I requested a quote online, which I received quickly. Once I accepted the quote (in April) I got a May service date--of course, everyone wants things cleaned up for the spring and summer BBQs. Delaney came out and serviced our home, including our back patio and brick front porch. Everything looks amazing - like we just had the brick installed, and I know it's from the original owners, probably 15-20 years old, and likely wasn't cleaned in the last 10 years. Brian did a great job. He worked a long day with great results. He treated wood inside porch and painted one wall that had grown mold because of moisture. He cleaned the wall of mold and after a few days drying, painted it with Sherwin Williams SuperDeck exterior paint. I plan on having him back to clean vinyl siding of house. read more

Called and spoke with Brian. They came out to view our double decker deck and provided a quote to power wash and stain. Definitely reasonable considering we've stained our own deck when we first moved in and that was a nightmare - we aren't exactly professionals and obviously did a horrible job. Fast forward about 5 years after our personal debacle and our desk is embarrassing to say the least. Brian was able to recommend a darker shade to cover it as opposed to spending more money to strip the old stain and put on new stain since we are planning to completely redo our deck in a couple years. They came out and the power washing made it look new (as new as a 30 year old deck can look)! This is THE company you want on the job - "PRISTINE" is right. We went with Callan primarily because their website referenced that they had experience with soft-washing stucco. For those of you unfamiliar with caring for stucco, it is delicate and requires far less abrasive measures. Brian Callan himself came out to conduct the quote (this is great because some other companies claim to quote based on photos but then end up wanting to charge more because they don't understand all the nuances of your specific home). Their scheduling system puts a reminder in your calendar so you won't miss them, payments can be taken via credit card upon completion and receipt goes right to your inbox. Brian came with the crew the day-of, not only to oversee but help on site. They called before arrival, which is always appreciated. ALL the staff were professional, thorough, courteous, and dedicated to delivering high-caliber work. They went out of their way to treat potted plants, garden furniture, and cars parked near the house with care- moving things as needed and returning them to their proper places before leaving the jobsite. They managed to remove years of organic buildup that were green and black in color- due to the length of time it had been there it was harder to lift, so I will be taking their recommendation to have them return in a couple of years (instead of the 6 years it had been). They addressed other materials of the home including stonework & walkways, caulking around garage doors and windows, & metal fencing- all with excellent outcomes. We liked that the cleaning solution was garden-friendly & pet safe. Note: the nature of the work may leave some water spots on the exterior sides of windows, so I recommend getting windows professionally cleaned by another company afterwards if you want them to be sparkling. Pristine Services has powerwashed our home for the last several years and always done a great job at a competitive price. Our large deck needed to be rejuvenated. One of Brian's team came out and recommended washing the deck top and bottom, sanding and then staining. They have completed that at a price again that I think is competitive given all the work they had to do. The deck is one story off the ground and quite large and sits over a brick patio. I can't tell you how great these folks are to deal with. We were supposed to get the deck cleared but there are several heavy items and they arrived early to take the heavy items off, do the work and then put it back where it had been. The powerhouse of deck pressure washing AND carpet cleaning services. This is as good as it gets. We have a German Shepherd who (short story) likes to play in the mud. Needless to say, our deck and carpets took a beating over the 2 years we spent in an apartment with strict regulations and a hefty security deposit. Before we left, we needed to resuscitate both the deck via pressure washing and 1300 sq. ft. worth of carpet (caked dirt, mud, maybe some/a lot of wine, etc.), and found Pristine Services. I can't see how this company can ever receive less than 5 stars. My entire experience has been impeccable. I emailed to get a quote to have the exterior of our house power washed. I received a quote within minutes via email and made an appointment shortly after. As the days got closer to our scheduled appointment weather forecasts became a possible issue for our Friday appointment and there was talk about possibly needing to reschedule for Wednesday of the following week. I explained to Brian that I had a Monday appointment to have all new windows and doors installed in my townhouse and needed the house to get cleaned just before the install. Brian's response to this was incredible. He made sure that no matter what he would try and make sure the house got done before my window installation even if he had to get someone else out here to clean. Weather turned out to be okay on Friday and Brian came as scheduled and took care of our townhouse. ** If you've never had your house power washed before, I highly recommend it! Did a fantastic job. Originally scheduled for 6/5 but there was a scheduling goof. Apparently it was accidentally recorded for the 6/12 (following Tuesday). Was contacted and no excuses were made. Owned up to the mix-up and went out of their way on their own to get it done on the first day I was available. Handled perfectly. Mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that make it or brakes it to me. The work done on the house was done very well and upon completion did a walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied. Satisfied.....no it was better than I was expecting living in an extremely shaded lot. Even did a little extra to make up for the scheduling mix-up.
