William at Top Notch was very responsive to both Yelp messages and emails and completed the work less than 48 hours after sending me his estimate. The best part is I didn't have to be home while he was working so I didn't have to burn leave hours. I don't know how much roof repairs should generally cost, but I do know William charged me $30 less for a small repair than my neighbor's unlicensed "roofer friend" wanted to charge.
