Alex is great! Quick and efficient. We will use him again if any needs arise and of course, that is if he hasn't started his retired life to start traveling yet haha! read more

Alek literally responded within 20-25 minutes. He came out SO quickly. I feel like I can finally say "I have an electrician now" cause he was so quick, efficient, kind, reasonably priced, and did such great work, I will 100% be using him in the future. I mean... he deserves every single 5 star review he has on here. Not only did he fix my electrical issue, I had him take a look at something else while he was here and he didn't charge me for that. I literally can't say enough good things about him. Not only did he fix all my electrical issues, he reattached a vaccum holder to the wall that we had to remove for him to get through the wall. He literally did not have to do that at all. He just went above and beyond. Extra mile. I'm SO SO glad that I found him on Yelp. Believe the hype. read more

We used this service a second time to replace another ceiling fan in our house. Just like the first time the service was quick and very well done. We even hit a snag where the fan we ordered didn't have all the necessary parts and they were able to advise my husband on what to get instead that would work the same day. Alex is very reasonable with pricing as well! Will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Armenergo - Electricians Near Me - Rockville, Maryland

Toward the end of my 4 year house renovation, I needed an additional circuit for outdoor lighting along with some other odds-and-ends requiring an electrician. Several calls to other electricians and the earliest they would have been able to help was about a week out... I called Armenergo and Alex the electrician was here in less than 2 hours. Alex gave me a fair estimate and he completed the work pretty quickly! I have found a new go-to electricIan...! Prompt. Quality work. Fair price! read more

Excellent electrician. Aleks and Armen arrived punctually and worked efficiently. Their rate was very reasonable. They even installed a dryer cord at no extra charge! I think we found our new electrician. read more

It's been over a month since Aleksandr completed the job and the rain for the delay with the review was that it was such an amazing job I haven't had to think about it. I was initially worried and asked for quotes from several electricians to wire up two rooms for ceiling fans and install them. Some were ridiculous quoting 1300$ for the job. Alek was one of three which told he had a standard price for this work and told me how much it would be. It was very comparable and he was confident he could get the job done. He was quick to complete the job while here and knew what he was doing. Something that would've taken me days to complete, he did in a few hours. Really amazing and impressive work. I'll be asking him to complete some more electrical work for me in the future. read more

Same day service to diagnose and repair a tripped circuit. While on site, Alex and Mike also fixed an inconsistent three-way switch we put up with for years. They explained to us as they otherwise went about their work. Impressed, I asked them to return to address a larger job. Price was in line with expectations. A good value for me. read more

Armenergo was incredibly fast, efficient, and fair. No hesitation recommending them. Alex got back to my initial outreaech in about 5 minutes with a very straightforward and reasonable quote. About 2 hours later, all my lighting issues were resolved. read more

Alex's such an honest man, it's so rare to encounter one like him. I was having electrical/power issues, which I thought resulted from blown fuse. After describing my issue to Alex, he immediately knew the root of the problems. He told me to contact Pepco and how to talk to them so they would come that same night. When I contacted 2 other electricians, they wanted to charge me $200-250 emergency fees just to be able to come that week. Alex, you just earned all of my future business and endless recommendations. Thank you for being a great electrician and even greater human being. read more

Alex installed a new range hood for me and did a great job. He arrived when he said he would, did the job quickly, left a clean worksite, and was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use his services again. read more

The lights and outlets in two of our rooms stopped working suddenly, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Other electricians couldn't come out until next week, but Alex came by the same day and managed to diagnose and fix the issue (loose wires in one of the switches). Alex also didn't charge extra for same-day service (which others quoted as a $250 surcharge). Pricing was reasonable, and both Alex and his assistant were professional and friendly. I will definitely be calling again if (when) I have other electrical issues. read more

Arrived quickly and solved my issue in a short amount of time. Price was a bit high, but probably fair when considering to time to drive to my home. read more

Aleksandr is the best electrician I've used in the area. After encountering a problem with an overhead kitchen light and junction box, Aleksandr answered my call and quickly made an appointment. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem in a moment and fixed the issue in under an hour and cleaned the entire work area after he was done. I highly recommend him. read more

Fast response, showed up on time, and did a great job with our outlet installation. Would hire again.

