So we did not park or walk in the concrete for 10 days. Mind you both entry ways to the house were done. I followed all directions of not disturbing the concrete. I also complied with advertising on my property. On Sept 22nd I noticed what was considered a "settlement" crack per Tim. He also stated that it takes a total of 28 days for the concrete to completely cure. I was told someone would come out to repair it. I continued to reach out and was told they were really busy. Then once winter arrived I knew they wouldn't be able to do the work. Fast forward to March I started tracking out again. They finally came in April to "patch" the crack. It rained about 3 hours after they left and it looked as if nothing had been done. I reached back out and was told that is the way it's supposed to look and they would be back. Well now it's June almost July and no one has returned and now another crack has surfaced. Although they have been nice and courteous the follow-up does not meet expectations. It'll soon be a year and I paid as agreed but the service once they get your money lacks.

Great communication between text, phone, and email. Quick turn around from inspection to quote. Plus he thought of things others left out and I didn't know to ask like skylight replacement. No high pressure sales tactics He quoted a fair price and was able to start quickly. His crew was prompt and efficient (and very clean) I did a sweep after they left and didn't find a single nail (not saying this will always happen but it was nice). All in all, I give Hammertime Construction a highly recommend. I have already had him quote out our next project.

After coming out to put eyes on the issue, I received a reasonable estimate and a window for completion. On the project day, the crew was prompt, worked efficiently, and made sure the work area was clean before leaving. Can't say how thankful I was that they were able to fit me into a busy holiday week. Going forward, they'll be my first call for home improvement needs. They should be yours, too!

Our ceiling on the first floor had severe water damage from a leaky shower upstairs. They sealed our shower and replaced the damaged drywall. The ceiling looks better than it did when we bought the house lol! They even used some scrap pieces to patch up a mouse hole in our kitchen. Going the extra mile is always appreciated! You just can't beat their prices! As a young couple, we have been ripped off by other guys who know we don't have much life experience to know how much things cost. Thank you guys for the honesty!!!! Communication was spotty at times, but it probably was the fact that they were communicating with me on this app but had my husband's phone number. Things just got lost in the shuffle. Thankfully, we didn't have plans so I was home all weekend for when they did come by.

My wife and I have a 100+ year-old Baltimore row house that we bought in 2022 because we loved the…read morebrick wall and historic charm of the place, but we were having all kinds of issues with the floor and other parts of the home. We paid someone to replace the floor in 2022, but after a year, the LVP started peeling. They wouldn't stand by their work and instead offered to charge us for something they should've fixed at the time. Matthew from ACE Plumbing looked at the floor, identified the problem, and pointed out other (now obvious) issues leading that were leading to the feeling that the home was kinda falling apart. We initially asked for just the floor to be fixed, and other contractors only quoted us for the band aid solutions we thought we needed. However, Matt dug deeper and discovered rot in the siding, a leaking roof, and deteriorating walls, among other challenges. We chose Matt and ACE Plumbing over four other contractors because he was communicative, always available to answer questions, and proactive in giving advice that would save us trouble in the long run. Since we don't live in the home, Matt and his crew kept us up to date with photos and phone calls. As issues came up, he informed us of the process needed to resolve them. Throughout the entire process, we felt we were in the hands of professionals. Matt was able to describe the problems with our beautiful but old house, outline our options for a fix, and provide a timeline that worked for us. Another benefit was that Matt didn't just contract out the work we paid him good money for. He was on-site, getting dirty with his crew and taking videos to answer our questions. He wasn't just a glorified receptionist shuffling tasks to groups of unskilled workers. Professionalism was the hallmark of working with ACE Plumbing, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get the job done right!
