When my load finally arrived today (Wednesday) I was surprised to find TONS of glass shards. I learned about the glass because my 4 yo daughter cut herself while climbing to the top of the dirt pile. Large glass shards, see pics from a quick 5 minute inspection of the top of the pile. When I called to ask for a refund and the removal of the contaminated dirt my call was dropped. When I called back a guy answered (maybe the owner, I spoke to a lady previously) was short and rude when I asked about a timeline to remove the dirt. We're expecting Thunderstorms this weekend and I'm concerned the glass will wash off into the rest of my yard. I still don't have a timeline on the removal of the contaminated dirt, but the guy begrudgingly shouted to the lady in the office to process my refund when I pushed the issue. As a fellow business owner I'm dumbfounded at this company's lack of professionalism and quality control. They seem to have decent reviews otherwise - maybe I caught them on a bad day? Moral of the story - if you order from these guys make sure to closely inspect their product before spreading. I'll be ordering from another supplier.
