I can't recommend Callan's Pristine Services enough! First of all, the response to my initial inquiry was almost immediate. Brian came out and looked at what I needed done. He was very forthright and not pushy. The emails from Brian and Angie contained the estimate and much helpful information. He powerwashed our flagstone front porch and walkway, and he made our driveway look like new! We have three decks that he powerwashed. Days after drying, he sanded and painted them--they look amazing!!! This company was a pleasure to work with, and I will use them again in the future. I am VERY happy with the work! read more

We hired Callen's to power wash the house, power wash our double decks and the seal the decks. They provided prompt professional service at a reasonable price. I recommend them 100%. read more

Brian did a great job. He worked a long day with great results. He treated wood inside porch and painted one wall that had grown mold because of moisture. He cleaned the wall of mold and after a few days drying, painted it with Sherwin Williams SuperDeck exterior paint. I plan on having him back to clean vinyl siding of house. read more

Very impressed with Brian and his crew. After all the streaks on our roof did not come off the first time he tried cleaning, Brian immediately set up a follow-up appointment saying he would be back to repeat the process. He came back a few weeks later and the roof looks great! read more

Callan's did an AWESOME job staining our deck. They were thorough professionals who took the time to power wash, sand, and then apply stain of our choice. The entire process was spread over two days and they made sure to schedule the stain on a week with no rainfall. We had back to back meetings and they were absolutely self reliant and did not need any assistance from our end! They also made sure to leave the backyard clean and lock up after themselves so that our dog would be okay :) Absolutely recommend their service!! read more

Callan's was excellent and the process was extremely easy. Our neighbors used Callan's for their house/roof/etc. and we liked the results! They were also happy with the service. I requested a quote online, which I received quickly. Once I accepted the quote (in April) I got a May service date--of course, everyone wants things cleaned up for the spring and summer BBQs. Delaney came out and serviced our home, including our back patio and brick front porch. Everything looks amazing - like we just had the brick installed, and I know it's from the original owners, probably 15-20 years old, and likely wasn't cleaned in the last 10 years. We will definitely have him/Callan's out again for our next service and highly recommend them for folks looking to freshen their outdoor space! read more

Callan's cleaned our balcony deck and did an amazing job. First of all, very few companies will do the cleaning and oiling of decks. Second, scheduling with them, getting an estimate, and all of their communications are on point and clear. I love how their emails are informative and do a wonderful job setting expectations. Angie and Brian and their team have clearly thought through customers' needs and made the process really simple. Third, their prices are thoroughly reasonable and clear. Fourth, everyone we've talked to at Callan's has been friendly and eager to meet all of our needs. We're now waiting for the weather to cooperate so the oiling can happen but the deck is looking fantastic already. Super impressed with this company. read more

Truly outstanding! I echo all of the 5 star ratings for Callan's Pristine Services. It's rare these days to find a company that delivers such quality results. They were very responsive, great communicators, provided excellent value, as well as being super friendly and beyond competent. The team went above and beyond. We are so incredibly pleased with the results. Most professional deck power washing and sealing we've ever had in the 24 years we've lived here. As a family company, Callan's has a personal brand as well as a business reputation to protect, and based on our experience of their high standards, they'll maintain that. It's good to find a trusted contractor you can partner with in years to come. I highly recommend them. read more

We have been clients of Callan's Pristine Services for several years now and continue to be so impressed with this awesome family business. They are always responsive.. on time and so professional. Our deck was looking especially bad this year and after their deck washing service we are very pleased with the difference. It looks almost new again and it hasn't even been stained yet. That step as usual will be next. We know from experience that ultimately the entire job will be accomplished as efficiently as possible and the results will be great! read more

Very pleased! Best house washing I have ever received. I thought I would have to live with the many marks and stains on our 40 year old home but you managed to remove more than any other company I previously used. Thank you for a job well done. read more

The work was completed in a professional and capable manner. The team did an excellent job on power washing my house, fencing, and patio. They were also very careful around my plantings. The house looks great. This is the 4th time I've had Pristine come out for my Spring cleaning. They've always done a great job and I look forward to their next visit. Thank you Callan's Pristine Services. read more

Truly exceptional. TOMMY is a true professional, mission focused, attentive to all details. My guys EVERY YEAR.

Hired them for a powerwashing job. Great communication, great work, and, reasonably priced. Will use again.

Very professional. They respond quickly and courteously. I'll definitely use their service again.

