Great Job!! Brian and his partner did a terrific job power washing our front steps and walk and washing and staining our deck. They got rid of all the dirt and moss on the front walk and steps and the deck looks clean and brand new. In addition, I got about 6 estimates and their price was highly competitive, Very professional- they kept us informed about their schedule and came as promised. Highly recommend read more

I was putting my house up for sale and saw from the pictures how the roof was stained. I contacted pristine clean and they responded very quickly and understood the need to do it quickly. They fit me in within a couple days. I thought the roof would look better but I didn't think it was look THAT good! I was not there for the cleaning but they emailed me pictures of the roof before, after and during. So impressed that I had to write a review read more

I would highly recommend Callan's to any of my friends and colleagues. We are preparing to sell our home and Brian went above and beyond to make it look as close to new, as possible. Callan's worked with our schedule, they were highly responsive and did great work. Five stars! read more

I have a 200 square foot deck that is made of ironwood (also called ipe). After letting it go for 8 years, I decided to see about getting it power washed and sealed. Because of the type of wood, it requires a special sealer (like Penofin for exotic hardwood) so it wasn't simple to even find companies that have had experience with ironwood decks. Then ... like so many times before ... I went to Yelp for Help (pun intended). After seeing such great reviews for Brian and his company (Pristine Services), I gave Brian a call. Right away I knew that Brian had good experience working with exotic hardwood like ironwood, and he was very thorough on what he planned to do, After I agreed to his quote for the work (which was very competitive BTW), we set a date for him to come by to first power wash. About a week after the power wash, Brian then treated the deck. The other nice thing is that I did not need to be home while Brian did the work. The end result? My 8 year wooden deck looks brand new! Based on this experience, I will be going to Pristine Services for routine maintenance of the deck (i.e., I'm not going to wait another 8 years to wash-and-treat the deck). Thank you, Brian / Pristine Services for being super professional, and doing great work! Marc read more

I can't see how this company can ever receive less than 5 stars. My entire experience has been impeccable. I emailed to get a quote to have the exterior of our house power washed. I received a quote within minutes via email and made an appointment shortly after. As the days got closer to our scheduled appointment weather forecasts became a possible issue for our Friday appointment and there was talk about possibly needing to reschedule for Wednesday of the following week. I explained to Brian that I had a Monday appointment to have all new windows and doors installed in my townhouse and needed the house to get cleaned just before the install. Brian's response to this was incredible. He made sure that no matter what he would try and make sure the house got done before my window installation even if he had to get someone else out here to clean. Weather turned out to be okay on Friday and Brian came as scheduled and took care of our townhouse. ** If you've never had your house power washed before, I highly recommend it! Besides knowing your house will look brand new afterwards..you know that nice soothing feeling when you go through a car wash? It was like going through a car wash while still in your house. It was awesome, my kids enjoyed it as well. read more

Great job cleaning the carpets in my townhouse. We have two cats (and extremely old carpets), and you can't even really realize how much that smells until you get a professional cleaning. Service was great, super straightforward pricing, and just generally a good, helpful vibe from the guy. I will DEFINITELY be calling Pristine for a house washing in the spring. read more

Did a great job removing huge oil stains leaked from a rental (yes, thank you Enterprise) car. Owner was responsive to all my questions and concerns and came personally to oversee the job. read more

Callans Pristine Services is a wonderful demonstration of putting heart into their work and truly caring about the product they provide. I've trusted in Pristine for 5 years now and they continue to go up and beyond my expectations. read more

Did a fantastic job. Originally scheduled for 6/5 but there was a scheduling goof. Apparently it was accidentally recorded for the 6/12 (following Tuesday). Was contacted and no excuses were made. Owned up to the mix-up and went out of their way on their own to get it done on the first day I was available. Handled perfectly. Mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that make it or brakes it to me. The work done on the house was done very well and upon completion did a walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied. Satisfied.....no it was better than I was expecting living in an extremely shaded lot. Even did a little extra to make up for the scheduling mix-up. I would definitely give this company a try if I were you. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Brian to estimate and then power wash my extensive decking and entire house. From the point of contact to the final product, I couldn't be more pleased. Brian was extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable, making sure I understood my options and what the final product would resemble. Pristine is a very professional and down to earth company. I will recommend them broadly. read more

