Anthony is as competent as you can wish for an electrician. No if's or but's, he was able to install my nest doorbell and new chime with zero hiccups. He was also able to fix an outlet that wasn't working per our request. Great quality for great value. If you want an electrical job done well and quickly, choose him. read more

A MASTER of his craft! Troubled shooted issue and quickly resolved, also provided helpful tidbits to always check for reference.

We had a car charger installed. Anthony was easy to communicate with on yelp to get a quote with my sending photos of the install spot and electrical box. Anthony provided a reasonable price, less than some others. His price seemed fair and we scheduled. He showed up on time, very pleasant, discussed options to place the unit, got the job done without any issues and all set. Not much else we could ask for, highly recommended. read more

Had an outlet installed above my fireplace to accommodate a new TV. Anthony responded quickly and performed the job the next day. He was clean and meticulous. The outlet was perfectly located and he repaired the drywall such that I could spackle it myself thereby saving me money on a "mud" professional. Would definitely hire again. read more

Reached out to Anthony and he responded by text same day. He quoted me after I sent pictures and told me the resolution. He came by a day later and was very professional. He covered his feet and went to the circuit breaker. He found a single wire to be the issue which he replaced and resolved the issue. Charged me what he quoted. Great experience read more

Ten Stars is more like it for Anthony's Electric. He responded to my 94.5 year old Dad's plea for help. Dad's praise is hard to come by but he can't stop raving about Anthony: Great guy, Efficient, Didn't waste any time, and on and on. Anthony even fixed Dad's lamp-he is so happy. Did not reply to my request for service quote. Good thing Yelp suggested others as well.

Super responsive and helpful. Gave some quick advice about resetting an outlet which saved me/ them a whole trip.

We used Anthony's Electric to have some canless recessed lighting put in. Couldn't be happier with the service! They got out to us pretty quickly, had seven lights put in, took maybe a couple hours. Prices were super reasonable, and after talking we set up an appointment to have our microwave re-wired correctly and our ring cameras. Friendly, quick service and great prices, would definitely recommend this business for any electric needs. read more

Anthony did a great job putting up a bedroom ceiling fan and installing some outdoor outlets for our home. He was on time, very professional and came very pandemic friendly with keeping a mask on at all times and maintaining social distance from us. Pricing was more than fair. He provided great service and kept in contact with my fiancé to ensure all was up to par with the installments weeks later. I highly recommend him for all of your electrical needs and will be giving him a call again very soon for some new electrical needs we have! read more

Anthony's went far beyond my expectations for customer service! He responded quickly to my inquiry regarding electrical concerns at our rental in College Park. He kept me clearly informed between his other service calls and was there within hours. It turned out that the issue was with the power company, not an issue with the house itself. He called the power company on our behalf and left (appropriately). Power company came, fixed what Anthony found, then had tenants test - same problem! I texted Anthony in a panic- could he possibly come back (almost within the hour he left!) and check the house again? He went right back and again found an issue with the power company's lines; he stayed at the house until the power company completed the job. He was very understanding, professional, and definitely went above and beyond what would be expected for an excellent service call. 4 stars is usually the highest rating I give. The provider has to do something unexpected, not just the usual job. Anthony's Electric has earned this 5-star rating! read more

Great customer service and reasonable prices. He came out to replace my 150amp panel and remediate my inspection report. He was very thorough and responded to all my concerns. I would highly recommend. read more

Lost power to the master bedroom and master bath. Tried for days as an amateur to figure it out. Thought it might be a CFGI outlet issue, but the guy from Anthony's came out and diagnosed it as a melted connection way up in the attic that I was not equipped to fix! Took before/after pictures and walked me through the troubleshooting process + solution. Anthony's Electric was responsive, available at convenient times, showed up on time, tested methodically, found and fixed the problem, and showed me a bill that was less than I expected to pay. Extremely satisfied on all counts. read more

Anthony saved us over $1,000 by setting us straight on what we actually needed. We are first time landlords and thought the District code required us to have hard wired smoke detectors to pass inspection. After speaking with at least 5 other electricians, who had given us a quote to do the work, Anthony set us straight by showing us the requirement for hard wired smoke detectors was actually for new constructions; we're in an old row house. Knowledgeable and honest are about the best qualities anyone can have, Anthony has those in spades. read more

