The last time we bought a house (some 10 years ago), the inspection consisted of only one inspector who completed all documentation by hand, which needless to say was slow and time-consuming. For this inspection, Lambert did everything electronically. They conducted a thorough search and noted everything they found in the house, then provided an electronic report of their findings which included photos and a written explanation of each item of concern for later reference. And because the inspection consisted of a team of multiple individuals, the process moved quickly and efficiently. Based on your initial experience with us, how likely are you to recommend Paul Davis Restoration to a friend or colleague?" I then called Paul Davis and said I wasn't aware that I had not chosen to proceed with them. Ultimately, we set up an appointment for Friday August 8 at 9:00 AM. They showed up at 8:00 AM. I am still asleep as I have medical problems. They left phone messages saying they were there. When I returned the call shortly before 9:00 AM, I reached a voice mail. Left a message call was returned. They denied appointment was set for 9:00, saying they said between 8:00 and 9:00. I voiced my displeasure with the entire process of dealing with Paul Davis, whereupon I was told they would NOT work with me, as we were not a "good fit". The fault is entirely theirs and I told them I would give them a lousy review, Here it is. I would not recommend them and in fact would discourage anyone from using them for restoration services.
