I don't normally write too many reviews on Yelp, but the service I received from Julian and his company compelled me to do so. From the beginning of our interaction through messages on Yelp, Julian was professional and down to earth. His gave me a free quote via Facetime. We discussed putting up a Ring Floodlight in my driveway. His prices are more than fair. Other companies were charging some outrageous prices for the same amount of work. When he arrived he got straight to work, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. I even asked him to fix a outlet in my home for me on short notice and he was able to do it. He even put up with my crazy family watching him do his work and my kids running around the house. If you need an electrician, you really don't need to look anywhere else. I'll definitely be hiring him for any of my electrical needs in the future. I spoke with him after the work was completed to find out he owned the business and that it was just him and two other electricians. The house my family just bought had aluminum wires that weren't dealt with safely and had a ~45 year old panel. I called another big name electric company in the area for a quote on a new panel and mitigating the aluminum wire issue and it seemed very expensive. I then went on Yelp in hopes to find a local small business that could give me a quote. Julian, the owner of JD electric, came out within two hours to look at our house and gave me a quote that night that was half the price of the first company. We scheduled the work for the next week. He said it would take two days. He came out on time and performed the work in an efficient manner. I had some additional requests (adding an outlet in the upstairs hall) and he was receptive to them. Julian is an electric wizard and did everything we talked about in the two day time frame and even came back to check on some of his work and make sure I was happy with everything. He cleaned up all work areas and left my house as clean as he found it. The team work masks, and had shoe covers, plastic tarps wherever they work.
