Please please please hire them for your next project! They are very honest and professional. We appreciated how they wanted to do what's best for us to keep the problems from coming back. Our ceiling on the first floor had severe water damage from a leaky shower upstairs. They sealed our shower and replaced the damaged drywall. The ceiling looks better than it did when we bought the house lol! They even used some scrap pieces to patch up a mouse hole in our kitchen. Going the extra mile is always appreciated! DO NOT recommend. Responsive in the beginning to bait you and unresponsive and irresponsible after you pay. You are on your own if any issues arise. I rarely leave negative reviews but this was well-deserved. I hired their services for 3 small jobs and was quoted $350. One of the jobs, fixing a light fixture was not done properly so I had reached out to them to schedule a time to try to fix the lighting issue again. They scheduled me a time and the night before, I reached out to confirm that they were still coming and I don't get a response all day. They knew that it was a rental property where my tenant had to take off work to be home for the repair. The next morning, I reached out again and told them I would leave a bad review since it's bad business. They responded with some excuse saying that they were hurt on the job and could not respond all day? At this point I just want the light fixture to be fixed so we schedule another time for the handyman Ron to come out. Again, completely disregarding my tenant's work schedule, Ron is over an hour late and instead of giving me a call as I had asked to discuss if any issues, he did something out of the scope of work I hired him to do and called if a day. The light fixture is still flickering and instead of asking me what I wanted done, he goes and installs a new light switch??? I ask for a refund and this is their response. We called Finish-Line Services for a clogged kitchen sink. We were able to get an rough estimate immediately for the service that was needed. However, on appointment day, there was a severe lack of communication. I had to call multiple times for updates and was very unsatisfied with the information that was I was given (or lack of information I should say). The clog was not fixed, and we were still charged as if the issue was address. When calling to discuss the pay; he became very aggressive and unpleasant. Do not recommend, unfortunately.
