The installation started out good an it was what I wanted, looks great…read more It wasn't until the first rain occurred that I noticed rain water running down between the facia board and back of the newly installed gutters. Once the rain stopped, I climbed my ladder to see why. The installer installed the gutters over the drip edge allowing water behind the gutters. I was able to pull most of the drip edge up and out from behind the gutter, but had to losses some fasteners for the remainder. I also noticed the high end of the 38' long gutters on the back of the house were lower than the middle portion, holding 1/2" of water. I called to request a service call to correct the back graded gutter and to check the gutter on the front of my house. I was given a service appointment which didn't happen, got a call with a reason for not making the appointment, so we rescheduled. At the second appointment, another call to say the service man was behind schedule. He eventually showed up, looked at the gutter from ground, went to his truck and left, never came back. No repair no explanation, no call back, nothing. I'll have to fix the front on my own. At 67 years of age not looking forward to iUnprofessional contractor. Do not recommend this contractor

I got several quotes from other gutter replacement groups in the area, and when I first met Charlie I instantly knew he is who I wanted to hire to replace our very cool (but old and failing) front gutter. Charlie even helped me better understand my home beyond the gutters (and gutter guards). On top of all of that, the quote was just slightly higher than the cheapest quote I got--absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend!

This company was the only one willing to waive their minimum to help us out and I'm so glad we found them! They were incredibly patient throughout the process, helping us locate the exact replacement and making sure the color perfectly matched the existing shutters. They even went the extra mile by replacing the neighboring shutter as well, just in case there was any fade difference between new and old. A special shoutout to Charlie, who helped us and also did the work -- he was amazing! Extremely communicative, kind, and respectful. He kept us informed every step of the way and truly cared about getting everything perfect. This may have been a small project, but they treated it with first-class service. I originally wanted to put a skylight in my 1910 rowhouse, but found out from the city permitting…read moreoffice that I didn't have enough space to meet Virginia code for separation from the party wall. I was super disappointed, to say the least. The city guy suggested I look into solar tubes. I did some research and determined SolaTube was the best brand and the started searching for installers. I was very impressed by the service provided by Amazing Skylights. They came out on a Saturday to provide a quote, and then opened up their office on a Saturday a few weeks later for me to come by to see the products in action before deciding on which size and style to purchase. I was shocked at how much cheaper Sola Tubes are than skylights and decided to get two (one hallway, one bathroom). They were able to accommodate a weekend installation and their installer, Al, was so friendly and thorough. I couldn't believe how quickly he can install these things (2-3 hours)! He crawled around in my tiny attic without issue and really did his best to install them in the absolute best location to accomplish my lighting goals with a lot of "old house" constraints. I was particularly impressed with Al's ability to center the SolaTube exactly between the existing light fixtures. If you're OCD like me, you'll appreciate that. I loved my two SolaTubes so much that I had them come back and install a third one (second one in the same hallway) a few weeks later. Al told me that SolaTubes are like tattoos, once you get one, you just can't stop! I highly recommend Amazing Skylights!

A++++++++ I can't…read morerecommend **Toler Home Solutions** enough. Tim and his brother John are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They came out for what I thought was a fairly straightforward job, but instead of rushing through it, they took the time to carefully inspect my roof and pointed out multiple issues that had been overlooked. They found missing and improperly installed components, workmanship problems, and several areas that should have been addressed when my home was built. As a homeowner, it's frustrating to discover these kinds of issues only 3 years later. My experience with the original construction and inspection of my Clayton home left me with a lot of unanswered questions, because many of these problems should never have made it past a final inspection. What impressed me most about Tim and John was that they didn't just point out the problems--they explained everything clearly, fixed the issues correctly, and made sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. It's rare to find contractors who genuinely care about doing the job right instead of just getting the job done. If you're looking for trustworthy, skilled handymen who take pride in their work and treat your home like it's their own, I wholeheartedly recommend **Toler Home Solutions**.