Brian did very good job to power wash our townhouse today. He arrived at the property on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable to the job. One side of the townhouse was dirty. After Brian's power washing it becomes very clean. Thanks you Brian! read more

Callan's Pristine Services did an AWESOME job with staining my deck. Brian had great customer service with responding to my emails, setting alternate times to stain the deck due to weather, and moving the grill and furniture on and off my deck. Brian and his team were great about removing excess paint from areas during their two day process. Him and his wife are very professional, patient, informative about the process, and accommodating. I would totally use them again for re-staining my deck. read more

I highly recommend Callan's Pristine Service! I have found them to be professional and detail oriented. Both management and the workers were communicative and willing to listen to my specific needs. I have two properties which have benefited greatly by a good scrub down by Brian. You won't be disappointed with their service. read more

Callan's did a phenomenal job power washing our 25 year old house -- looks brand new! Staff was punctual and respectful. Highly recommend.

Very responsive to Yelp quote requests. We had to reschedule due to an unexpected water issue unrelated to the power wash service. It isn't so much a power wash as it is a wash down with a chemical solution. Whatever the case, they did a great job and my house now looks as if it has been freshly painted! read more

One word: wow. Brian is a consummate professional, and the work speaks for itself. His pricing is great, and he's clearly someone who wants to earn your business. I think he did the best job he could on my property. He did 2 decks, a flagstone walkway, a stone courtyard, and hit some other spots on my home (stucco and brick). He's the type of guy who is bright and cheery, and his communications skills are impeccable. He works fast and efficiently. He wanted me to review his work after he was done, and even offered me a second review after he finished hitting a couple areas that I was being nit-picky about (not that he got something wrong). I'd be willing to call him again in the future because of the good work & excellence & ease of customer service that I experienced. Thanks to Brian, my new [to me] home looks even more look beautiful on the outside! read more

I met Brian, the owner, back in September before I even had a need for carpet cleaning services. This month I needed an area rug shampooed and vacuumed, I am so glad I had Brian's business card! My rug is clean, smells fresh, and vacuumed nicely! Pricing is very reasonable and timing is an important factor to the company, I am very satisfied with every aspect of service from, arranging a pick up time/date to delivery time/date, the quality of customer service, and the quality of work. I highly recommend Pristine for all carpet cleaning needs and will be calling to have my parent's home power washed and deck cleaned when it gets warmer. Thanks again, Brian and Pristine Services! read more

Hi, Highly recommend Brian for any deck or carpet cleaning jobs. Very professional: shows up on time, does good work, communicates well, and was significantly less expensive than the two other carpet cleaners I spoke with who wanted $4 dollars a square foot for my five throw rugs. Brian did all five for $125 dollars, plus cleaned a stain in my carpet as well. He also is going to come back to re-address the carpet stain later this week. Brian also redid my deck. It looks great, and once again he was significantly less expensive than the competition. Highly recommend for any deck or carpet cleaning jobs. Chris read more

Professional and serious about doing a great job better than anyone else. I've used other companies in the past who cut corners and often left me a mess of over sprayed dirt and missed areas of decking. This company wants me to use them again so took the time to do what was needed, ensured I was satisfied, and then left with a hand shake and promise to return if anything turned up later that I might be unhappy with. I am very happy and my cleaned deck looks like new again! read more

Very pleased with Pristine Services! The power washing job that was done for myself (and then later for my parents home) turned out better than I could have expected. Looked much newer like when I first moved into my townhome. Brian was very thorough and informative with his work, which I very much appreciated. Will be calling Pristine Services next time around. read more