Very highly recommend - we had them come out and power wash our house and deck, as well as apply a deck stain about a week later. The whole process couldn't have been more painless and our house and deck look amazing. 100% will be using them again! read more

This is the second time I have used Callan's power washing service. They made everything seamless, and I was able to handle everything online from estimate to payment. That was important to me, and it was easy. They showed up at the appointed time and left my house and sidewalk looking like a million bucks. I received several compliments from my neighbors on the job they did. I am happy to be a repeat customer and will continue to use and recommend their services. read more

Callan's Pristine Services - Deck - Pressure Washers Near Me

Called and spoke with Brian. They came out to view our double decker deck and provided a quote to power wash and stain. Definitely reasonable considering we've stained our own deck when we first moved in and that was a nightmare - we aren't exactly professionals and obviously did a horrible job. Fast forward about 5 years after our personal debacle and our desk is embarrassing to say the least. Brian was able to recommend a darker shade to cover it as opposed to spending more money to strip the old stain and put on new stain since we are planning to completely redo our deck in a couple years. They came out and the power washing made it look new (as new as a 30 year old deck can look)! The new stain looks great and I no longer feel embarrassed having people over (unless they meet our kids)! Amazing job, friendly and showed up when they said they'd be there! read more

I am so glad we found Callan's Pristine Services. We have used them for our deck and this year they did the screened in porch. It came out BEAUTIFULLY. Brian and his team were always there to answer any question I had. On the day they came to do the porch, Brian arrived with two other people. The three of them worked all day and applied a semi-transparent stain by hand and were very careful so that there would be no stain on the screens. I am so happy with their work and look forward to using them in the future. read more

I highly recommend Callan's for house powerwashing. Tommy showed up on time and did an absolutely professional job on my entire house. It was a pleasure watching a professional at work and I am confident that I won't be getting anyone else to do my house washing chores from now on. Thanks to all at Callan's! read more

A beautiful job - staining & sealing our new deck. Brian and Curtis were professional and efficient with their craft. This company is a family operation. I was so impressed with their operations, responsiveness and completion of the project - they are definitely staining our privacy fence this next spring. I highly recommend Callan's! My project was completed 2 days ago and it rained this evening. My husband mentioned the water beading on our deck - exactly was we expected and hoped for. An amazing company with customer service at the heart of their operation! read more

Callan's is absolutely awesome!!! These guys are professional, prompt and they do amazing work!!!! I am so happy with their service, I will be calling them again for the rest of my home and deck from now on!!! Thank you Pristine! read more

Callan's took on a huge project with cleaning, sanding, and staining over 2400sqft of decking and railing at our property. Even with Mother Nature getting in the way with many days of rain, I was always updated and informed of when they'd be able to get out next. Everyone on the team was nice and hard working. They, quite frankly, went above and beyond making sure everything was just right, without me having to hover. The attention to detail shows how much they care about delivering quality. They didn't speed through the project, they did it right. It looks amazing. read more

This is THE company you want on the job - "PRISTINE" is right. We went with Callan primarily because their website referenced that they had experience with soft-washing stucco. For those of you unfamiliar with caring for stucco, it is delicate and requires far less abrasive measures. Brian Callan himself came out to conduct the quote (this is great because some other companies claim to quote based on photos but then end up wanting to charge more because they don't understand all the nuances of your specific home). Their scheduling system puts a reminder in your calendar so you won't miss them, payments can be taken via credit card upon completion and receipt goes right to your inbox. Brian came with the crew the day-of, not only to oversee but help on site. They called before arrival, which is always appreciated. ALL the staff were professional, thorough, courteous, and dedicated to delivering high-caliber work. They went out of their way to treat potted plants, garden furniture, and cars parked near the house with care- moving things as needed and returning them to their proper places before leaving the jobsite. They managed to remove years of organic buildup that were green and black in color- due to the length of time it had been there it was harder to lift, so I will be taking their recommendation to have them return in a couple of years (instead of the 6 years it had been). They addressed other materials of the home including stonework & walkways, caulking around garage doors and windows, & metal fencing- all with excellent outcomes. We liked that the cleaning solution was garden-friendly & pet safe. Note: the nature of the work may leave some water spots on the exterior sides of windows, so I recommend getting windows professionally cleaned by another company afterwards if you want them to be sparkling. If you need your home cleaned, no matter the building material used, call Callan out ASAP! read more

Outstanding service! The guys went right to work cleaning my house and deck. They were very professional and extremely thorough. They even threw in an extra chair cleaning! I have had other companies power wash for me before but Callans is by far the best! Thanks! read more

Hot black coffee and oil spilled on our natural fiber Restoration Hardware area rug on a Saturday afternoon. My wife found these guys asap and on a Sat evening they're here ready to take care of it. Quick professional and careful. Work was done by Monday and they even gave us tips on how to care for it in the future. Good phone communication and arrived on time. Very reasonably priced. Hope we don't need their help again, but if we do I'd be glad to give them more business. Alex read more

