We used them initially to clean our windows (both inside and outside). The price was incredible and the service and work provided by AJ and MJ was fantastic. The windows and the sills were spotless afterward. We used them again recently to power wash the outside of our house. This is the first time we have cleaned our house in the 13 years we have lived here, so there was much to clean. Antwan and Rey arrived and did an incredible job cleaning everything, and I mean everything. It was a just a great, great job. On top of that, the price they charged was far lower than the prices of any competition. I HIGHLY recommend VA Window Cleaning to everyone. I will be a returning customer for as long as I can imagine. Great job VA Window Cleaning!!

Same for all the wood trim along the floors, doors, and fireplace. Mike was extremely courteous, and flexible, offering a very competitive and fair price without doing those things other contractors do to make the total job cost go up. No nickel-and-diming from Mike. I don't know what to think about another reviewer's concern about a canceled appointment, as that doesn't jive with my experience, because Mike was extremely responsive (his messages always came back almost immediately), showed up with another helper, and worked well into the morning to get the job done. I highly recommend AA Home Improvements and Yelp is a good place to contact them because of the messaging here that works well (and gets a fast response). I hope more folks will find out about this painting company here, as it looks like they could use the work, and really bring enthusiasm to the job.

Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. I also found bleach stains across my driveway after the job was completed. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around. Overall, I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with property damage, cleanup work, and additional costs. The results simply did not justify the hassle or expense.
