This is an email I sent to customer support: "We recently purchased an area rug for $249.99 that was advertised as 8ft x 10ft. I have attached a photo that we took when were deciding on which rug to buy which shows this. When we got it home and unpacked it there was a label attached that told us the rug's actual size was 7ft 10in x 8ft 11in. I have attached a photo of this label as well. We are extremely disappointed to have paid $250 for a product that is not at all what we expected. We had measured our living room and wanted an 8ft x 10ft rug for the space. We still really like the rug and do not wish to return it, but are not at all pleased with this case of false advertising. We felt it important to bring this matter to your attention and hope you will consider making some changes in your stores to avoid any more upset customers.
