Juan was incredible. So helpful. A matter-of-fact personality, he quickly earned my trust by understanding my project and providing sound advice. I really enjoyed my visit. The warehouse is huge and they have some amazingly beautiful stones. I highly recommend coming here. Make sure you have a contractor first though. Helpful once you get someone's attention; after viewing several slabs was disappointed the one I decided on Saturday- was supposedly gone by Monday morning. Despite voicing my desire to have it. Some slabs are too close together; they do have some nice pieces however, I agree with the other commenters. read more

I am totally disgusted with this company. If you want the actual granite slabs you select, you do not want to use this company. My husband and I are from Pennsylvania. We took the day off work and traveled to Maryland in August to pick out granite for our new kitchen cabinets. We just found out that the granite slabs that were shipped to our installer are not the slabs we selected. Our kitchen cabinets are being installed in three days and we don't have the granite we selected. It's been sold to someone else! Please be warned!! You don't want to find yourself in this situation! read more

This place has a lot of slabs to look at - but the customer service is poor. I felt like I was a major inconvenience. It doesn't seem like they want to sell to the general public. Lots of slabs of granite - but they didn't want us to look at them. read more

We chose two matching slabs for a project at our home. The first one was installed right away, but we had the second one placed on hold until construction progressed a bit. We came back for the second slab now, and we're being told it's gone - sold to someone else. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Now we are stuck with one slab installed and nothing to match it! They don't seem to care at all about the headache they've created for us. I read other stories of this happening at Bramati but didn't worry about it, and now we're dealing with the same thing. If this is happening to multiple people, Bramati REALLY needs to address the issue and make it right. I highly, highly recommend avoiding this place, unless you want to toss the coin and find out whether or not you'll actually end up with the slab you pick out. read more

Well, it was gravel, not stone, but you get the idea. They asked where we wanted the gravel spread (I told them). Even though it was hard to put it where I asked, they were spot on! They somehow turned what is typically a very stressful process into a smooth and collaborative one. We interviewed nine contractors before choosing Talon for a full gut renovation of our home. Talon stood out immediately as the most professional and detail-oriented team we met. We first connected with Darren in 2023, and his depth of knowledge was apparent from the beginning. He pointed out practical design considerations and code requirements that other contractors had missed. We went back and forth on the scope for over a year, and he was consistently patient, responsive, and generous with his time. He never rushed us and always made himself available to answer questions. We started construction in August 2025-- The construction crew had an excellent work ethic. They arrived early and worked hard - something even our neighbors commented on. They took pride in their work and paid close attention to details. The workmanship was just excellent. The work site was consistently clean and organized. They did a great job at handling unexpected situations and communicating that to me. Eddie took the time to explain everything thoroughly before moving forward. Even when we made scope changes, they were flexible and incorporated those changes without making it feel stressful or complicated. And probably the thing that impressed me the most was that they ran the whole project with integrity. They uncovered an improperly vented dryer which was a fire hazard and promptly brought it up to code. There were other moments like this throughout the project- too many to fully capture here - that consistently reinforced how much they value doing things the right way. I have to mention Eddie who was incredible throughout the entire process. He was calm, responsive and communicated clearly. He seriously made the entire project enjoyable. They were fair and transparent when it came to pricing and change orders. But more than anything, what I appreciated the most was their integrity, professionalism and genuinely caring about doing a good job. Everyone- Ed, Paul, Darren, Eddie and the construction crew were top notch. We honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Talon and would definitely work with them again!

I had a great experience with Bramati Marble & Granite. In April 2018, after seeing a beautiful piece of Brown Fantasy quartzite in a showroom at a local kitchen design shop, I wanted the product for our kitchen renovation. After doing my research on various products, I visited Bramati and was shown many beautiful quartzite slabs and found the perfect slabs which were carefully marked and reserved for the fabricator. Our kitchen turned out beautifully. Then just yesterday I returned to Bramati and talked to Juan about another project. Juan provided me with great advice that will also save me money. I have had great experiences because I did a lot of research online about various products and then went and looked at a number of products before making a purchase. Bramati Marble and Granite is the way to go! It was beautiful to work with a company with such a family atmosphere, everyone is super friendly and attentive. Regarding the slabs themselves, they have every type of natural stone you can think of, granite, marble, quartz. This time, we chose Arabescato for our bathroom. Just a very large and organzied showroom. These people are reliable, i have worked with them in the past, and they have once again proven why they should be the go-to supplier. I could not recommend this company more! Bramati Marble has been around for years, even my parents purchased all their granite for their house remodel years ago from them. I used their business previously for an interior design project. And I have to say, they are still the best in the business. Amazing customer service when requested. Compared to other places this place is a dream. I have been there three or four times to look at granite and on each occasion they have been extremely nice and helpful.