Callan's Pristine gentle pressure washing method did an amazing job with my old brick home that's been in the family for 3 generations. It really was a great feeling to come home from work and see my house look just like it did when I was a kid. Best part of all they were able to communicate everything online. Hence, they delivered a premium service with no hassle or risk of the covid at unbeatable price. read more

Found Callan's on yelp and chose them due to the 5 star reviews. We emailed back and forth, I sent pictures of the areas we needed cleaned and got a full broken out quote for the services. We were able to schedule about 10 days out which worked fine for us. We have never seen our deck and house so clean! We have a gray trex deck with white railings and stairs leading down on both sides of deck. I have never seen the deck so clean! Thank you for your service! read more

Callan's power washed our townhouse exterior yesterday and we are very happy with their service and the results. They are very professional and thorough. Even the outside of the windows are clean, although that was not part of the job! They also did a small job for our neighbor while they were here and she is very pleased. Working with them was easy, just contact them on their website form and they respond quickly with an estimate. You don't need to be at home if you don't want to, and they send an invoice after the job is completed that can be paid online. Definitely recommend Callan's! read more

Happy Again with a job well done. Both employees were professional and respectful. They listened to all points we went over before proceeding with the job; they knew what my expectations were. I would hire you all again! read more

Pristine Services has powerwashed our home for the last several years and always done a great job at a competitive price. Our large deck needed to be rejuvenated. One of Brian's team came out and recommended washing the deck top and bottom, sanding and then staining. They have completed that at a price again that I think is competitive given all the work they had to do. The deck is one story off the ground and quite large and sits over a brick patio. I can't tell you how great these folks are to deal with. We were supposed to get the deck cleared but there are several heavy items and they arrived early to take the heavy items off, do the work and then put it back where it had been. If I could give them 5 stars + I would. You will not regret working with these folks and giving them your business. read more

I contacted Pristine Services to wash my house. I talked to the technician before he started working and was surprised by how helpful and considerate he was toward my property. I've worked with contractors before who are eager to just get the job done, collect a check, and move onto the next job, and a lot of the times they tend to rush and do sloppy work. Pristine was way different. I was amazed how different my house looked without all the algae and mildew on it. I have been telling family, friends, and coworkers about Pristine ever since. You can't beat their prices and they even have Groupons fairly regularly. Saving time, money, and not having to stress about whether the work will be done satisfactorily definitely puts Pristine above the rest. read more

I found these guys through Living Social. Right up front let me say that they were great. They were very professional and responsive before they arrived and did a great job. I had tried two other cleaning services before working with these guys and they were unresponsive and/or rude. These guys are nothing but professional and responsive. I had them pressure wash my house and it turned out great. While they were here I also added in my stone walkway and they were happy to add it in - and at a very reasonable price! They were very considerate of the plants that I have all around my house. I thought that I was going to have to paint the pillars on my porch but they worked on them and treated them and they came out great. I was amazed - I just can not say enough about their effort and the results. They are definitely the only place I will go from no on for siding cleaning. If I was not getting ready to move I would definitely have them come back and do my deck too! A pleasurable and rewarding experience. read more

The powerhouse of deck pressure washing AND carpet cleaning services. This is as good as it gets. We have a German Shepherd who (short story) likes to play in the mud. Needless to say, our deck and carpets took a beating over the 2 years we spent in an apartment with strict regulations and a hefty security deposit. Before we left, we needed to resuscitate both the deck via pressure washing and 1300 sq. ft. worth of carpet (caked dirt, mud, maybe some/a lot of wine, etc.), and found Pristine Services. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable from the start, and went the extra mile to ensure we knew exactly what to expect re: process and associated cost. Super approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about work quality. Overall appointment booking to service was based around our schedule and super-efficient. He even gave us deodorized treatment to eliminate the dog odor after the cleaning was finished. In the end, we even got our entire security deposit back from the apartment property, with no questions asked. We will only use Pristine for carpet and deck services from here on out, and look forward to seeing him on a regular basis for our first home. read more

Phheeee-nominal! I seriously could not recommend Brian ala Pristine any more! From start to finish he was incredibly friendly, very accommodating and just a really nice guy - something that seems to be lacking in this area... They ended up being a little late to our appointment but I got a frantic(ish) call saying they were running late and would be there soon. (They were helping out a colleague that had an issue) We could tell it wasn't intentional and they communicated well (again, unlike so many other companies) so we definitely couldn't be mad at em for it. AND, of course, they did a FABULOUS job power washing our house and deck! It all looks brand new and beautifu! There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I will be calling again next summer and probably even in between for one of their other services. Thank you Brian!!!!! read more
