Did a fantastic job. Originally scheduled for 6/5 but there was a scheduling goof. Apparently it was accidentally recorded for the 6/12 (following Tuesday). Was contacted and no excuses were made. Owned up to the mix-up and went out of their way on their own to get it done on the first day I was available. Handled perfectly. Mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that make it or brakes it to me. The work done on the house was done very well and upon completion did a walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied. I have a 200 square foot deck that is made of ironwood (also called ipe). After letting it go for 8 years, I decided to see about getting it power washed and sealed. Because of the type of wood, it requires a special sealer (like Penofin for exotic hardwood) so it wasn't simple to even find companies that have had experience with ironwood decks. Then ... like so many times before ... I went to Yelp for Help (pun intended). After seeing such great reviews for Brian and his company (Pristine Services), I gave Brian a call. Right away I knew that Brian had good experience working with exotic hardwood like ironwood, and he was very thorough on what he planned to do, After I agreed to his quote for the work (which was very competitive BTW), we set a date for him to come by to first power wash. About a week after the power wash, Brian then treated the deck. The other nice thing is that I did not need to be home while Brian did the work. The end result? My 8 year wooden deck looks brand new! Based on this experience, I will be going to Pristine Services for routine maintenance of the deck (i.e., I'm not going to wait another 8 years to wash-and-treat the deck). Hi, Highly recommend Brian for any deck or carpet cleaning jobs. Very professional: shows up on time, does good work, communicates well, and was significantly less expensive than the two other carpet cleaners I spoke with who wanted $4 dollars a square foot for my five throw rugs. Brian did all five for $125 dollars, plus cleaned a stain in my carpet as well. He also is going to come back to re-address the carpet stain later this week. Brian also redid my deck. I found Brian and his Prestine Services on yelp -- thanks to your reviews -- and decided to give it a try, after I called several other carpet cleaning services and found their quotes convoluting. Brian was very quick in returning my call and gave me a straightforward estimates. He came over and did a fine job. He was friendly and thorough when asked us to do a walk-through when he finishing steam cleaning. He explained how long it would take for the area to dry and he also pointed out several spots that he trided to clean but was not able to comepletely get rid of the small stains, albeit they would not be noticeable once the carpet dries. These guys were awesome! We had a lot of dirt, algae, and moss growing on the siding of our house...it looked like a vegan smorgasbord. Saw some good reviews so we figured we'd give them a call, along with another outfit. The other guys said $350; Pristine said it would normally be $250, but they had a special for $200. (Though heads up, they say they'll probably be raising their prices a little next season.) They had a couple guys come out five days later. It took them about 30-45 minutes to power wash our 2-story 2500ish sqft house. They got all the funk off. Super friendly guys that even let my 4-year old try out their "giant squirt gun," which thrilled him. I would highly recommend these guys. read more

We have had our carpet professionally cleaned every six months or so for years. Our previous cleaner left the area, and we turned to Brian and his team after a recommendation from a friend. Brian was nice, professional, and much more thorough than any company we have employed in the past. UPDATE 10/9/15: After receiving a private message from the owner requesting that I remove my review, I have decided to amend it, removing the last two paragraphs which he found objectionable and restating the following paragraph to clear up any miscommunication: After seeing all the 5 star ratings on YELP, I contacted Pristine via the email service on their website and did not receive a reply. So, I called the number provided and left a message. After leaving the phone message, I received a reply via email asking for details, which I provided. Once again, I did not receive a reply either by phone or email. Because I had an HOA deadline to meet and was not sure if Pristine would be able to help me, I contacted another service, set up and appointment and they came the next day and did the job. Then, after my siding was cleaned, I received a follow up email from Pristine giving me a price and told me they couldn't come for another week. At that time, I informed them that I had already had someone else come and do the job. I left the A-OK 3 star rating, because (as far as I knew) the service really is OK and not because I was disappointed in the service itself. But, because of the lack of a response to my original requests and the extended communication time it took to get back to me, I felt that was a fair assessment of my dealings with them. I can only assume that they provide a fine service once you are able to obtain an appointment. read more

We had them out to seal and stain a newly built 16x16 outdoor room built with big cedar posts and beams, with a pine tongue and groove ceiling, and an outdoor cedar shower door. The did an amazing job - helped us select the perfect product and color, overall perfection! The prep work alone was above and beyond - they worked around fixtures, cabinets, granite etc and made sure not a single drop was out of place or left behind (they taped, tarped, sprayed and cleaned everything).
