Anthony's went far beyond my expectations for customer service! He responded quickly to my inquiry regarding electrical concerns at our rental in College Park. He kept me clearly informed between his other service calls and was there within hours. It turned out that the issue was with the power company, not an issue with the house itself. He called the power company on our behalf and left (appropriately). Power company came, fixed what Anthony found, then had tenants test - same problem! I texted Anthony in a panic- could he possibly come back (almost within the hour he left!) and check the house again? He went right back and again found an issue with the power company's lines; he stayed at the house until the power company completed the job. He was very understanding, professional, and definitely went above and beyond what would be expected for an excellent service call. 4 stars is usually the highest rating I give.
