I would not recommend this company because they were hired to install a privacy fence and deck for my neighbor and started a huge property dispute that cost my family(& possibly the neighbors family) thousands of dollars by telling our neighbors our barn, trees, bushes and playset were on their property and they had more property than what they thought. They even stated to us that the auditors map of property lines were the "law" and correct, in which fact that is not true, as only a survey shows what is 100% accurate. There was no need for this company to start a property dispute when these items had been on the property since 1971 unless the homeowner asked this of them in which the homeowner said they never did. I am writing this review for people to be wary of what could happen to you if this company does their business at your home or your neighbors home that could possibly start a huge property dispute costing you and your family 10's of thousands of dollars in the hope that they don't cost more people thousands of dollars. If nothing was ever said(which I have no idea why they would have a need to bring this up to the neighbor/homeowner) than this terrible situation would of never happened and we all could of been going about our lives like we had been since 1971 & maybe still be friends. Starting with the communication, Frank made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He is a top-tier professional and an honest person. I have had project managers who just dismiss your concerns and act rude when you bring up mistakes. I always had a line of communication with Frank, and he made sure to contact me to ensure the quality was up to my expectations, which it exceeded. He was incredibly kind and professional from the first meeting to the end of the project. I also had my bathroom frame damaged by a previous company, and Frank made sure to take care of it at his own expense. Every worker who was in my home arrived on time and completed the work with such attention to detail that I am consistently stunned when I walk into my new bathroom. I felt throughout the entire project that they cared for me and my home, and they were not here simply to collect a paycheck. I will be using Vini's from here on out for the future projects that I have planned down the line.