I contacted Brian after we got a letter from our HOA because the siding on our 3-stury townhouse needed a wash. Brian took care of this for us, and also washed and stained our deck. I am quite impressed. I found Brian and his Prestine Services on yelp -- thanks to your reviews -- and decided to give it a try, after I called several other carpet cleaning services and found their quotes convoluting. Brian was very quick in returning my call and gave me a straightforward estimates. He came over and did a fine job. He was friendly and thorough when asked us to do a walk-through when he finishing steam cleaning. He explained how long it would take for the area to dry and he also pointed out several spots that he trided to clean but was not able to comepletely get rid of the small stains, albeit they would not be noticeable once the carpet dries. I will use Prestine again and highly recommend this small local business, whose owner/employee speaks English. read more

We are renting our house out and live out of state, so finding a company we can rely on is our top priority. Finding such a company seems to be especially hard in NoVA. From the moment we contacted Pristine Services to ahve our deck stained we felt in good hands. UPDATE 10/9/15: After receiving a private message from the owner requesting that I remove my review, I have decided to amend it, removing the last two paragraphs which he found objectionable and restating the following paragraph to clear up any miscommunication: After seeing all the 5 star ratings on YELP, I contacted Pristine via the email service on their website and did not receive a reply. So, I called the number provided and left a message. After leaving the phone message, I received a reply via email asking for details, which I provided. Once again, I did not receive a reply either by phone or email. Because I had an HOA deadline to meet and was not sure if Pristine would be able to help me, I contacted another service, set up and appointment and they came the next day and did the job. Then, after my siding was cleaned, I received a follow up email from Pristine giving me a price and told me they couldn't come for another week. At that time, I informed them that I had already had someone else come and do the job. I left the A-OK 3 star rating, because (as far as I knew) the service really is OK and not because I was disappointed in the service itself. But, because of the lack of a response to my original requests and the extended communication time it took to get back to me, I felt that was a fair assessment of my dealings with them. I can only assume that they provide a fine service once you are able to obtain an appointment. read more

These guys were awesome! We had a lot of dirt, algae, and moss growing on the siding of our house...it looked like a vegan smorgasbord. Saw some good reviews so we figured we'd give them a call, along with another outfit. The other guys said $350; Pristine said it would normally be $250, but they had a special for $200. (Though heads up, they say they'll probably be raising their prices a little next season.) They had a couple guys come out five days later. It took them about 30-45 minutes to power wash our 2-story 2500ish sqft house. They got all the funk off. Super friendly guys that even let my 4-year old try out their "giant squirt gun," which thrilled him. I would highly recommend these guys. read more

I would have given 5 stars but I never used their services.. due to weather conflicts in schedules etc we were never able to align... Callan's Pristine Services is - without a doubt - the best of the best!! I had an expansive oak deck built over 25 years ago and the designer was so impressed with my bucolic shaded setting that he chose to use ALL #1 oak to construct my deck. During the ensuing years, I have used several different, but all highly-recommended power wash and staining services to less and lesser degrees of satisfaction. I was profoundly impressed with the consistently OUTSTANDING reviews for Callan's Services and contracted them, hoping for a miracle and I got more than one! As Brian Callan began to power wash my deck, it became abundantly clear to me that NONE of the previous service providers I had ever used must have even known what they doing - for the first time since my deck was constructed, this time it was really coming clean! I have posted photos clearly showing the before and after appearance of my deck during the power washing and the whole house power wash Callan's Services did next yielded almost as impressive results. Brian Callan returned the following week after my deck was thoroughly dry and applied the Olympic stain color of my choice. In the weeks since Callan's restoration work on my deck we have 'enjoyed' some pretty extreme weather as well as the normal Fall barrage of leaves and small fall wood from my many trees, but my deck is still absolutely PRISTINE. And so... I can very honestly attest to the quality of work provided by Callan's Pristine Services. read more

We have had our carpet professionally cleaned every six months or so for years. Our previous cleaner left the area, and we turned to Brian and his team after a recommendation from a friend. Brian was nice, professional, and much more thorough than any company we have employed in the past. We will definitely be using his company going forward, and plan to have him out in the spring to pressure wash the exterior of our home as well. Thanks Brian! read more