Anthony came out to our house and diagnosed an issue that we had with some outlets in a matter of seconds. He also told us how to remedy the situation on our own and did not end up charging us. We will absolutely be contacting him for any other issues or projects that come up in our home. read more

2nd time using Anthony's electric, and I'm just as happy as the 1st time. I gave him some photos and description of the electrical work I wanted done (add 3 electrical plugs to my house, and run some coax cable). We added a ceiling to a previously unfinished room and needed recessed lighting installed and also two bathrooms vanity lights updated. Anthony installed a ceiling fan for us and did an amazing job. The installation was a little outside of the box due to the current lighting in the room and he figured out a plan to address it. Anthony is AWESOME. He came out on extremely short notice and fixed our issue for a very reasonable price (we had another electrician quote us over $1,000 for a job for which Anthony charged us 1). He took care of a few other odds and ends for us and left our basement sparkling clean. We'd highly recommend him! Second time around: Anthony is still as awesome as ever! I exchanged a few messages with Anthony about some work I needed at my new house to clean up some sketchy wiring and checking out the panel. We arranged an appointment, he showed up on time, and got right to work. He quickly completed the work I knew I needed, and then rewired numerous more 2 prong outlets that I wanted changed over, even as I kept coming up with more. He was professional, wore a mask, and efficient. Price was reasonable as well, and he accepted credit cards. I was glad to get this off of my to do list l, and I would recommend Anthony for your work as well. read more

What we thought was a simple light switch fix ended up being a different issue with our ceiling fan. Anthony was very patient and allowed us to go pick up a whole new ceiling fan and did the entire installation the same day. Even with all the changes it came out to a VERY affordable price and I wish we would have called him sooner. He also checked out an electrical issue on our fireplace while he was here. Great customer service, very professional work and will definitely use him again for future services. 100% would recommend to others. read more

Anthony's Electric - Ceiling fan replacement. - Electricians Near Me - severn, Maryland

Whoa. I searched all the websites I knew from tv commercials. Crop, and sons, you know the guys I'm talking about. They priced my problem (switching a old fuse box to a breaker box) at 3,200 and 2,999 I don't have that kinda throw away money in a pandemic. So I went to google on a whim. Found Anthony's Electric. He was fast to respond, came out on time, and did the job at less than a third of the "big guys". I'm impressed ,I'm satisfied , and most importantly we feel safe now getting that old dangerous fuse box outta here! I will definitely recommend and use this business again. read more

We have been experiencing some electrical issues in our new home we purchased..Just as we were frustrated with of not having power over Thanksgiving, with cancelling dinner and all the other holiday soiree we planned, my husband and I were furloughed so, the search to find an electrician was placed on the hold, and grin and bear it. Now, the stifling months are among us and what do you know the dreadful and continuing conundrum of rushing home prior to sunset to prepare meals. The last storm we encountered this week was the breaking point for us, I hopped on the internet, searched and walah! Anthony's Electric, we read the reviews and proceeded from there. Anthony was responsive and professional, did more than what the electricians did that are affiliated with the home warranty, I conveyed to my husband how impressed I was with Anthony's proactive approach towards our hindrance. We will be using Anthony to correct electrical problem. I highly recommend. read more

1000% satisfied! Anthony was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Also, his prices were reasonable. The cat also loved him so he is a keeper! We absolutely love the ceiling fans he installed and I would highly refer him to anyone for service. If we have another electrical project, Anthony will be the first one we call! Update: Used Anthony for the second time today. Installed another fan and replaced a ceiling fixture... still stellar service and work! Great price! Had a couple breakers burn out a few weeks back and after having a different company try to rip me off i got a reasonable bid from Anthony. We'll definitely call him back if we have any further need--highly recommend! read more

As you can see in the other reviews, 5 stars all around! I'm renovating a fixer upper and needed some electrical work done. Price was absolutely fair based on all of the research I've done. I had a few random questions to ask and he helped me out with them as well.