I couldn't be happier with Alex's work at my home. I needed a new range hood installed and also a ceiling fan fixed that I had put up myself. (I couldn't figure out how to wire the light fixture and the fan at the same time. My house is old and some of the wiring is pretty unusual.) Alex gave me an honest quote and stuck to it! For the ceiling fan, he even wired up a remote so that we could properly use the fan. Clever! For the range hood, the old one no longer worked and was caked with grease (from the previous owner). I couldn't be happier to be rid of it. It was a cumbersome job and Alex had it done in about 35 minutes. He arrives and is very focused and gets the job done. Thank you! read more

I needed professional electrician help after my attempt to replace four fluorescent lighting fixture ballasts failed (wrong ballasts bought on-line). After checking Yelp, I called Armenergo LLC because of the favorable reviews and their close proximity. They arrived within 20 minutes, completed the job in 30 minutes, and charged me less than what I'd spent to buy the wrong ballasts and some tools to do the job. The electrician was incredibly fast, courteous, and safety conscious, wearing a mask and booties while inside. Armenergo will be the first number I call for any future electrician needs, highly recommmended! read more

Alex and team were incredible in getting the task done (installation of EV charging socket in garage) in a smooth manner. The task involved routing of wires and opening up of the dry wall where Alex fully got me on-board and made me understand all the options before moving ahead. Overall the job was well done and I appreciate the flexibility and professionalism shown by the team. This is something that matters most to me that I dont have to worry about or look over! Thanks and happy to work with them again. read more

Alex installed a ceiling fan in our main bedroom. It was easy to schedule the appointment and he was very responsive when helping me figure out which ceiling fan to order. Aleksandr just installed recessed lights in my kitchen and swapped out outlets so they were bright and clean white. Sometimes I'm skeptical of businesses that have such glowing reviews, and now here I am adding my own because the hype is real. Alex was responsive for a quote via Yelp, super competitively priced given the quality of work, professional, personable, and professional. I've already told my neighbors and friends to look no further if they need an honest and reliable electrician. My kitchen is actually cleaner then when they started. I'd give him 6 stars if I could. We already have some future jobs on the horizon since my kitchen is mid-remodel. Nice to know electrical will be covered and done to my exacting standards. read more

The service was excellent. Honest, timely and professional. This is the second time I'm using this electrical company and I would contact again and again. The technician was personable, knowledgeable, thorough, explained the issue and the resolution clearly, and resolved it quickly. My wife and I needed to replace our Bathroom Vanity light fixtures and asked 5-7 electricians to install the new ones we had bought. Some of them were reluctant to begin the work, the others had quoted ridiculous amounts to do the job which really surprised us, as how greedy and dishonest could be a human being sometimes. We found Alexandr's company address through Internet, and during our discussion with him on the phone on the terms of the project Alexandr impressed us with his straightforwardness and honesty: for the electrical work he was going to do in our apartment he asked for a very reasonable fee. Alexandr arrived on time to replace old Vanity light fixtures, and completed the job professionally, in a short period of time. I will recommend all customers to hire Alexandr for their electrical work, as they hardly would find as much honest, more reasonable and punctual professional, as Alexandr is. We will be his permanent customers for all our electrical work. read more

I needed an electrician for multiple, small, non-urgent repairs and advice on some larger electrical issues. I contacted Armenergo based on the company's impeccable Yelp reviews. Alex gave me an appointment, confirmed the time the night before, and showed up on time with his assistant. He worked very efficiently for 90 minutes and fixed all the items on my list. He reassured me that the larger, more expensive projects I consulted him on were unnecessary and not a good use of money. His charges seemed very reasonable to me. Alex lived up to his other five star Yelp reviews. I recommend him without reservation for his professionalism, punctuality, efficient use of time and competence to diagnose electrical issues and fix them.
