone. He went ahead and power washed the deck and cleaned some stains off the siding for no additional charge, fast worker and did a great job. explained what the process was to stain the deck and which products he recommended. Would use again. read more

From requesting a quote to booking, process was smooth and courteous. The powerwashing leaves the home spotless, no streaking. We have siding and siding can be easily ruined if not done properly. Great job, as I am a repeat customer. read more

After getting several estimates and carefully choosing a company like this one, you may be very disappointed like I was. The estimates this company provides are based on a purchased service from the county that gives them details on the square footage of your property and it's structures which they provide an estimate from without viewing your property. I first engaged them to not only power wash our deck, but to also stain and seal the deck. The office staff was extremely responsive and very pleasant...however...as a homeowner, I was unaware of the differences in the stain (acrylic vs. oil vs. anything else) and was told they use a spray painter to administer the stain and sealant so they could not take care of the pergola on our deck for fear it would get on our siding. Very thoughtful you would think at first. We even thought them to be very accommodating and nice when requesting that stain be left behind for us to hand administer it to the pergola once they were done. Because they were so nice, I agreed to let them power wash the house as well. After a one day notice (even though I requested two) to remove all of our deck furniture and disconnect a permanently placed very large, very heavy stainless steel gas grill and move it into my home on our tile kitchen floor, the owner comes to the house and calls me at work to inform me that he can't stain and seal the deck after all because he thinks (doesn't know for sure) that it was previously done with acrylic stain and his oil stain won't be acceptable to be used. He could only power wash it. Yes, I used profanity (not at him) but to explain that it would have been nice if he came out to give the estimate and would have seen this before I had to disconnect and move my F...n heavy gas grill into my kitchen. I actually, conceded to let him only power wash the house and deck without doing the staining and sealing he couldn't perform and an hour later, he calls back to say he won't do the job because I cursed at him (which I did not and would never do to someone). I cursed at having had already moved the F...n heavy gas grill and now he decides he can't perform the job. Meanwhile it sits on my beautiful tile floor in my kitchen because there is no way to carry it down the winding staircase like the rest of the furniture. I guess it's time to go back to the other companies estimates. Too bad for trying to use small business owners like I try to do in this economy. The lack of personal attention from this owner and him not knowing or caring about the customers circumstances or point of view even after the NUMEROUS emails and phone calls made to his office about how they could provide a proper estimate without seeing the property went completely unheard and . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They have been extremely unprofessional in the manner in which they conducted business. read more

This is an honest review per our experience with George's Powerwashing. The bottom line is we cannot recommend this company due to the damage done to our porch ceiling, which we will now have to have replaced or try to have repaired at our expense. First of all, we asked that our porch NOT be washed due to it being fairly newly reconstructed with composite decking and vinyl railing. We had concerns that the pressure might be too much as we had never used this company before. Well, unfortunately George went ahead and washed it. I paid him, and a couple of hours after he left when things started to dry, I went outside to inspect. I was shocked to find water dripping from my porch ceiling, and random ugly dark yellow rings and drop lines and stains all over the entire length of the celing. I called George and sent pics and requested he come back asap to address the issue. He told me not to worry, that they were going out of town but he would come by when they returned, rinse it, and all would be fine. Six days later he came back, rinsed and rubbed and then finally told me he COULD NOT get the stains off. I was stunned to say the least. My husband was livid. George didn't offer to try any other remedies, or perhaps try repainting it or something, not even offering us a partial refund. He and Rita just basically shrugged it off and walked away. To be fair, let me say that the rest of the house was done just fine and he deserves to be paid for that. However, please ask yourself how you would feel having to repair damage from an area you asked them not to do in the first place. So, our anger has subsided, but we felt it necessary to write this review of our experience. You be the judge... read more

I'm not completely satisfied. After the job was done I recognized areas that was not throughly clean. I felt like the job was rushed. I will not use again. read more
