I have made 4 attempts for them to fix the problem and no one has come. They do not answer calls or texts. Keep in mind that I don't have to be home for this problem to be fixed. Never again. I highly do not recommend. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the deck because I do not want to work with them. Also very awful customer service blaming the customer for not being patient. This was a very stressful process and it didn't need to be.
