TJ was excellent at communication but Mother Nature did not allow us to proceed as scheduled. He was going to be out of town when we could next complete the job. I was not able to use his services however, I still wanted to write a review because I feel he deserves the accolades for his excellent customer service, ability to stay in contact and offer to help out in any way. First my bedroom had motor oil on the carpet that my husband had trekked in after working on our car a few weeks ago. I thought the carpet was a lost cause. However, Randy was able to remove all of the stains - great job cleaning. Also, he was on time. He called to give advance notice of his arrival. Perhaps best of all - He did NOT try to sell me additional services or products. Every other carpet cleaner that has came to my house has tried to double the price by adding on additional services. Randy gave me a great price and stuck to it! No high pressure sell tactics. Also, this past spring I used Cascade Services to pressure wash my house. They did an amazing job. Washed my patio as a courtesy and did it all for a great price! This is a business that feels like a neighbor or good friend! Highly recommend.
