I reached out to GLC for an estimate to stain our deck. They responded promptly with setting up a time to visit and see what the deck looked like to get a better idea of the dimensions in order to provide an accurate estimate. When they showed up, they were very nice, informative, and professional. My husband and I were provided with an estimate in about one or two days, which we appreciated the quick turn around they had. GLC was great about checking in about the process on the day of, and made sure we were satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend using them for their services! read more

I just had Cris and Stacy out to clean our stone patios and walkway. The large patio was pretty bad, it hadn't been cleaned in a few years and these guys did a great job of getting it clean. We are on their schedule to do it again next year. They were very professional from the the start, with the estimate through the invoice. I would recommend them for your power washing needs. read more

GLC Enterprises is the most responsive company I have ever dealt with in the Northern Virginia area! I found them through a web search as I needed someone to quickly help me get a desk together that I purchased. I was overwhelmed by the project and needed quick help! GLC Enterprises responded to my inquiry as soon as they received it. Their pricing and terms are super fair! Chris came within an hour of setting up my appointment and assembled the desk in about 30 minutes.....I am sure it would have taken me 3 hours! He was so friendly and professional! The desk looks better than the picture on the website! Also an added touch he sanitized everything he touched which was super impressive to me just as a precaution! If you have a project that you need assistance with, do not hesitate to give GLC Enterprises a call! read more

I contacted about 5 different companies my Yelp search for "handyman service" returned, for assembly of a tri-bunk bed set. There was some urgency in getting the set assembled, because my wife and I were taking emergency custody of her 4 nieces. I figured outsourcing the job was the best route for efficiency, and quality. A competitor quoted us for $275 dollars, which I would have paid if not for Griffin Logistics. Griffin, quoted me for $100 less, so I decided to give them the job. Chris arrived on time, unboxed everything, and completed the assembly in record time. I would definitely recommend using Griffin Logistics for any furniture assembly/repair projects. read more

Used Griffin Logistics through Amazon services first and was highly satisfied with the Ring installation. Called Chris directly to install more devices and also to install 4 baby gates in my house. Very professional and definitely will use them in the future. read more

Chris is very patient and efficient. I moved in and needed a really good handyman to help with hanging up decorations and assembling an entertainment center fast. After the entertainment center assembly, he went room by room and hung photos and other wall decorations. He even helped by suggesting ways to hang things up based on ideas from previous jobs. He moved very quickly and was very precise with his measurements. He will definitely be coming back for future projects as my go to handy lifesaver as soon as my bar stools, outdoor swing and TV mounts come in. He is very reasonably priced and definitely a jack of all trades. Thanks Chris! read more

I sent request for quotes for caulking and handyman services via yelp one evening in a panic. Chris responded within 30 min! I sent him my number and the next day he texted and we talked. Long story short, Griffin Logistics is the best service provider we have used since purchasing our home. His prices are reasonable and his attention to detail and professionalism are incredible. The bar has been raised for us and we will continue using Griffin Logistics for all "handyman" services or will obtain referrals from Chris for work outside of his scope. Thanks again for a superb job!!!!! read more

Chris is fantastic. He helped assemble my exercise bike 10x quicker and better than I would have (and although I'm very do-it-yourself, I didn't have the right tools to assemble the bike). When my bike pedal unexpectedly fell off a few months later (my fault), Chris very kindly offered to stop by to take a look and see if he could fix it, and he did. He's responsive, professional, courteous, and provides stellar service with a smile and a handshake. I will for sure call Chris again for future assemblies and recommend his services to anyone in the area looking for assistance. read more

Ok so i'll just start by saying i have used the services of griffin logistics for three times now and so far i am one happy customer! It is a local hidden gem that i hope people would utilize. Below are my experiences on hiring griffin logistics: My first experience was when i was having troubles getting my car to the shop. My busy work schedule wouldn't allow me to have some time for it. So a friend of mine actually introduced me to this company where they would actually take care of it for me. So i contacted them about it. We set a schedule for Chris (more on him later) to pick my car up & take it to the shop & back. It went smooth & i have no complaints once i got home. The car was ready to go the next day and i didn't to take some time off to get it done. Second time i used their services was when i needed a ride to go to BWI airport in Maryland for a flight early in the morning. I would've taken an Uber headed there but it would be too expensive. I could drive there & leave my car for a couple of days but it would also only be costly & would add unnecessary to my car. So i reached out to griffin logistics about the matter. We discussed a fee for him to bring me there & pick me up when i got back. The price is reasonable for me so i hired them again. On the day, i got picked up early & got there in a timely manner for my flight. When i arrived a couple of days later he was there on cue & took me home. Again i was satisfied with the service provided no complaints & i got to save a few bucks for it. Third experience was when i needed some supplies for a celebration i was having for my mother. Like i stated earlier i have a busy work schedule so i did not have enough time to go buy some missing ingredients for the food i was about to cook. I needed specific ingredients (which i can't buy online) from a specific Asian store for my recipe. I needed them by the time i get home. So i contacted griffin logistics about it. They handled it for me & they delivered it to me right about the time i was leaving work. At this point i see the value of this company for people like me who need specific tasks done on a busy schedule. (Final thoughts) This company is centered on specific tasks which would cater to anyone's needs. Chris, the man behind the scenes, is reliable, prompt & easy to talk to. I have to say i am impressed with the services provided & will be contacting them again. Truly a hidden gem when your in a pinch! read more

Professional service. Came out despite a snow storm and fixed the problem I have having. Quick, professional and got the job done. The technician was polite and really experience. Would definitely recommend for others! read more

Nice guy, but no attention to detail and this mattered for my project in a big way. He tried to put together a swing set for me and said it didn't fit together right (so he couldn't finish assembling it). He said the holes were drilled wrong. He didn't charge me for it and worked hard, so I wasn't going to leave a review, but it turns out that he didn't read the instructions at all and spent very little care on doing it right before blaming the company. Not only did he treat pieces that weren't interchangeable as if they were, but he put it together in the wrong order, which the guys who put it together swiftly and precisely (after disassembling it) told me was the main reason it didn't fit together right in the first place. Maybe use them for small or easy things, but, anything that requires great attention to detail, find someone else. read more

Great company to work with. Very patient and accommodating. Chris and Meko (sorry for spelling) were awesome and did exactly what I asked. We had a couple trials and errors but they didn't give up and came with creative ideas and solutions to get the mission accomplished. I'm very happy and will continue to work with Griffin Logistics & Consulting Enterprises in the future. Have a job, give them a call for a quote. You won't be disappointed! Thanks guys! read more

I had a service call today to replace a garbage disposal by Chris and all I can say is WOW! Professional and thorough! Went above and beyond to help localize a problem to ensure he had been as thorough as possible to capture anything that could have been a problem. Ended up fixing a problem I didn't even know I had. It may have been a minor issue but I appreciated the thoroughness and willingness to help me beyond "the job." Would recommend this company without reservation. Will use them again. read more

The company did a phenomenal job putting together my coffee table set. I highly recommend this company.

This is the third time I have turned to Chris Griffin and, as always, he is just terrific! He responded right away, fit me in within an hour or two to resolve a complex situation that wasn't really an emergency but was a serious irritant, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. When I have an issue where I need some service assistance, he is the first one I think of and the first one I call and he is always great. read more

I bought a pantry that needed assembly. After getting a few quotes, I decided to go with Griffin Logistics. Chris answered my emails promptly, and we made arrangements for him to come over to put it together. He arrived on time and worked solidly until the job was done. The pantry turned out great. I liked how he used a tarp during the assembly so my wooden floors wouldn't get scratched. I would definitely use his services again. read more
